The speakeasy atmosphere is outstanding--walking through the iconic red phone booth feels like stepping into another era, only with much better bourbon. Victoria was an absolute rockstar. She took some fantastic photos of our group (which is no small feat after a couple of perfectly made Manhattans), anticipated everything we needed, and somehow managed to make us feel like regulars on our first visit. Speaking of Manhattans... they're exactly the way we like them: balanced, boozy, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." Pair that with a great cigar, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both upscale and relaxed, and you've got one of the best spots in Miami to unwind. We came for a drink. We stayed for the cigars. We left wondering if we should install a red phone booth at home. We'll definitely be back--and hopefully Victoria will still be there to remind us that "one more Manhattan" is always a questionable life decision.

The bartenders here are artist. The menu appears like a vintage book with history about each drink. But listen honey when I tell you these cocktails are Amaze! Just try anything or ask.to be surprised. Remy was our server and he is freaking awesome and has skills. He helped us choose our cocktails cause everything was sounding like a vibe. The food options sound delish and the sliders and pizza seemed to be a hit as we saw that mostly. We were here for drinks though and we stuck to it. Only down fall for us is that we aren't cigar smokers, so the room was filled with it as we didn't know its a cigar lounge as well, but to each his own. Come drink eat and ber merry!

If Tony Montana and Elvira Hancock were in their early to mid 40's, and of respectable professions,…read morethey'd come to Table 14 for a romantic Friday night dinner. Tucked away in the lobby of the Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove - THE Mutiny Hotel of "Hotel Scarface" book & Spotify playlist name & at least part of the inspiration for The Babylon - is a quiet, romantic poolside restaurant with a pretty good fusion menu and smooth cocktails. When we pulled in, my date & I were pretty much the only people there and we decided to enjoy the breeze on the pool deck in a cozy corner couch. My rum old fashioned was strong yet smooth, perfect for a Friday night. While she enjoyed some of their seafood dishes, I started with their Tostones cup appetizer. A green plantain surrounding fresh pico de gallo and beef chunks, it was tasty without being too heavy. The pico gave the beef a nice hint of tartness. I had been craving pizza, and their Table 14 pizza with its perfectly salty prosciutto, decent spread of marinara and slices of cheese hit the spot. Our key lime pie had a nice tartness and was a nice closing. Our waiter / bartender was great, getting our orders first to the cozy corner and then to a table. Service was pleasant without being overbearing. Oh, and yes they sell Scarface memorabilia in the hotel front desk!

The fries were crunchy and crispy, very nice. The burger was massive and cooked perfectly to medium as asked. However there was far too much BBQ sauce for our taste, which ruined it somewhat. We also had the crispy pork sandwich with a side salad with blue cheese on the side. I enjoyed the too half of the salad but then was disappointed that they had decided to slather it with balsamic which was too salty n over powering and not what I asked for..hence the side order of blue cheese dressing. The idea is that you can then decide how much you put in, so this option could not be used. The crispy park sandwich was to die for and the star of the show! Crispy tasty crunch chicarrone pork pieces with slices of sweet potatoes on an aoili sauce ..wow. Also they don't mind you using their pool and outside area if you eat there..I asked beforehand, so it's an added bonus and why I would come back.
