Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.
