I go in the mornings before work, here are the reason me I love peak 360: Incredible coaches!!!!! Hard and rewarding workouts (I am scaling down most of the time) Nice facility Did I mention incredible coaches, well double that. The people in the morning (and there is surprisingly a lot) are all happy and ready to workout.....I am not really a morning person but it is the only time my husband can watch the baby for me. This is all around a great place, I am thinking about getting my food pre-made through peak to start my diet too....they also have nutritional seminars and have some family events.

I called yesterday…read moreto get information about registering my 5-year-old daughter for a trial class today, and I completed the registration online as instructed. We arrived 10 minutes before class, and when I checked in with the front desk, the staff member told me everything was in order. However, about 10 minutes into the class, the coach suddenly pulled my daughter out, saying she wasn't on the list. The front desk staff member was on the phone with another customer and remained on the call for another 10 minutes, offering no assistance. At that point, I decided to leave. No one made any effort to fix the situation, and my daughter never got to do the trial class at all. It was incredibly disappointing for me and for her , it was disrespectful and felt like they simply didn't care.

My little one was a bit shy at first, but the coaches brought him out of his shell and now he's full speed ahead! Observing the overall atmosphere, I feel the happiness and positivity. I can see that safety is strict, and a top priority, but the coaches seem to incorporate it without it being overwhelming for the kids. The kids look happy and excited to be there and seem to love the challenges this sport presents. How they do all those jumps and flips and fly through the air?? Wow!! I'm looking forward to my grandkids moving up through the different levels as they get older. But right now, they're having sooo much fun!

My cousin was my partner in class and there was no lack of motivation as we made our way through 20 stations and got a full body workout including strength and cardio. Sara and Nico were both super welcoming and this gym has an awesome community feel to it where everyone feels welcome. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here. Instead, I'll keep it in mind for future visits!

I've been on class pass recently to discover new gyms and routines that get me excited to work out…read moreand let me tell you Legacy is becoming one of my favorites! I have done this workout at their Wynwood studio and also the Little River location so I knew I was in for a challenging but fun workout. The workout format is PIT (Partner interval training) so you rotate around the room with a partner for 20 stations for 2 minutes each. Depending on the exercise you and your partner alternate for reps or time or work together. If you're someone who has anxiety about trying a new gym and having to pair up with someone you don't know - do not worry about this here! The trainer and also everyone in the class are welcoming and friendly so it's a-ok if you are walking in alone. I love the idea of pairing up with someone who's super into the class because it pushes me to lift heavier, try harder and make them proud. I have gone to Nico's 7:10 am class for the last two weeks and then another Saturday class with Andre. They break up the classes into strength, conditioning and performance days to focus on different styles of training, but I have grown to love the set up of this workout. The studio does have some parking spots in front, but there is also plenty of metered parking nearby as well as a garage. Pro-tip - if you go to a class before 9 am, the meters are free. You'll also want to be sure to bring a towel to this workout as the studio does require it. It's def needed because you work up a sweat and don't want to leave your equipment sweaty for your partner or other class participants. The energy and music during the classes with fuel you to an epic calorie burn, that is gaurenteed!

The staff is paid too little to care about any of it, and they never fully clean the gym area. There's used wipes in the cup holder of nearly every machine. The lifeguard is on their phone or blasting music on a speaker, and the saunas smell like pee. What a waste of university $ the way they run this place! The locker rooms should've been updated at least once since the 80s with the amount every student pays for tuition being $65,000... this gym continues to disappoint, and to make things worse they sell Fairlife farms milk at the food counter, a known animal abuser who settled the class action brought against them for $21 million. What a disgrace to still be selling their products. Do better U!

Just want to put the word out there that this facility offers a great rental potential for those who want to have an event but can't afford an expensive location. There is a huge room with wooden rafter ceilings, dance floor, comes with round tables with chairs and sits up to 100 people. You can bring in a caterer and can arrange through the process for permission to serve liquor. The room is large, open and has an attached upper deck that looks out over water and offers a view of the Biscayne Bay. This would be a great location of a wedding reception, bridal shower, retirement party etc. The price is affordable since it is a government owned property.
