DO NOT USE MIAMI EXOTIC AUTO RACING. Hosted an event there with 30 of my clients (I host 3-4 events a year with hundreds of people), everything leading up to the event was a total nightmare, they tried to change the time we were supposed to show up 24 hours before the event, then when we got there nothing was set up. We paid for "catering" which ended up being maybe some of the worst tasting food I've ever had in my life picked up at what seemed to be the gas station down the road. The scariest (and illegal part) was the fact that during the event they asked to run my credit card for an additional service I requested (to use my car on the racetrack). That was fine and so I gave it to them (it's run by a disorganized husband and wife team). What I didn't know was just an hour earlier the wife was on the phone with my assistant screaming at her to get my credit card information so they could charge us additional money for something WE NEVER AGREED UPON AND DO NOT HAVE IN WRITING. When I gave her my credit card she didn't run it for the agreed-upon amount but instead charged $1,2000 extra. Upon getting home I realized it and asked for a refund and they did not provide it. I ASKED FOR A CONTRACT OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM, THEY CLAIMED THEY HAVE IT BUT WERE UNABLE TO PRODUCE IT. YOU LEGALLY HAVE TO SHOW THAT DOCUMENT IF YOU HAVE IT AND THEY LIED AND SAID THEY DID (I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING). Even the race car drivers at the track were telling me that these people were shady and if I ever wanted to come back to go straight through Homestead Speedway. Needless to say, we are pursuing this matter in our own way but wanted everyone else to be aware, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. read more

Absolute HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I gave this as a surprise gift to my husband for his birthday. They're allegedly "under new management" and are charging $500 to ride a Lamborghini for 3 laps in the track. I paid the additional $50 for my husband to have the video. So we're talking nearly $600 for a CHEAP 1-star experience. They are extremely unorganized, they have no system in place and they're all running around like chickens without a head. Terrible management. They have ONE guy running the entire logistics of it - I even felt bad for him because he was truly doing his best. We got there at 9am to do a bogus "training" that was 20 minutes of actual helpful information from the entire hour. We sat outside in the heat from 10:30am-12:30p waiting to ride the Lamborghini. Out of a group of about 20 people, there were only 4 people riding that car (including my husband) so there was no reason for us to wait 2 hours for our turn. The porsche (which MULTIPLE people had signed up for since it's the cheapest car) went lap after lap after lap. We saw everyone from our original group eventually leave. We were the only ones left still waiting in the hot sun even though we paid for the most expensive experience. For two hours the lambo kept disappearing. And they sit you on plastic chairs waiting with a cooler filled with coke and sprite. THIS is what I paid nearly $600 for???? After we got fed up of waiting, we demanded a refund and left. These people are clowns running a clown establishment. They are overcharging and charging a 5-star price for a 1-star "experience." No one even bothered to call us and make it right. We simply demanded a refund and left. AVOID at all costs. read more

I love these guys. Tony is the best instructor. They are a somewhat laid-back outfit but that's the world of auto racing...They are very good on the track where it counts. They keep you safe and don't let you stray. These are some of the world's most expensive cars and they need to be treated with care. We didn't wait long at all for our second trip out there, and by the way, why would you complain about hanging out at a super cool racetrack in the hot sun in Miami? You're not going to get champagne and caviar here, people... Real auto racing down on a real racetrack (where you can get killed if you don't know what you're doing) is sweaty, gritty, oily, smelly fumes and loud engines. If you don't like that you should probably go play golf...Don't listen to the negative reviews here... These guys do a great job, and from what I see everyone leaves thrilled.... As a very fast Corvette owner, I do not want to tear up my brake rotors and tires on this track. Yes it's costly, but it makes more financial sense to drive MEAR's cars here than your own....I have spoken... read more

The experience driving the Ferrari 360 challenger was very nice, the instructor inside the car was very accurate in every recommendation while you drive the car, My complain is in the staff in the race track, I arrive at 11:00 I sing the list to drive at 11:30 cuz when I call that was the hour the guy on the phone told me , the make me wait 3 hours under the sun, and when I ask for my money back, and demand to speak with the manager almost 3 hours and half waiting they let me drive the car, Very bad experiences with the staff in the race track, the staff in the office is good read more

I can certainly understand a cancelation/postponement due to poor weather or Covid concerns, we all want to stay safe but what I can not understand is the lack of communication and empathy for those who paid for a dream experience but didn't receive any follow up, no phone call or attempt to reschedule. Unanswered phone calls and no return messages is the ghosted experience I received. No refund and no call backs is an unethical way to run a business. How hard is a simple phone call? Calls to Homestead speedway revealed that in fact Miami Exotic Auto racing has no permitted or confirmed events nor were the events in July. Sorry for all those that were cheated. read more

I went on the 21st of July to take my brother along for some hot laps in the z06 corvette for his 13th birthday. He had a blast and his driver was very relaxed and experienced. He went upwards of 155 mph on the homestead miami speedway and gave my brother the ride of his life. Checking in wasn't too difficult. I followed the signs directing me to the entrance and upon parking under the overhang, I found Jared and he helped me check into the lounge area. There are snacks and drinks available in the waiting area. They had a Ferrari F430, Lambo Gallardo, Audi R8 and their brand new NIssan GTR all on the track. Really wonderful. I did this for my boyfriend for his birthday, he is an auto tech and really wanted an opportunity to drive his dream car. I bought him 3 laps in the Audi R8, and some hot laps with a pro driver. I think the staff are truly what make the experience here. From the moment I signed up, all of my questions were answered and the entire process was completely stress-free. Every single member of the crew was knowledgeable and friendly with no exceptions. The driver did a great job of instructing my boyfriend so he could maximize his experience while still assuring his safety. After his drive, Employees also happily popped the hoods on the cars so that my boyfriend could check out the engines in each vehicle. This really is a fabulous company and I would happily do it again, and encourage others to try it out as well. Great experience! read more

OK, SO MUCH to write but I will be brief and stick to the highlights. I went to race with Miami Exotic Auto Racing on September 20th. Super cool operation and staff. The venue was Homestead Miami Speedway which is a freakin' NASCAR track! It is literally almost two miles around and they let you go 4 times around per session, so it take a decent amount of time, and it isn't "over in a minute". I got to drive a Ferrari and a Nissan GTR before deciding to upgrade my package and add a Lamborghini. The prices here very fair, similar to the track for exotic car racing in Las Vegas I went to last year in vacation for my bachelor party. The line to race was very short and the instructor's in the three cars I rented were all super nice and knowledgeable. I was able to hit a top speed of 125 MPH as my fastest time, and I honestly felt like a pro racer for a day. I already told my friend to go try it, he is also a local resident looking for an adrenaline rush, and he and I are going to go together again in November. The owner, Jared was very hands on as well, he greeted us and kept checking in to make sure it was fun. I am a fan for sure! So glad this is available in Miami. Thanks Miami Exotics! read more

An amazing experience! My dad bought me this voucher when i turned 16 and was long overdo to be used. Two years later, we decided we wanted to go for father's day and found out the company had been taken over by new owners and our voucher was no longer redeemable. We were incredibly upset because we had to pay the difference so we went in to the experience very closed minded. However, when we got there, the people were just so amazing! They were understanding of the inconvenience and gave us a free usb to take a video of the whole experience. There was also pizza for the guests. It was raining when we arrived so we had to wait quite a while for our turn around the track. It was noted that we had been waiting so i was able to go around the track in another car of my choice while waiting my turn in the lambo! It was so cool! I got to ride in a hell cat, gtr, and a lamborghini all in one day! My parents even got to go for a ride while we waited which made them happy too. Overall, i would definitely come back. The people are so inviting and accommodating and it's quite the adventure. I brag to all my friends about it and now they all want to go to! read more

I received this as a gift from my girlfriend for my birthday. I was super excited but sadly it was raining on and off which obviously isn't there fault. When we got there we had to wait for the weather to clear which it did and they dried the track. Finally I was ready to drive the Porsche. On my first two laps my instructor was overly paranoid from the beginning, kept grabbing the steering wheel and telling me to slow down. I remember going on a straight away only hitting 70mph and already being told to slow down, which btw I remember being told in the class that we could easily go 130mph without a problem with this weather in a straight away. At one point two vehicles passed me from how slow he was making me drive. On the third lap I was already upset with the experience and just ended up cruising in the last lap because the instructor killed the entire experience. They might as well remove the word racing from the company name. read more

Miami Exotic canceled our July 5, 2020 date due to Covid. We had spent $949 with them, and as of August 29, 2020, they *still* have not refunded our money to us. I would be very cautious about spending money with them unless you are sure they are not going to cancel the event! read more

Signed up and payed to drive a Lamborghini months in advance for my dads birthday. We get to the location and all cars offered to drive are broken down. We asked for a refund and they said 5 business days it will be returned and it has not. We have left 5 different voicemail's and no one has returned our calls. read more

Everything from the reservations process, communication with the staff, and of course, my husband driving the Lambo at 130 mph far exceeded our expectations! This organization has a long way to go in customer service. We were asked to come in 1 hour later for our start time. Fair enough. We arrived a little early as requested as well. They were not ready and had clearly overbooked. We waited and waited for their instruction course to start and were constantly told different things about it's start time. Then they claimed we should do the 'demo' track run but the only person qualified to do that was the only class instructor driving just 3 people at a time around the track 2x in a 4 door sedan. OK, so who is left to teach the course then? 3 of us customers complained and they finally did the a 'crash course' version. Then comes the 3.5 hour WAIT in the hot sun just go get into car we wanted. They offered an 'upgrade' of 4 laps to ease our anger, but they only did three. Their ride along instructor barely spoke English and wasn't understandable. We were told multiple times it'd be 15-20 minutes for our turn when it was more like 45 mins to an hour. Many customers were pretty pissed (as were we) to wait 3-4 hours in the hot sun for a 7 minute drive. We also paid for their crappy video service. Which when we go it home didn't work, it only showed 1/2 of the video and it was grossly distorted. What a racket this company is! I demanded a partial refund and we AT LEAST got that back. They ruined my son's 18th year birthday present with horrible customer service, terrible communication and just plain gross incompetence! We used a different company in Vegas in 2016 and they were AWESOME so we have something to compare MEAR to. Avoid this group at all cost...the inmates are running the asylum here folks. I am so pissed I am reporting them to the BBB and disputing FULL charges on my credit card! read more
