Floor to ceiling is packed with guayaberas, tote bags, t-shirts, hats, purses, art, key chains, hats, purses, magnets, coin purses, coffee mugs, pot holders,, dominos, and more. There is a Cuban coffee bar in the back. All throughout the store salespeople are at the ready to help find a size or take down an item. Prices seemed reasonable for a tourist store with T-shirts around $25. I love the variety of items the Visitors Center offers. I ended up picking up a few classic car shirts for Fathers Day gifts. I was looking to do drastic color changes to my hair, Went from dark Brown to light pink with very little damage using product found at Sally's. (ion, agenoil, etc) At this location not everyone spoke English but they had a staff member who did and she was very helpful. I was worried based on the reviews, but it turned out great. Also I had no customer service complaints. Everyone was pleasant and helpful i enjoyed my shopping experience. Which I was worried about due to the mixed reviews. It was a bit cramped bc the store is small, packed w products but small. They had 3 people working which was very reasonable bc of the store size. I went on a Saturday I was helped fairly quickly when I needed it, the store was very busy wait time was reasonable. I recommend this place for hair coloring products, dyes and dyeing tools etc. If you want a selection of conditions and shampoos go to ultra but for anything more advanced this is your place!
