As of 10/09 it was still showing in stock. Then on 10/13 I received the "We're sorry, but the item you ordered is no longer in stock". Sounds like gross incompetence by several on their staff is tolerated. Five calls to them to send the item. Five promises it was in process. Then a back door refund. That isn't American. From NASCAR. Do not order from them. Chances are good that you'll be chasing them for weeks just to finally hear, "We're sorry, but..."

They have so many items: shirts, hats, jackets, back packs, cups/mugs, key chains, stuff animals, miniature collector cars, towels, jewelry, etc. I stopped in here to have a look around and kill some time while waiting to see if the rain would go away - plenty of other people had the same idea but I was not disappointed. The Cashier eagerly gave me the business card when I asked about the address and hours. He also noted that they take orders online and ship almost anywhere. That said, if you can't make it in for a physical look-see, at least check them out online!

A Great Experience at Crazy Kat Design Company (CKO)…read more While my wife and I were shopping at the Daytona Flea Market, we had the pleasure of meeting Robert, the owner of Crazy Kat Design Company, also known as CKO or Crazy Kat Outfitters LLC. He noticed my vest adorned with Rock-n-Roll patches, which sparked a conversation between us about our shared love for music. It was refreshing to connect over a common interest right there in the flea market! Robert told me that he collaborates with the owners of Byrd's Leather on special projects, including creating custom patches. Crazy Kat Design Company offers a wide range of custom, permanent iron-on and industrial-grade Velcro patches. Whether you're looking for a unique design, material, shape, or size, Robert can bring your vision to life using his state-of-the-art laser engraving technology. The possibilities for personalization are endless! But Robert's offerings don't stop at patches. He also sells high-quality products like pocket knives, drink tumblers, T-shirts, hats, bags, slate picture frames, award placards, window stickers, business cards, fridge magnets, license plate brackets, bottle openers, pants, and cutting boards. Each of these items can be customized with your choice of design, either through printing or laser engraving. While we were chatting, Robert showed me some of his custom work, including patches made for the Troopers Bridge Foundation and Blairstown Fire Department. He also displayed some cool custom engravings for small businesses, such as laptop bags, hats, and specialty Yeti tumblers. It was clear that he takes pride in his craftsmanship. Pricing is reasonable for the level of customization. For example, ball caps range from $15 to $35, with the laser-engraved hats being on the higher end. A 30oz laser-engraved tumbler is priced at $40, while a customized XL tee with logos on the back and front costs $25. A 5.5" x 7.5" custom slate picture costs $30, and a custom sublimation acrylic award placard is priced at around $25. Overall, the prices are quite affordable for custom-made products. And, I have a feeling Robert may be willing to offer discounts for larger orders--it's worth reaching out to him directly. The shop itself is relatively small, and Robert typically operates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you're planning a visit, I recommend using the QR code I've included in the photos to connect with Robert directly. The QR code will take you to his website, where you can easily save his contact information or get in touch for any custom orders. If you're ever at the Daytona Flea Market, I highly recommend stopping by Crazy Kat Design Company. Whether you're looking for custom patches, personalized gifts, or just a great conversation about music and craftsmanship, Robert and his shop won't disappoint.

She then asked my sister in law if her and my brother are paying separate as soon as we stepped up to the counter. She said no and that they are paying together. The lady proceeded to mention she was asking to open another register. We mentioned how she was making us feel rushed (especially as there was nobody else in line and they still had 45 minutes until close). The young man at the counter proceeded to check them out and button the shirts. My brother stated he didn't need to button the shirts and to not worry about that because he'd be wasting the associate's time since he will be trying them on at home. He then, with a more aggressive attitude, rolled up the shirts and placed them in the bag. My sister in law asked for the shirts back because he obviously put the shirts in the bag in a very petty way by placing it rolled up and messy in the bag. She took the shirts out of the bag and started folding them. With attitude, he said that's what he was doing. My brother and her replied that although the buttons did not need to be buttoned, they would still like it to be folded. He replied that in order to fold the shirts properly he needed to button it as well. Whether that's true or not, that does not call for the clothes to be rolled up and thrown in the bag. It could have been folded without the buttons buttoned and without attitude towards the customer whom is expecting a pleasant experience. Furthermore, I was next in line to buy a single hat. I asked for the store number, in which the initial lady replied to me 11. I said thank you and let the young man check him out. On my way out, the security alarm at the door beeped when I walked through. I brought the hat back and let her take the sensor off since the young man immediately left after I checked out. I told her that with the way they rushed us they still left the sensor on. She said I don't have to be snappy and I told her that she started it from the beginning of our experience. She said I have an attitude, so I said okay that's fine and left the store. There is a level of customer service that is to be expected of a store like Polo Ralph Lauren. We are customers that frequently visit Polo locations wherever we go. We appreciate the quality, and usually the experience, but this definitely was not a great representation of the type of service we're used to. I am very aware that it is important to prioritize customer service as it can be the reason someone will or will not return to the store. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. Hopefully this review is used as a learning moment and will help improve other people's experience in this store.
