They're open Monday through Friday. Lunch is from 1pm to 2pm daily. Monday to Thursday they're open from 9am to 5pm and on Friday 7:30am to 5pm. They have two locations, one in Hialeah (close to Hialeah Gardens) and one in Pembroke Pines. You can reach them via phone at 305 400 9702. In reference to obtain an appointment, it is relatively easy and they try to accommodate you. If the doctor isn't available they will offer the physician assistant or nurse practitioner to see you. A loved one is seen by one or the doctors here, has nothing but good things to say. I believe the staff is bilingual (English and Spanish). The Hialeah location has a parking lot, there is plenty of parking plus it's free. They do accept several health insurances, call them to check if yours is accepted. I was diagnosed with tendinitis, had an ultrasound for blood clots that…read morecame out negative, was told to wear a boot for 3 weeks and prescribed pain medication that can induce blood clots, only to find out I had 4 blood clots in my leg after admitting myself to the emergency room 3 weeks after the treatment. After the 3 weeks of "treatment" that clearly wasn't working, I saw the doctor with a massively swollen leg and was simply told to continue to wear the boot and take more medication! 2 days later I admitted myself to the emergency room. To make matters worse, when I asked his assistant why they didn't perform another ultrasound after my leg was massively swollen at the calf which in itself most likely signifies a blood clot, she said my insurance only covers one ultrasound per 6 month period. My insurance said that was incorrect, that I'm covered for an unlimited amount of ultrasounds. After all that, and sending multiple emails to the office explaining what happened to me having to go to the emergency room, no one even responded! No one cared whatsoever about my situation that was in all likelihood caused by the treatment from this doctor. Horrible, horrible experience to say the least. Patient beware.

I get a call that same night to confirm my appt cool no problem. my husband takes my son to his appt again they don't have insurance on file. he gives them the information the front desk girl is not helpful and has an attitude. she updates the insurance yet again then tells him she needs to verify the insurance. he waits patiently. the girl tells him i sent you a text message to fillout information that he didn't receive i did. so I in another location attempt to fillout said forms which it give me an error i let my husband know and he tells the girl at the front desk. I didn't receive it but my wife did and she is getting an error the girl sucks her teeth and sends it to my husband which he did not receive. she was not helpful guess doesn't want to do her JOB. so my husband was frustrated after waiting almost an hour with no help just left. so let's just say I will be looking for another doctors office with better staff. if I can give -5 stars I would have.
