I've taken purses in need of repair and shoes destroyed by puppy teeth; it didn't matter how minor or severe the damage had been, each item was repaired to the point that I couldn't tell where the original damage was! He walked me through what repair he was going to do to the purse and what the possible outcomes could be regarding color. I'd read good reviews about this place and decided to give them a try with my shoes. Came back looking almost new. So I took a chance on my LV bag that needed a paint touch up and the LV logo in the corner was fading a little. I went to pick it up today and the bag looks like I just bought it. I couldn't believe it. Not to mention the staff are very friendly and I've never felt rushed or had to wait more than a few minutes at most. And along the way they made sure to keep me updated about the time table since they had to order the specific paint for my bag. This is my new go to spot. Couldn't be happier. For so many years, I have only trusted this place to fix all my coats, purses, stilettos and irreplaceable chancletas. Every time I would ruin a shoe, my mom forbade me from going anywhere else.
