Instead of taking me back, they left me stranded in the woods for half an hour. I called the front desk for help and the lady hung up on me. When I went to get my security deposit back, they tried to keep it and started antagonizing me -- calling me broke and saying I couldn't afford the bike. This is very bad business. I'm not sure if I was treated this way because I'm Black, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Think twice before booking here.

Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

When my family was embarking on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my own kids to the Jungle Queen. It's a short boat ride that takes you through the canals behind the mansions and quasi-famous homes on the water. Your guide on board will tell you about the homes and landmarks you pass en route. There is a bar on board, so no need to sail sober! LOL There are also a few snacks for purchase. The air movement on the boat keeps you from getting too warm, even when the sun is blazing, but don't forget your sunscreen. There's no bad seat aboard. All in all, it's a nice little boat ride if you're looking to get outside and burn some time in Fort Lauderdale. There is a string of food shops along the waterfront outside the entrance, so you can plan to grab lunch or dinner before or after your ride.
