This tour was amazing. Starts with a nice bus ride through Miami Beach, and then the bus transforms to a boat to give you a tour on the water of all the homes and yachts that are on the beach. This is definitely a tour you must do if it's your first time in Miami.

Rick was an amazing guide. He was funny and he had the right level of energy for the group that I was in. He is good at interacting with people and I like that he had different types of info. to share like history, popular culture, and recommendations of what to do in Miami.

I had never been on a boat which goes on water and land. It was good. The duration of the tour is 90 min. we spend about 50-60 min on road and rest in water. The tour guide was good.  I had taken the city pass and it costed me about $55 for 2 destinations so that was fine. Individually I think they are selling it for $45/person which is not worth it. kids under 2/3 ride for free. And my 2 year old daughter loved it. a good family activity to do something different than beach. But def buy the city pass. Individual ticket might have not been worth it.

The tour was OK. The best part was the guide. His personality was great & he had all the "tea" around the island. However, the "captain" , I recall his name being Fritz was pretty rude. I asked him about restrooms before the tour started & he acted as if it had shit on my face. I tipped the guide, I could care less about Fritz (or whatever his name is). The whole point of the tour was to show my mom around being that she's never been to Miami & she seemed to enjoy herself so that's all that matters .

It's something to do that's different. I am a fifth generation south Floridian and have never taken this tour before. The vehicle is an amphibious vehicle. You don't get wet, there is a roof and the rest is open. It can be a little warm but ones you are moving it is okay. The tour has a driver, and a tour guide. The guide points out local businesses and discusses who owns them or originally built them, then the vehicle makes it way into Biscayne Bay and celebrity houses are pointed out. Then the vehicle turns around, the tour guide takes your photo for you sitting in the seat with your phone. He sterilized his hands between touching everyone's phone. Masks are optional. Some wore them, some didn't. They get everyone involved by asking trivia questions or hollering out to people eat at outside restaurants. It's about 90 minutes. Enjoy!

Our tour guide Ricky was funny and very informative. He had knowledge about south Beach and the many attractions around the area. This was such a cool tour. It was both land and sea. Everyone was so friendly and we felt safe while on the tour. I recommend this tour for people who wants to go sightseeing in Miami Beach. It's a 90min tour. Tip: there are no bathrooms so use the bathroom before going on this tour.

Ricky was an amazing tour guide and sharky was a great driver! The tour was about an hour and a half and showed some great spots on Washington, Collins, and in the bay. It was cool to ride in the boat car, never had an experience like that before. Don't forget to bring some cash for tip and the photo if you want it. We had a great time and would recommend.

We had a great experience with this duck tour. Our party consisted of Miami natives and out of towners. We all equally enjoyed the ride and learned many things about Miami. Our tour guide, Samuel, was witty, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable on the surroundings. Despite having to deal with some rain and winds for the first part of the ride, we truly had a fun time and felt the 90 minutes flew by. Everything from checking in to finding parking was relatively smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed this. Highly recommended!

The people in the office were pleasant. Our guides KAT and sharky were the best. Smooth ride. Fun and informative. I went with my family including two teenagers and they had a blast. Highly recommend especially if you have the GO CITY pass . The vessel transitioning from land to sea was so cool. We saw a lot of celebrity homes and a nice land tour of the city. Tour lasted about 90 minutes.

Terrific experience! We're local and we really enjoyed this ultra fun way to learn so much about Miami Beach and get on the water. Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable. Our out of town guests were very happy.

This place is a rip-off was told to arrive at 9:30 for a tour at 10:00 it is currently 10:30. Line waiting outside no one here, can't reach a human to find out what's going on. They wasted an hour plus of my vacation I don't recommend.

This is just a fraction of the cool things you'll see!!!!

Samuel did amazing very fun and knowledgeable and we saw dolphins.Seeing the homes of many famous people was amazing. Definitely worth the money

Touristy but Terrific! While visiting the Miami area, we decided to do some sightseeing and there were a multitude of options for tours and such. Deals: Groupon has a lot of tour opportunities at a reduced cost, so check there first for any your interested in to save some $$$. Parking: Everywhere in South Beach charges for parking pretty much 7days a week or is residential permit, so we parked near the Lincoln "mall" walk lot and it was only about $2 per hour (half what is charged for street parking or garages). Download the Park Mobile app in advance to make a smooth and convenient parking experience wherever you go. Destination: The storefront is a little obscure but you will usually see the vehicle on the adjacent street. Checking was easy , make sure to bring some water and any snacks you may want with you. The tour host was very personable and funny, providing alit of history of the area as we traveled through the city streets. Even in the back it was easy to see and understand him. Once you drive around for a bit you reach Biscayne Bay where your vehicle changes to a boat and you tootle around the bay looking at millionaire mansions and barrage of boats. The trip was enjoyable overall and with the time and money- a fun way to see the area and learn a little of its history and culture.

I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. I am so glad that we went with these guys during our time in Miami. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!

I was told a marathon was impacting traffic, but as a traveler who planned ahead and arrived on time, this is something the company should have anticipated and communicated more clearly. I also spent about $80 in Uber fees just getting to the meeting location, which added to the frustration. To their credit, the guide later connected me with the first food stop and arranged for tacos and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, the bigger disappointment was the lost opportunity--I could have booked a drag show or another tour during that time instead of waiting. Customer service tried to make things right after the fact, but better planning, proactive communication, and respect for guests' time would have made a big difference.

I really really appreciate that this tour not only accommodated for vegetarians but also chose options for me that were realllllly good. Instead of the cubano, I had these fried plantain cups stuffed with veggies. They were SO good and seasoned well! And the spinach and cheese empanada was also amazing. I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.

He was super chill but informative and really did a great job. Especially considering that is was late in the day and he was only able to find one alligator. He definitely tried a lot of spots and it was clear that there would normally have been more wildlife to look as so even he seemed a bit disappointed but he definitely made the most of the birds and other wildlife that we did spot. There was a second alligator and even a baby gator when we arrived at the makeshift village stop that we watched swim in the water a bit. I really liked that Fabian was upfront about the fact that the "village" was just a replica for tourists and not really a relic. He also joked that he has a TV and it is nothing like how native people live today. We had a really nice time on the tour but it is incredibly loud and we spent some of the tour putting our headphones over our dogs ears to protect her from the sound. The office workers warned us about the noise though and they were so sweet they even offered to let her stay in the office with them while we took the tour. I definitely would not take her with us again if we did another tour, but only because I worried about her little ears. She did super well with everything else, including the gator being so close to us and getting on and off the boat. We spent well over $100 after tip on the tour for two people and a dog and it lasted about 45 minutes but I really feel like the experience was well worth the price and the employees here were just so friendly and kind. I highly recommend stopping here and taking a tour with this company.
