I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. The driver has lived here 3 months and speaks no English. Shared it took him 7 years to get through the border. Dude who has scant knowledge of the area talked way too much. Then used an English translation app for all of us to listen to him. OMG. The English translation missed about 20% of what was said. When he wasn't pontificating about local celebrities he was talking on his phone. Additionally, he talked with his hands! One hand held his phone to his ear while the other gestured in the air. Neither hand held onto the steering wheel. Make it stop. His driving was scary in that he made unsafe lane changes and honked at vehicles that didn't go fast enough, were where he wanted to be, or, ???? To add insult to injury, despite having paid for this trip in advance, they wanted even more $. I was charged a $2 administrative fee when I checked in. We booked a tour for April 18, 2026, and arrived at the departure point at 9:00 AM. At 9:10 AM, the staff told us we were "late" for check-in and claimed the driver didn't even show up because "no other passengers had checked in." They refused to help and told us to try our luck with another company a block away. Here is where it gets ridiculous: We went to the other company, paid $35 (Miami Tours charged us $50), and got on a professional, punctual bus. Ten minutes later, that bus stopped right in front of Miami Tours to pick up more passengers. Lauderdale, with time to spare as to not miss the 1:30 boarding for the 2:00 P.M. departure. We had prepaid tickets (2). After much gooblygook (used car salesman spiel), supposedly the bus was caught in traffic and would arrive at 2:30! to board for the 3:00 slot :-( ... It did not arrive until closer to 3:30... And, we sat on the HOT bus for more than 15 mins, as the "agents" :-D :-D, made 3-4 counts!! It was like the "Keystone Cops"!!! I sat downstairs- to avoid the intense sunlight on the open upper deck. It was like an oven. The seats were small and weirdly shaped. It was not like regular bus seating, but like a poorly converted luggage carrier. It looked as if it had not been cleaned EVER!!... JUST NASTY I/WE WAS/WERE MISERABLE! During a stop, I stayed on the bus with two others and as we voiced our GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT (as we shared mutual issues)... The driver, who was sitting in the driver's seat jumped out of his seat and started yelling at us about how people were on vacation to enjoy themselves, about us complaining and on and on!! Needless to say WE WERE SHOCKED... I purchased two 16oz (watered down) marguerita cocktails, 3 small bags of chips and Oreos (6ct)... The bill was pennies short of $70.00!!! I expected high price, but $25 for a 16oz drink?!?!? OUTRAGEOUS! I guess prices are not posted for a reason... BEWARE! I couldn't figure out why we HAD to take pre boarding photos (like cruise ships)... We definitely were not purchasing photos. Now... We return to the pier, where there was supposed to be a bus waiting for us to return to the original point of departure... We had to call... Aftering waiting for a while... Some people called for Ubers... Some just starting walking... After the bus did arrive, we picked up others who walked a few blocks (?)... The highlight was after heavy rain started on our way back to the POD, The driver (same one who yelled at us) attempted to drop passengers off near their car or lodging... I was able to avoid three long blocks of walking in the rain, by being dropped off at the parking garage. Major issues: -Nonchalant attitude of staff as we were inconvenienced by the late bus -Excessive communication in Spanish (with particular passengers) should have been shared with all of us in English (on the bus) -EXTREMELY loud music (read your passengers, music was inconsistent with the clientele -Missing out on sightseeing as indicated in the Ads -HOT and dirty, uncomfortable bus -Driver rudely injecting himself in passenger conversation -Almost a demand for a tip of at least $5!... Booked an Everglades tour through them. Upon check in, they asked if we wanted to upgrade to "VIP" which entitles you to "have first pick of the seats on the bus, on the upper deck". What a SCAM! There is no such thing as "VIP" for them - we were treated just like everyone else who didn't pay for VIP. You're basically paying extra for a VIP sticker that doesn't offer you ANYTHING. A 5 hour Miami city and boat tour for $30 isn't a bad deal, but of course there has to be a catch, right? We decided on this tour because we were wasting time between getting off of our cruise and our flight home. April was super nice and accomodating on the phone. She explained that they only take cash and that if you don't have cash, there's an ATM in their office, which has only a $0.99 fee. They will also store tour luggage for $5/piece while you are on the tour. Well, you start on a city tour on a double decker bus where they drive you around to see South Beach and to Little Havanna. The bus ride was maybe 15 minutes max and was bare minimum history before continuing to Little Havanna. Once in Little Havanna, we walked to a cigar store, coffee shop, mojito bar, and clothing store. There's the catch...it's a shopping tour, which is fine and all considering the price of the tour, but there is a fair amount of walking and it isn't really conducive to those who have mobility issues. It really wasn't conducive to those who are healthy either because the tour guide would just leave places to continue to the next without ensuring he had everyone in our group. I feel like I had to round up people to prevent losing anyone. The shopping establishments we were brought to were not equipped to have a group of people all at once inside except for the mojito bar, so you're just crammed in and bump into everything and everyone. The mojitos cost $12.50/ea. They were decent but not exactly worth $12.50 as the rum tasted cheap. When we were able to board the bus again, it was waiting for us in the shade parked in front of a house. Well, the driver thought that through. There was a dog in the front yard of the house and she barked once since there was a crowd of people in front of HER house. The tour guide jumped at her to scare her. That was the point at which I was completely done and disgusted with the tour. When we got to the marina, the guide walked us to a restaurant for lunch prior to getting on the boat. He gave us our tickets and generic directions as to where to go and that was it. We were told where to pickup the bus after our boat. We had to ask marina personnel where to get on the boat because the directions were so poor. We were told go down either of these sides and look for a green umbrella. BTW, once you come down from the 2nd floor, go to the far left and look for the Bayride boat. The boat tour was just of the Port of Miami to look at mansions. Not really my thing but it was part of the tour so whatever. There was this one mansion that actually had a 10'x15' banner that read "This was never Shakira's house." That was probably the best part of the tour! To catch the bus back to where you started, you have to watch for the double decker bus, which is bright red and not to be confused with the other double decker bus company, and go to it because it just stops where it can find a spot. When our return bus arrived, people unloaded and we had to wait another 5 minutes while our tour guide and another employee counted cash. This couldn't have been done at another time?? The ladies in the office are nice and explain everything but the tour guide was worthless and it was quite clear he didn't care about people because he never once made sure he had everyone before continuing on and him lunging at the dog was absolutely disgusting. We booked the Everglades tour expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. We were told over the phone to arrive by 1:00 PM. We got there at 12:45, checked in, and were informed that the bus would arrive at 1:30 PM. It actually showed up around 1:45 PM, with no communication or apology for the delay. The driver did not speak any English and had to use Google Translate for all communication, which made everything more confusing. The ride to the Everglades took about an hour and a half. Once we arrived, the airboat tour -- which was supposed to be 4-5 hours total according to the description -- lasted only about 25 minutes. We saw no alligators, and the experience felt rushed and underwhelming. After the brief boat ride, we were shown a few captive animals that barely moved -- not the wildlife encounter we had hoped for. On the way back to Miami Beach, the driver once again used Google Translate to ask for tips, which felt very inappropriate given the overall poor service. From the unprofessional check-in staff to the lack of communication, the rushed tour, and the misleading itinerary, this experience was unfortunately not worth it. It was tough finding the spot as you are looking for the place to board the bus. It is located near the end of the strip and was noticeable once located. TL;DR: don't do it!! It is not an enjoyable experience or a good value, and despite being a BUS tour (not walking tour) they do not make reasonable accommodations for passengers with poor mobility. If I could give zero stars or -100 stars I would. We booked this tour through our hotel concierge after confirming through them and a phone call to the tour company that one of our guests is disabled and has limited mobility, unable to walk far distances, would be able to participate in this tour. We overpaid compared to what would be on the advertised Internet price. The entire tour was like you were on a vacation from hell with your 40-member family. Hectic instructions were poorly communicated. We were on multiple vehicles. When they indicated that "lunch" would be at the 3rd stop which turned out to be a private marina. Thank goodness I had run across the street to grab a Cuban snack for my family members. The "lunch" stop was nothing but a two food cart/trucks. The $12 Mojitos were tasty and the live salsa music was nice but I didn't need the bus tour to experience it. Even in this instance, our family member had to walk farther than was originally explained and despite them saying they were going to pick us up "in front" of the salsa bar They greeted us there and then marched us to the bus. When we finally got to the boat tour portion at pier 5, they told us they would pick us up at the location where they dropped us off, and they would be coming by every hour on the hour. I specifically asked, "right here?" And was told yes. After the boat tour, we returned to where they dropped us off 15 minutes before the top of the hour. No one arrived. Other guests took Ubers home. We continued to wait thinking maybe at the 30 minute mark they would arrive... Still no one came, but the rain started to sprinkle. I called the hotel who reached out to the bus tour company who said that they would be there at 4 o'clock. Around 4 o'clock a gentleman came by in the red shirt and he explained that the bus was on the other side of the shopping mall plaza. I explained that we were told we would be picked up where we were dropped off and that's where we were standing. I explained we had a disabled guest who cannot walk that far. The man kept insisting that we have to walk to them. I walked over there. I found the bus, the bus was closed. There weren't any passengers on the bus the driver was nowhere to be found. As it turns out, that's because he was the one that we had been talking to at the other location! When I met him again, I asked him if he would please drive around and pick up our disabled guest and he repeatedly told me no. I cannot understand why he could not come around to where he had previously dropped us off to pick up our family member. It seems a very reasonable accommodation for a disabled person, as the bus had obviously previously been able to get there when it dropped us off... We wound up having to pay an additional $30 to take a yellow cab back to our hotel. Overall, you'd be far better off to take an Uber or to drive your own vehicle/walk if you have no problem with mobility. Otherwise it seems like a racket if you ask me! It also makes sense why they would be cash only. No opportunity to dispute your charge! And to further make it clear that this place is a scam I have called multiple times yesterday and today trying to speak to someone about an explanation and /or refund and no managers are available. I've left messages and no one is calling me back "Anthony," if you see this, there's a message with my phone number waiting for you! UPDATE: while I was preparing to post this Andrea called. She insisted that she had said that the pick up would be between 430 and five to our front desk when the called. That was not communicated to us and, frankly, I don't think that it's relevant. Speaking over me, she keeps asserting that pick ups are dependent upon traffic and I would see that on the map and I was trying to explain to her that we were never given a map. I was trying to explain to her that I came eye to eye with her driver, and he refused to accommodate our disabled passenger by coming around to pick him up at the spot where they dropped us off, which is what had been initially communicated. She hung up on me. Updated update: Andrea didn't answer my attempt to call her back. I tried calling the mainline back and explained I had been talking to Andrea and got hung up on. Again, I got put on hold until I got hung up on again. I called the main number back just in case it had been an accident that I got disconnected and when I explained that I was holding for someone I got hung up on again. I think I've lost that money. My wife and I bought the triple package... I'll start with the good: the bus driver for city tour was great. lots of fun and made the tour enjoyable. Finding the boat ride after city tour was challenging. many of their employees barely speak English and can't communicate effectively. knowing where to wait for bus etc was extremely confusing. after a long wait a man showed up in a van (who didn't speak English) to take our group to Everglades (the last tour of the day) after an hour drive we showed up only to find that the airboat tour we paid for was unavailable for the rest of the day. drove back to the headquarters and everyone in our group asked for a refund, and the guy in there said come back tomorrow and talk to manager, he couldn't do anything. most of the people were leaving and unable to come back the next day. I came back the next day and asked what they could do, and they offered to put us on a tour later in the week but wouldn't offer even a partial refund. sucks when you're traveling and don't have a lot of time to waste. in addition, I originally signed up online at a cost of $120 for both of us, which it said to pay in person. when we got there, I wasn't paying attention and the bus driver was in a hurry and I didn't realize they charged me $165. Not great initial customer service. Don't expect to pay with a credit card, cash only. The people at the desk give vague instructions. They are Spanish speaking so they try their best. The atm machine charges 99cents per transaction. No one carries cash on them anymore so this is a bit ridiculous. We waited outside with no benches to sit. The bus was 30 minutes late so don't make set plans after this booked reservation. There is traffic so it's understandable but with the blaring sun there was no shade or place to rest. I asked him a question about when we got off the bus what to do because we didn't pay for the boat ride he just waved his arm at me instead of just simply telling me he will explain in a minute. The VIP price is a scam. It's only good for the first time when boarding the bus. When you get off at little Havana and board the bus again it doesn't apply anymore. They told me it's first come first serve which is insane to me. Also the driver and host are pretty aggressive about the tips. They practically demand you to pay tips. It's not required so don't feel obligated to tip. It's a nice gesture but it's not something you must do because they said it pays for their family. They need to learn how to speak to people. No cost to sign up---"Pay when you arrive" (should have seen this as a red flag). Arrived early as directed but no bus is present (2nd red flag). Asked where to park our car and was given directions which were 100% wrong (3rd red flag). Found parking on our own and parked ($25) and then went to the office where we were told in this order: 1) Cash only! and Do you have cash? 2) You are on our waiting list (it was oversold; 3rd and 4th red flags). My wife asked to use the bathroom and were told "There's a bathroom at the restaurant on the corner." (However, the restaurant was closed and did not open until 10:00AM; 5th red flag). We searched the open stores in the neighborhood for a bathroom to no avail. We even bought coffee at a coffee shop and they too would not let her use a bathroom (really crappy neighborhood; 6th red flag). The tour was about to start so we went back to the office. I asked the young lady "Are we able to go on the tour?" Her response "Do you want to go?" I say yes but my wife has to use the bathroom and cannot get on the 2 hour bus ride without using a bathroom first. Can she please use your bathroom? The young lady says no: 7th red flag. The fact that this young lady is afraid to just turn around and ask here manager if a customer can use the bathroom speaks volumes about this shady company. At this point it was clear that the customers (us) are here to be manipulated by the tour company . My wife agrees that the operation is very shady at best. I told the young lady that she should find a better job and she agrees by nodding. I later get the feeling she is not there by choice. So we didn't go on the tour and we are so glad. Imagine being held captive by these criminals for 5 hours on a hot bus. F$$K NO!!! read more

This was the worst bus tour I have been on in a while. The bus was extremely hot. Driver spoke no English and kept getting lost. The overall trip there took over two hours and the lack of fanning made it worse. Driver was very pushy with tips. Overall super disappointed. read more

I stumbled on Viator's island cruise through google and found the pricing to be pretty decent for a 90 minute boat cruise. Booking was easy and received great communication on how to get there, when to arrive, how to check in. Once there, the lady working the ticketing counter was super nice and helpful with instructions. Boarding the boat was smooth and everyone on the boat made the experience fun and entertaining. Overall great experience and I would recommend this cruise for anyone new to the Miami area who wants to get out and see the islands and millionaire homes. read more

The bus tour started at 3pm and took multiple detours off the route due to traffic. The tour ended up taking about 3 hours. We had to pay $52 to park the rental car for 4 hours, then we had to take a $35 taxi back to the starting location because they told us we had to exit the bus. Since we (me and most of the guests) refused to tip, the guide called us "cheap" as we exited the bus. The folks who were supposed to go on the cruise, their guide was nowhere to be found so I'm unsure what happened to them. Total cost $247 and an entire day lost. read more

This is a very irresponsible fraudulent company. Last time we booked a one-day ticket, there were three projects, but in the first project, their bus broke down and asked someone to repair it. In this way, they left a group of our tourists there without any solutions. The remaining two projects were not completed and there was no refund. Even the destination of the first project was not the real national swamp crocodile park mentioned on the Internet. He sent us to a crocodile farm to see. read more

Beware - this whole establishment seems to be a scam to avoid state tax due to the state of Florida. Here is what happened when I booked Everglades tour: 1) I booked the tour on https://miamitours.com. Instead of taking me to the credit card portal they say pay upon arrival (see screenshot). 2) Then I get a strange email that says I need to pay by Venmo. I call their office and mention the conflicting emails and they say it is OK to pay upon arrival, but it has to be CASH. I go to ATM and keep the cash ready. 3) Upon arrival they say I don't have a reservation since I did not pay by Venmo. The whole thing looks shady. You can see the invoice does not have sales tax listed. I am shocked that this goes on unchecked in Florida and the government does nothing about it. I have never seen any web-based booking company not collecting cc payments or check payments. read more

This bus tour was advertised as a hop on hop off experience. It was absolutely NOT that. It was a bus tour with random 10-20 minute stops - which absolutely does not give you enough time to do anything. We stopped at a random side street in Wynwood and all we were able to do was take a picture in front of one random wall and all we had was 10 minutes there. It was really hard to understand the tour guide, and once we get of the bus we could not find her. We left the tour after the Little Havana stop enraged. Nothing! It's a tourist trap/scam... Signs posted throughout out the business stating no refunds whether they cancel or delay tours. Knowing tourist may not be able to come back for a rescheduled tour. They hand out vouchers with no expiration knowingly they will not be used by most tourist & they pocket the money. We were supposed to go on a tour to the Everglades bus was about a hour late, once at the our destination we were directed to a show which didn't happen. We were told NO show NO boat ride to Everglades NO encounter with gators. We were told it was all canceled & closed due to rain, Even though they have signs stating "RAIN OR SHINE" the tour will happen. When we bought our tickets there were 6-8 employees at the counter. When the bus of 19 customers arrived back from the 2 hr was of time ride, they were only 1 employee to deal with 19 angry customers.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The are VULTURES & have NO customer service. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau... A BUSINESS LIKE THIS SHOULD NO BE IN OPERATION... The owner who is Scott and supervisors who is Anthony are no help when you request a refund after a bad experience with MiamiTours. They let their employees get yelled at by angry customers for their fuck ups ‼ Also, the supervisor told me they were a small company but the owner also has JetSki rentals so obviously he's making good money. They don't care about there customers who come from all over the world to visit Miami. The only care about your money and that is it‼ I will not book with them ever again‼‼ Just look at the reviews,in April one of the buses blew up in the middle of the highway‼‼ I booked a tour with my boyfriend to the Everglades witch included transportation to the Everglades on a double-decker coach bus with A/C. Everything was going good until the way back from the Everglades to Miami Beach. The double Decker coach bus AC system was not working AT ALL, imagine being on that bus for an 1 hour and 15 minutes drenched in sweat and the temperature outside reaching 89° degrees. It was so hot on that bus that I felt like I was about to have an episode which I suffer from epilepsy. I booked this tours specifically for the A/C due to my medical conditions. As soon as we arrived back to the drop off location. I notified the following guess that was going on that bus that the AC system is not working. But they were still willing to take people on the hot ass bus with a broken AC system. Thank god I always carry a little fan with me. read more

A friend and I planned to be in Miami Beach for a few days as a birthday trip for me and on my actual birthday, I planned a trip to Key West so we could go snorkeling. I found Miami Tours and saw a round trip ticket was $39 and snorkeling was just $49, per person. Sweet deal - let's do it! So I completed the process online and was provided an order number and confirmation for $176, but payment wasn't collected at that time. I thought it was odd that I did not receive a confirmation email, so I had to keep the tab open in my phone so I could have the order number at the time of the trip. When booking the trip, the site said the bus would depart at 7am, with a 30-minute breakfast stop, and that we would get back on the bus at 6pm to leave Key West. No big deal - the meeting place was less than a half mile from our hotel and we'd have plenty of time after snorkeling to grab a bite and make it to the bus in time. We had the address for the snorkeling place, which was a mile away from the bus, so we planned where we would stop for food afterwards so we would have less than a half mile to the bus. Fast forward to the day... we arrived at their location by 630a as noted on the site. There were maybe 15 of us ready to pay and board the bus. All of the credit card machines were conveniently down for the day, so we were advised to use the ATM. When it was our turn to pay, the "owner" of the company took the order number from my phone and told me it was $92 for the two of us. With Miami Beach a little pricey and I had no real way to prove the cost of the bus ticket, I obliged and paid the $92 and realized later on that I was charged $14 more than I should have, so I'd be sure to let the snorkeling place know this. It was about 730a when we boarded the bus and left Miami Beach. Prior to boarding, the "owner" was attempting to upsell the best seats on the top of the bus for extra cash. Upon boarding, the bus was beyond freezing and it was barely 60 degrees that day. The driver was Cuban and didn't speak English, so we had to listen to his multiple speeches in Cuban Spanish and then again with a Siri English translator. Traffic was mad crazy - it was a Wednesday morning, during rush hour, and construction. We learned the breakfast stop would be just 15 minutes, were told several times that we had to be back on the bus or it would leave and they wouldn't count heads to ensure everyone was on the bus, the driver wouldn't stop talking about how important it was to get a tip, and that we would be meeting at 5p to get back to Miami Beach. So....we left 30 minutes late, breakfast was cut 15 minutes short (and at McD's none the less, which would be fine if you actually eat that crap), and we lost an hour in Key West. Bummed to say the least, but we'll make the best of it. Now we're in Key West and we have little time to get to the snorkeling place, but first, we wanted to run to the Southern Most Point of the US for a photo. Couldn't wait in line for a real photo because we had 10 minutes to hike a mile to snorkeling, but we were able to get a decent selfie. Now we are hustling to the address that was provided on the Miami Tour website, just to find it is a gift shop! The worker pointed to a few kiosks and that's where we would get our snorkeling ticket. So we're at this "Fury Adventures" kiosk and tell them who we are, show them our order number from this site, and they have no idea who Miami Tours is. They ask us what the employees names are and we have no idea; they take my phone and make a call to look up our order and they can't find it. Now I'm panicking because I have no idea what is going on and what kind of scam I fell for. We had 5 minutes to board the catamaran, so my friend bought 2 tickets (paid far more than $49 per ticket) and we were able to make it to snorkeling on time (and we had a blast!). We made it back to the dock by 315p which gave us plenty of time to make it back to the bus, but not enough time to sit down and have a meal. We found ourselves in and out of gift shops, with a few stops in the bar for some birthday shots/potty breaks, then we made it back to the bus just in time. The way back to Miami Beach was quiet for the most part, until the driver turned all the lights on (it was pitch black so it was super bright and with no warning) and began with his speeches again. Once we were back in Miami Beach, the driver didn't take us back to the business location, rather, was kind enough to stop along the main drag to drop off passengers where they needed. Overall, this was a sketchy day and poorly run business that takes advantage of tourists. I would have left just 1 star, but the driver did get us to Key West and back safely. read more

1st time visiting South Beach Miami from LA Booked a 1/2 day Bus tour with a Sightseeing Boat Ride. $29.99 per person is a good deal we chose the 1:30 pm tour and enjoyed our stop at the little Havana tried authentic Cafe Cubano and ended up buying some to take back home. The boat ride is about 2 hours round trip, tour speaker was very informative and fun throughout the tour. read more
