Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

Just add a perreo playlist and you'll feel like you're at Andres Carne de Res in Chia...or maybe that's just me. My friend booked one for her birthday and it was the most fun time. You can book the chiva for 2 hours and it drives you around Miami and drops you at a destination of your choice. We drove around Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana and ultimately got dropped off in the Grove. The bus has bluetooth so whatever musical vibes you desire for the adventure is totally up to you. You cannot bring glass on the bus, but you are able to bring drinks. They have a cooler loaded with ice for you and the staff is super nice. You can also bring food - but I'd suggest hand held things since you're moving a lot. The best part about the Chiva is that you can dance since there are railings and ropes for you to hold on to while the bus is moving. Do nooooot miss out on the chance to get your Chiva on. I am not sure what the capacity is but we were a group of 12 and it's pretty affordable - we each paid $43. TLDR - book a chiva and live your best life!

This is the 2nd year our organization has booked with Miami Motorcoach for our annual statewide…read morecollege tour and it will definitely be the last. The first year was okay albeit a very old and outdated bus, but we decided to give it another try. The bus this year was more antiquated then the first and was not inspected thoroughly before picking up our group. Midway through our trip the driver discovered that the air pressure needed to be fixed and pulled off at an exit. Approximately 40 students and staff were stuck on the side of the road in Gainesville for 5 hours waiting for a mechanic to come fix it. The mechanic was taking forever so the bus company decided to send another bus from Tampa to pick up our group and drop them off in Orlando. Our students missed their lunch reservation and had to order pizza and then also missed their dinner reservation because they were dropped off. We had to quickly find a venue willing to fix dinner for 40 people with an hour's notice. The worst part is they missed the college tour for the school that everyone wanted to visit the most, UCF. They settled for just visiting the bookstore the next morning, but were not able to have their group tour rescheduled. The bus company offered no compensation for the inconvenience due to their negligence, no apologies, and basically said we should be "grateful" they even sent another bus to pick us up instead of leaving us on the side of the road. They acted like they did us a favor. This is the worst customer service we have ever received and will gladly take our business elsewhere. The only positive of the trip was the driver; the students loved him and he was very friendly and kind. Avoid Miami Motorcoach at ALL COSTS!

Driver was suppose to contact us with name and number on Feb. 16th, and never did. On the wedding day, Saturday, February 17, driver called at 11:32am to confirm service and to say that service may be late because they had a pickup in Key West at the Airport and service may not start until 3:30pm or 4:00pm, which was unacceptable. Driver called back at 2:52pm and said he was still in Key west. He called a third time at 4:09pm to say he was one key (30 minutes away), by which time nearly all the guests had made their way to the wedding venue (changing travel plans and causing chaos). I disputed the charge through PayPal which has a fairly useless dispute process - although Florida Keys Shuttle offered to refund $450. Luckily, my PayPal is paid via an American Express card and I filed a dispute with AmEx and it was granted within a week and they reversed the charge. Don't waste your time with these unreliable fraudsters.

When my family was embarking on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my own kids to the Jungle Queen. It's a short boat ride that takes you through the canals behind the mansions and quasi-famous homes on the water. Your guide on board will tell you about the homes and landmarks you pass en route. There is a bar on board, so no need to sail sober! LOL There are also a few snacks for purchase. The air movement on the boat keeps you from getting too warm, even when the sun is blazing, but don't forget your sunscreen. There's no bad seat aboard. All in all, it's a nice little boat ride if you're looking to get outside and burn some time in Fort Lauderdale. There is a string of food shops along the waterfront outside the entrance, so you can plan to grab lunch or dinner before or after your ride. We really enjoyed our trip, but I'm deducting one star due to the boat traffic (which I know they cannot really help). Maneuvering around all the other drunks in their watercraft was kind of a drag.

We opted to eat at the steakhouse a few times, as well as the sushi restaurant. We were happy that these options were available. There were a few hiccups. Margaritaville now charges purchases to your account throughout the cruise instead of waiting until the last day, and we had some issues with making payments on the account. My girlfriend's suitcase was also damaged during the cruise, which was frustrating. We also had a period where the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, and the room became extremely hot. Despite those issues, they didn't ruin the overall experience. We had a good time celebrating, and for the price, I think it's a solid cruise option. I'd definitely sail with Margaritaville at Sea again, I just want to try out some of their other ships next time!

Give this ship a try! But go in knowing what it is and what it isn't!!! The Paradise is great for a cheap getaway. It's no frills but still nice for the price. They offer a lot of deals and specials for veterans, repeat customers, and casino players. The crew is amazing. Very hard working and friendly. Never saw anyone without a smile on their face. I booked a grand suite and it was very nice. Yes, it's showing its age but I'm more concerned about cleanliness. My cabin steward, Paul, did an excellent job. Loved the towel animals. It had a balcony but it's old so the wall is high. You can't see over the ledge if laying down on the sun lounger. It's a big balcony. My only complaint is it's not covered. I was out during the sail away party and the people in the pool deck were hanging their drinks over the railing. I was nervous someone could throw something and land on the me or the balcony. The suite has a separate living room and bedroom. Very nice size! The bathroom is big for a cruise ship - jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The food isn't bad. I went to JWB Steakhouse one night. It's an extra fee to eat here. I don't think it's necessarily worth it but you get a lot of food. I ordered the ribeye. I like my steak rare and the meat cut is too thin to get it rare to my liking. The seasoning was good. You get an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert. The shrimp cocktail was good. I absolutely loved the onion soup. Steak was just ok. And I was too full for dessert. The buffet has a lot of good choices. I wish Cheeseburger in Paradise offered a turkey burger. Some things on the buffet are better than others. The reubens at the sandwich station are awesome. I got one with turkey and it was also delicious. Fins, the main dining room, is hit or miss for me. They post the nightly menus outside of the restaurant so you can pick and choose what nights you want to go by the choices. They don't switch up the menus so if you got often it's the same thing. The standouts for me were the hearts of palm appetizer and the curry shrimp entree. The mushroom rotini wasn't bad either. The sauce was thin. I thought the key lime sponge cake dessert was too sweet. Crazy sweet. Disembarkation was a cluster you know what as usual. Not a lot of direction - especially when people don't follow the order to get off! Suites are supposed to get priority after ADA but so many people clog the elevators and hallways. But you can technically be off the ship and in your car by 8:30/9 if all goes well. The casino has a decent variety of slots and tables. Free drinks while gambling but the servers tend to favor the tables. If you have the drink package, it's a quick walk to the bar to get your own. I had to do that several times. On each sailing, they have a veteran's ceremony. They recognize all the veterans on board and the cruise director speaks. It's very nice and one of the things that sets this ship apart from others. I know I'm missing stuff but my review is long enough!!!
