I was coming here prior to merger and renaming of this branch. This is not my actual credit union but is part of the shared banking network I can use in Cincinnati. I never have to wait too long to be helped even though they also service the drive thru customers. The tellers are always friendly and helpful and good at fixing the mistakes I make on the deposit slips. They always verify my identity and process my request in a very short time. Whatever I deposit here goes into my account the same day at my credit union. This is a slightly smaller branch office but has a receptionist desk, customer form counter and several private banking offices for more private and detailed service transactions. I hand-delivered my mortgage payment in February and asked a question about a fee on my account. I was told that there were no fees listed. Then, because I wanted to make sure that it was clear which bank my automatic payments were coming out of, I asked the teller if it was coming out of my other account (since that was the one with the money in it). She said yes, but I wasn't sure she had registered which bank I had said and I repeated the question, including the name of my other banking institution to be sure that my automatic payments were correctly set up. She affirmed that I was all set up for automatic payments and the next payment would come out of my account. Well, the next month I received a statement that said that I had missed my payment and also that I had incurred a fee of $90. When I went to the bank to speak with them about it, the president told me that the teller couldn't have made the error she did because she would have had to be "brain-dead" to make a mistake like that and would be fired, so obviously it couldn't have happened and I was the one that was in the wrong; therefore, the fee stands. I feel like I was robbed. I sincerely hope no one else trusts the tellers or anyone else at Victory Community Bank to have their bests interests at heart; based on this experience, I feel that they are solely in banking for their own gain.

The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Overall, I've had a good experience. However, I have paid off many loans early with them and I have…read moreonly been late on one payment on one loan of many. I also have a good credit score. However, the rates on my loans never drop when I get another one for the same reason, such as a motor vehicle. Also they were unclear about their Covid Policy. They do provide refreshments for their clients. I can't get a debit card for my savings account. I don't know why they have never explain this to me when I ask. I like your hours in proximity to my work. I also lights get the pay once a year on loans, if needed. The counter employees are nice. The loan employees are dry and usually not friendly. Their calculations have always been correct on my statements.
