This has been my bank since I was 16 years old. I have had all of my accounts and loans here with great service.

I was almost ready to call off the sale of the house. Robyn was very rude in her tone. She does not listen. Since I was closing on the house from out of state, I had to get documents notarized. The buyers name was on the two of the documents. I asked her in three different ways what I should do about this because no notary will want sign when the buyer can come back and sign later on the document. Robyn blew it off and did not give me an answer. When I arrived to the notary, he refused to stamp the document with the buyers name on it. I called my realtor to find out what to do. My realtor told me to cross out the buyers name and the title company will have to figure it out whether they want to combine a separate document from the buyer with mine. That is what I did. It also took the tile company 3 days to understand my name was misspelled. I and my husband emailed and called several times. Even during a telephone conversation, Robyn insisted on calling us by the wrong last name after she was corrected three times in one conversation.
