The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

I'm in awe over the entire operation I found at Mr. Motorhead. Longtime Harley Davidson sales rep bad@ss 'Rick' made my 1am internet, interest & curiosity into a 12pm next day reality. Rick is the epitome of a true free spirited rider. The man makes it easy to talk about what you want because he sincerely listens to the vision you have in mind. It felt like the man himself had ridden just about every HD bike at some point in his life. 'John' (finance, bank brawler/miracle worker) still has his first receipt of his first Harley framed up and all. TRUST ME!!! You want a man as versed in this field as John working the numbers and pulling moves like rainman. If you come here on a thought trust that you'll ride out of showroom on the two wheels which you sought. This place feels like a good mix of home and hanging with your boys & homegirls. They have your back. I played a little pool while waiting on the 15min bank approval; when I got to talking to a seasoned rider. The man was there just because he says quality upgrades and mechanical work is second to non there. He said the technician/motorcycle specialist they've got is skillful. Didn't catch the techs name just know he's tall and skinny. Another thing, if I could give anyone a blank check to help me customize my bike to be a personification of me, that'd be 'Chris Walden' service/shop manager. You should see the catalogs the man has. I can't do that for now while I'm in my 30's but I'll do a few upgrades at a time lmao. 'Lori' made all the paperwork feel like a breeze. At one point she even thought of a solution outside the box just to facilitate my needs and that of the banks. She was a skilfull liason for Mr. Motorhead while handling my deal. She's the behind the scenes modern day elbow grease. Just refined with clean cut class and productivity. She seemed to share a love and respect for the Harley Davidson line along with its design. They shuttled over some kids from what seemed to be a local middle school to help be apart of putting together a sick amazing looking bike build; with lunch paid for. All out of their pockets. Angel-like businesses like Mr. Motorhead is what communities everywhere need. I would've never dreamed this back when I went to Booker T Washington in Overtown when it used to be a middle school. My wife likes my bike but says she'll love it if I give her real-estate on the back-end of it. Lol I hear that's how future Harley Davidson glider owners get started. I was told, in a rather abrupt tone, that no one was available and the call was ended. I called back to understand what had happened, and when I asked why the call had been disconnected, I was again told, somewhat rudely, that there was nobody who speaks Spanish. I then said I would try to explain what I needed in English, but the response I received -- "Ok, so what do you want?" -- was delivered in a tone that clearly conveyed annoyance and impatience. At that point, noticing the discomfort and lack of willingness to help, I chose to end the conversation politely and wished her a good day. I believe customer service is extremely important. Even when language barriers exist, professionalism, patience, and courtesy should always remain priorities. If someone is not comfortable interacting respectfully with customers, it may be worth reconsidering whether they are suited for a customer-facing role. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback so future interactions can reflect the level of service customers expect and deserve.

Took my Harley in for rear wheel and brake replacement. Owner told me about serious damage to rear…read morewheel hub, but asked me to take bike home when I couldn't get the replacement wheel the same day. Charged me over $400 for new rear tire, brakes and labor, but installed spacers improperly on my bike. Consequently, as I drove it to another shop, my rear rotor, pads and brake caliper were damaged and required replacement. The additional repairs totaled another $439. I would NEVER recommend this shop.

If you have a Harley you would a FOOL to get work done on it at a Harley dealership! I recently had my 2019 Harley Street Glide serviced (1000 mile service) at FM CYCLE. I actually felt like I was treated like royalty. After the service Mike explained everything he did to the bike (try to get that from a dealership). Mike is a great guy and really cares about the motorcycle community. He is a fair guy with awesome prices. Try him and I guarantee you will never go back to a Harley dealership again!

They can't because of the close proximity of the Honda dealer (not as attentive). The dealership is clean, spacious and many accessories to choose from. While you wait for service on your scooter they have snacks and a television. Quiet low pressure atmosphere. You really want to buy from a scooter dealer. The care is better. This is a small family business. The owner is always there and very nice. He is somewhat reserved so he leaves the talking to his salesperson ( a family friend) and she is EXCEPTIONAL! I love this about the owner. This is one of my pet peeves. If you are the owner and you know you are not a talker, or know the art of sales...then be quiet and make your money. This owner selected the perfect person. She greets you warmly, explains all details of the scoot, is not pushy, can answer any questions and if she doesn't she has no problem asking the technician (has been with them for over a decade). She is efficient, quick, knows the product, can discuss the product, knows how to detach from the conversation gently to help someone else...just an exceptional sales person you really don't see that often. No, I do not know her but have been in often enough and she is ALWAYS the same. Never nasty. Nice over the phone. She should teach classes on customer service. Really. I have purchased twice from this store: a Baccio and later a SYM HD 200. I have spent about $6800 in scooters not including accessories and service. I really and honestly want a Honda but purchase from this dealer because they treat EVERYONE the same. No snobbery, no mean sales people, they speak to you whether your first time or your 50th scooter with respect. Many of the "I only have a scooter" crowd come to get their scoots serviced here. Sometimes they barbeque. Wish they would host local scooter rides. They probably should do a 30 day follow up call ...that might be a nice touch. Sometimes the father or the owner is on site and he is nice too. They really value their customers. I sold the scooter and want another one but again this dealer only sells SYM. I wish they sold the Honda Grom. Pricing is fair. No dealer fees!

Saying if you have any questions please feel free to ask...I buy the GOKART for my son for Christmas, they deliver it timely. The day after Christmas my son was driving it with my daughter in it, all I hear is screaming I ran down the street so fast and the wheel came off!! Luckily my children were not hurt!!! I'm so grateful for my neighbor because he knew what he was doing and had multiple GOKARTS before, he helped us to rig it to get it home. I then called power & play multiple times and no answer, when I finally got through the lady (owner) was not in, they said they check everything before sending out, and HUNG UP ON ME!! Worst place they get your money and then are done with you!!!
