Terrible place. The most unprofessional limo service ever. They canceled my reservation for 2 limos days before my wedding. They simply told me they had no availability because they rented my limos to someone else for more time than what I had originally rented them for. Run from this place. We had a ride from Miami driving us all the way to Islamorada late at night. The driver was polite and friendly, and the car was new and clean. That being said, the ride was very uncomfortable for both me and my travel companion because of how obviously and dangerously tired the driver was. We had to stop early in the ride for him to buy an energy drink. When we were five minutes from our destination he fully FELL ASLEEP and began to drive off of the highway, we had tires in the dirt going at least 55 MPH. I was sitting behind him and had to yell his name multiple times and slap his arm very hard to wake him up. We very nearly crashed. Thankfully we were close to our destination and made it there in one piece. I asked the driver to park somewhere nearby to nap before getting back on the road so he didn't kill himself or anyone else by falling asleep behind the wheel again. The following day, I called Miami Unique Limo to report what had happened and no one from management was there, so I left a detailed message with the phone operator. He assured me that on Monday when a manager was back in the office they would contact me to get my report and conduct a safety review. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY MIAMI UNIQUE LIMO. Sending a tired driver for a late-night long highway drive is not the fault of the driver, it is a failure of management. When we need a ride feeling safe is our top priority, and we did not feel safe at all in this drive. Again, I want to reiterate that our driver acted responsibly and politely in trying to stay awake. I think that it is wrong for the Miami Unique Limo to have sent someone without first ensuring they are well rested. It is a safety concern that the management of this company obviously does not take seriously.  The driver literally fell asleep while we were driving. We could have easily been injured or worse. If you need a ride late at night, I highly recommend taking an alternative option for more comfort and safety. We will never be using this service again. read more

Used this service for most of the day for a group of us down in Fort Lauderdale. Santiago our driver was great, provided water on the drive. With multiple stops in the day he was always there on time to pick us up and get us to our next destination in time. read more

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed right now. As a travel planner I have used this company a few times in the past, but no longer will use them. My client has just informed me that his elderly mothers bag was LEFT ON THE CURBSIDE at the airport and they are not taking responsibility whatsoever for this! She had her bag right next to her wheelchair and when the driver dropped them off at the hotel her bag was not in the car! The driver and company are claiming they are not liable for this?! Since they have refused any sort of refund, I gave a suggestion for the driver to go back and see if he can find her bag (which by the way has her medication!) and he said "the driver is no longer working and has gone home". This is extremely unprofessional and poor treatment of customers. Especially to say they are not responsible for the bag, when it was right by her wheelchair! It is 4 people's words against 1...VERY frustrating! read more

Please save yourself tremendous headaches and do not book with this company. Not only did my driver not show up to pick me up at Miami International Airport, but the company also chose not to let me know that he/she would not be arriving at all. When I called to inquire, they advised that the driver's truck broke down on the highway. When asked about alternatives, they promised a call back in 5 minutes. That didn't happen. The next day when I called to ask about my refund for the pre-paid charge, they tried to tell me it was a technical glitch, and the driver thought the pickup was on a different date (no broken-down truck suddenly). I should have trusted my first instin​cts with this company. They seemed shady to me and I was right! Now let's see how long it takes to get this refund.... Thank goodness for Uber. read more

We had ordered a pickup from the airport, but the driver was nowhere to be seen on our arrival. Had to call and wait for 20 minutes for a gentleman to come along and meet us. Had also reserved a Luxury SUV. Pictures on the Website shows an Escalade. We were driven in a 15yr old Suburban. Not luxury, not by a long shot. Dissaponting. Order an UBER XL, you will get a newer car, and faster service, for less money. Even Uber Lux SUV would be cheaper. read more

Had ordered a car online for myself and a travel companion on another flight. My flight arrived early, however hers was now delayed. I emailed almost 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time to ask for a later pick up, which included the other flight information. The email I received just said "Sure. No worries". My flight arrived and the driver was already waiting, which was an hour earlier than my requested pick up time. The driver ask me to call the company. The representative tells me it's a $50 per hour wait fee, despite the email stating sure, no worries regarding the change I requested. The representative won't explain to me why this wasn't told to me in the initial email. I needed to wait, so I thanked the driver for coming out. There's no reason for me to pay an hour wait fee, when you were dispatched and hour early than what I booked. I was willing to pay a wait fee from the booked time to the delayed flight. The representative then tries to gaslight me that I'm being unreasonable. Nah, they were trying to scam me. read more

My family and I recently traveled to Miami for a week and then to Key West for a second week. We had to be picked up at the Fort Lauderdale airport and then driven to our hotel. Then we were picked up at the hotel a week later and driven 3.5 hours to Key West. On January 1 2021, we had to be picked up and driven 3.5 hours back to the Miami airport to fly home. There were lots of details about this trip but they executed the plan perfectly. They were on time for each pick up and were professional and courteous. Given that we had three children with us we had to stop several times for bathroom stops. They handled that well and knew the route well, finding clean and appropriate bathrooms. The Suburban was sparkling clean inside and out. I would most definitely use this company again and would recommend for your next trip.
