So I let him know and sent him a picture he apologized. I ask to schedule a revision so I could have 100 percent of my service. He asks for me to take a wet paper towel to the couch... If I felt like a wet paper towel was something that the couch needed I wouldn't have hired a service and would have done it myself for free. Like I understand it's not a big deal it's just a section and what was done was done well. But if you're working for 200 dollars the hour/hour and half id think if there's an error it gets fixed. I picked this company for the reviews and the attention to detail and I'm glad other people experienced that. I can't relate. To be fair what he did do he did a great job with I don't want to be unfair to anyone making a living either. Hopefully in the future this won't happen again. read more
