The estimate was discussed over the phone based on the photos you provide - Eddie handled that The Tecs Marc and Jabari (the sweetest brothers ever!) - arrived, after a couple walk throughs and identifying the intensity of the stains and # of rooms needing the cleaning- they matched the quote i was given in the first place, which usually does not happen often They were about to start the cleaning the same day! Our building (like most on the beach) has specific rules when home projects get done and RUG KING was patient and understanding. They were sent home due to parking difficulties. I felt bad but they came back without any frustration a couple days later. The job was quick and efficient! This company is now and will continue to be my go-to. I messaged them and was able to book an appointment for the same day after my puppy ran through the house covered in dirt. There were some urine stains throughout as well and the carpets were long overdue for a good cleaning. Our technician, Jabari, did an amazing job, all our stains were removed like they were never there at all and he even included a deodorizer that had house smelling fresh.
