I ask if i can smoke my vape in the sprinter the answer is no which was understandable, after that i asked if blue tooth can be hooked up , the driver Ronald couldn't get neither i phone 15 to hook up to the blue tooth out of 6 passengers - now ok scratch that so i asked can we turn on the tv - Tv wasn't working i then told Ronald to talk with his boss and let him know the tv isn't working ( for the future ) OMG Ronald got very sassy with me i felt like my life was in danger he was talking with his hands off the wheel I most definitely had to ask about 3 times can he put his hands back on the wheel if he's looking out for the passengers safety, the way he was carrying on you would think he paid 180.00 for a 45 min drive with no perks from the company such as bluetooth or tv privileges , The way Ronald acted out was so unprofessional I literally had to ask him to stop talking to me ! He had me feeling so uneasy before I boarded my cruise , I travel a lot and always use transportation services even from different countries i have never been treated like this and never not been able to use features that can help make my experience with your company great - this was the response from the owner after i explained to him about the tv and remote and I also let him know that the features was one of the reasons i booked with the company.... There's a remote control you use. This is not an hourly service you are paying for this is a simple port transfer the rate is for a big vehicle bigger than an SUV FyI the uber on the way back for all 6 passengers was 53.00 in a newer Suburban with led lights working features and a driver who made sure his passengers were safe !
