I like how they set me up to come in 4 times a week (Mon-Thurs), so the appointments are consistent and flexible. The sessions are around 15-20 minutes long, and sometimes, you spend time on the massage table/bed for that day, and other times, you will also be seeing a chiropractor. The receptionists are kind and prompt, but you do have to check-in before each session, by noting the severity of pain in your body on their front desk tablet. You'll also get text message reminders way ahead the scheduled time. The massage beds are relaxing that I've fallen asleep on them a couple of times, and I believe there is the option to enable heat on them because one time, it felt really warm and helped loosen my muscles. I got to meet with two of the chiropractors here--Luke and Grant. Luke is very enthusiastic and will happily answer any questions, as well as give his insight on what can relieve tension and soreness. Luke is a great conversationalist, and it's always very exciting to hear his opinion on things. He often shares his philosophies on health and wellness, and it's definitely inspired me to take a more active interest in improving my well-being. Grant, on the other hand, is an expert at massages and focuses on your targeted areas. Both chiropractors are extremely efficient and know exactly how much pressure to use. Adjustments are quick and refreshing, and I always felt lighter. The cracking is so satisfying, and there's no need to be anxious or worried because you're in good hands here. I felt a 10% relief. His office is dingy, the equipment dirty with dark sweat marks and dusty. The curtains used to separate treatment rooms were for a warehouse and not a medical office. Chiropractor Thomas offers nutritional guidance but he is over weight and appears to be out of shape. Now I recall why I stopped seeing him 15 years ago. I have a bulging disc in my L5-S1, and at the time, even walking hurt. Finding him was the turning point--not just for my physical health, but for how I approached investing in myself. Jason goes above and beyond in every session. He doesn't just crack your back and send you on your way. Dr. Park is as good as it gets. Let me tell you…read more I had a huge head to head hit while playing football in high school 10 years ago. My neck felt weird, but not much pain so I ignored it. It got worse and worse all throughout college and also while I started working full-time. I continued to ignore it because I thought if I focused on it for a couple months, it would easily go away. Then at the beginning of 2021, my neck flared up again during my performance reviews and I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. I visited multiple chiropractors, going as much as 3x a week. They all tell you the same thing -- you have forward head posture so come in 3x a week. They did the normal adjustments but were all very timid when dealing with the cervical neck. Dr. Park on the other hand specializes in the cervical neck! He diagnosed me right away and could tell the tissue around my c1-c3 had hardened and fused together. His adjustments hit exactly where my pain was, compared to other chiropractors that only hit my lower neck. I thought I could get rid of my pain within 3 months. However even after a year, I had gone to 5 chiropractors, multiple acupunctures, orthopedic and neurology doctors, PT, got X-rays, 2 mri's, and received a steroid shot with no signs of significant improvement... I thought my pain would never go away. When Dr. Park first saw me, he said even 20 visits might not loosen up the hardened tissue in my neck. However, after 2 weeks of visits, he was able to adjust each vertebrae, my pain is now almost completely gone, and I am well on my way to recovery. I am still not 100% better, but let me tell you that I've experienced real results here. With the help of Dr. Park and Dr. Lee, I feel better after every visit. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially for cervical neck pain. Not to mention, Dr. Park is realistic with his outlook on your condition and tells you what other chiropractors most likely would not. Other chiropractors have just told me to come in 3x a week. Not here. Dr. Park told me exactly what was going on with my pain. He still recommended 3x a week for me, but I saw real improvements here. I would trust Dr. Park 100% with my spine. You can trust that you will get real results here. Believe me. Even if you do not go in as often as me, go in for a consultation and see for yourself. He will let you know his opinion on what is going on rather then merely telling you to come in for adjustments. You will not regret it. I am rapidly improving in ways I never have when going to other chiropractors. I wish I had known about this clinic first!!
