I was seeing Dr Chase Christensen with southern Oregon foot and ankle and he wanted me to see Dr Josh Millard with Medford Foot and ankle for an urgent partial amputation but because of the below issue from May 2023 they are refusing to see me. We are looking at an amputation and you won't see me, I am sorry all the way around this is absolutely horrific horrific care. By not seeing me and putting this off longer and longer imperial amputation is most likely going to become full amputation. Very very unprofessional and even more disheartening. In May of 2023, I checked in a half hour before my appointment and now I'm 15 minutes past my appointment time. But you have a sign that says if your five minutes or more late for your appointment it will be cancelled and rescheduled. This is absolute not okay. No communication either. And patients that have come in 10 or 15 minutes after me have been called So apparently they tell you to check in 30 minutes before your appointment but they don't say that when they tell you that you need to check in a half hour early. I checked in at 2:08pn with my paperwork out and then they come out to tell me my appointment is running at least 15 minutes behind. Not ok at all.

In 2022 I had a firewood cutting injury and a big piece of firewood shot out of my wood splitter and took the end of one toe off so I went to the ER who then referred my to Dr. Castles Office and they had to do a surgery to remove my badly damaged lil toe and the bone connecting it, the surgery was a success and the follow up care was Top Notch and they even took care of making sure that I was not in pain and arranged for a home health RN to come to my home twice weekly to change dressings and make sure everything was healing well. A month or so ago I stepped on my hard rubber door stop and I got a huge bruise on the sole of my foot next to my missing toe, in a matter of weeks it made a blood blister and that opened up in a hole in my foot so I went and saw Dr. Castle who made me feel welcome and he and his awesome staff cared for my injury and then they made my day by thanking me for my Service as a local disabled in the line Wildland Firefighter. My visit to this Butcher was a living nightmare, this kid doctor that spoke broken english was only…read moresupposed to dibridged a callus on my foot but he hacked a huge bloody hole into my foot causing extreme pain and it would not stop bleeding for weeks so I asked for a folow up but was told they are booked solid and to go to the ER so I asked for something for the pain and I was told that my Primary Doctor would take care of that for me but Laurie Ott my AllCare PCP is like them a total POS and she told me that she did not hack part of my foot off they did and that they should get me something for the god awful pain so I again reached out and was then told that I was a Drug Seeker and to Get Lost so I went to the ER who was stunned by the hack job on my foot, the ER gave me a Shot of Morphine and put me on antibiotics too that Ambulatory forgot to do or just did not want to because Oregon Health Plan pays them so little. I sure wish that AllCare would still cover me to see Dr. Castle as he would have never made me a local disabled in the Line Wildland Firefighter suffer needlessly like Ambulatory Foot Center Did, their Doctor is a Masochistic Butcher and not fit to Practice in North Korea. Go see Doc Castle and avoid this place like it was Covid 19, you'll be glad you did.

Dr. Van Horn used the wrong device in my left hip. He was experimenting with the device that it…read moreonly been on the market one year. I can only imagine that for some reason he received compensation to try a new unit. It was much too small for my stature and it's split my femur when he installed it. They did not catch this problem for 2 weeks and the device rocked around inside of my femur until it snapped it completely in half. He was thin on a four-week vacation in Peru so he hired an underling to work on me. That person wasn't qualified and destroyed the femur again. Two months after that operation the metal plate the installed snapped again so now I had a donut floating around inside of my leg. The pain was excruciating and I spent two years and five operations to be able to barely walk. I laid in the hospital for a total of over 60 days and about 90 days in rehab. I haven't been able to work since so the last two years of my life have been zero income. Tort reform laws in Oregon make it impossible to sue a doctor so there is nothing to be gained from this. I haven't even gotten a phone call or an apology. I would never ever let doctor ho in Medford at Southern Oregon Orthopedics or dr. James Van Horn at Paragon Orthopedics operate on me or relative or friend. They have destroyed my life and there's nothing that I can do about it. Stay the heck away from these companies. There is an expert in Medford Oregon and if you get hold of me personally I will talk to you about it. If you need more information I have a 31 page PowerPoint program with all the operational reports, X-rays and descriptions from three doctors of what they did wrong. I beg of you, tell everyone that you know never to go to these two surgeons.
