I have been a perio patient for 18 years and have seen several periodontists in three different cities around the country. Dr Wasserstein is literally the only one who did not want me to keep my teeth even though my hygiene is excellent and they are still in place. Multiple dentists have commented on the fact that I have good pocket depth and low mobility and in spite of my bone loss and recession I juggle multiple health issues and have worked very hard to keep my teeth, but all he had was needless negativity. He said "I'm not a fan" with regards to my keeping them instead of just getting implants right away. And he offered no actual reasons as to why he was pushing me to get implants when they aren't needed at the moment. He certainly would have profited, while I would have had to go through surgery before needing it. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. It was an investment. Not many Drs are educated in this particular SURGERY!! Ramsey is tho! He is so educated and so YOUNG!! I loved how Ramseys office had a very comfortable vibe to it. The day of my tooth extraction I was nervous and my anxiety was off the roof. But the lady that took me back first to sign the paper work was so friendly and helped me. But the tech that brought me back and got me ready was an angel. My anxiety was high and all I can do is talk and she was so kind to sit and talk with me. She gave me my aftercare and again answered all my questions. Once the surgeon started it honestly took less than 9 min to extract my tooth. The Dr also went over the after care. The only thigh I would have to say that I would have liked is that they made sure my ride was here and not just walk me out of the side door. I had to wait for my ride 20 min outside. I wish they would have asked if my ride was here and if not had me wait inside. Besides that the office is great! I will be returned for my implant soon.

I have one cavity and now one crown. Nothing was wrong with the tooth...the gum stopped attaching and it was infecting my jaw. Long story short, I was able to get my crown approved after having a State Hearing, and Dr. H completed this process after two year long agonizing journey [implant was another doctor and he screwed in an uncommon Korean brand that not a lot of other dentists use]. Feels so weird to have a tooth again, but he's an expert with high technology in his offices that he knows how to use with precision and speed. His staff is great, too - which is rare to have both...Highly recommend!
