Yes, the office is "High Tech" I felt as if it was staged and all who played a part would get a bit of the $450 I payed that day. The two brothers, I believe one is a DDS were very relaxed and there was just something different about them. I felt as if they were putting on an act. After showing me the office they took X-rays, showed me and explained a bit of the procedures, answered questions and back to the waiting room. I was then called into an office and presented with some suggested minerals to take prior to beginning the procedure, $165. Next came the cost. Glad I was sitting down because $46,000 would have floored me. This spoke volumes to me. I honestly didn't feel comfortable from the receptionist whispering, to the DDS coming in the room gocking at me, to the person selling me the minerals. Have you ever been somewhere you know you're not welcome. That's how I felt. I'd actually spend the money if I felt welcomed and treated the same as the others who came in. So for me it's a NO! Patients get surprise bills, even years after service was rendered. Their front office staff hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times when I called to try to clarify charges which didn't make sense. It was surreal and very reminiscent of dealing with poorly behaved children who can't answer questions to clarify charges. We do not recommend this practice and are happily pulling our entire family out. Too many toxic situations with this practice and we have never experienced anything so awful in many years and numerous dental practices. Dr. Tran as a dentist has excellent skills and it's unfortunate his support staff are incompetent.
