Service Depart is horrible. Treat their customers with attitude and demeaning comments. (after asking if "their online" coupons were valid. HAD TO ARGUE TO GET THEM TO USE THE COUPONS!! Thought they fixed the attitude and I was told the screeching noise is normal for brakes as I was told I didnt need them. After the husband drove the car we took it to a different auto repair shop and the rear brakes had worn through the rotors. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!! UNTRUSTWORTHY, LIED, RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND APPARENTLY DOES NEED THE BUSINESS!!!!!!

I drove from Detroit to Michael Bates Chevrolet for a specific car that was in stock. My salesperson Michael Hinojosa was professional, had the car pulled and prepped and saved us money with some added discounts, like being a 2 Chevy household. Nick Payne was our finance manager and got us the best deal he could, interest rates suck right now, and was super helpful with answering our questions and making sure everything was correct. We were in and out with a beautiful new car in less than 2 hours. I was super happy with the service I received there from Michael and Nick and would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a Chevy.

Not to mention, the other guy was very very condescending to us, acting like he was nice but was very openly being a jerk to us about my price range and what i was looking for, telling me that I will never find a good car in my range which is funny because i've found a couple, i just wanted to check out their cars. We only came here to look at options and he could've gotten a finance deal out of me. Not anymore! Very, very rude people, -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. be a dick to me all you want but don't sit and silently make fun of my sick grandfather.

This is going to be long, simply because I didn't know leasing a car could be like this. My…read moreexperience at Gorno was amazing. I have never had service this good and so convenient. I'm super busy, it's the holidays, I have two kids and I work full time. The team at Gorno made everything so easy and so convenient, I don't think I can go anywhere else. My search started with Mark Maher, he picked up my internet inquiry, gave me a quick call to chat about what I was looking for. I told him and Edge, my lease is up in February and I'm at my miles. I did the math, it's more cost effective for me to eat my last two payments than to not only complete the lease, but also make the two remaining payments, plus the mile overage, plus a new down payment. I pay $xxx and I want to pay less than that. Mark immediately started looking for vehicles (I didn't step one foot into the dealership) and he identified two cars that sparked my interest. There's a dealership up the road that said I needed to come in and sit with them to figure out what I needed. Mark never once asked me to come in until he found me a car to look at. So... I came in and checked them out and wasn't super excited and told Mark "hey, I want a convenience package, and basically as close to all the options I have in my current lease but less money." Mark went back to work on looking for a car for me, he said 2018's are going to be so hard to find with all those options-there's limited inventory right now, I will try." He called me maybe 15 minutes later, I just got home from meeting with him and he said, I know you're looking for an Edge, but if you're open to an Explorer at a comparable price, if so I found one that checks off a lot of the boxes." I said yeah let's check it out and he started getting some work together so that he can guarantee the excellent holiday rebates going on. It was end of the month and new incentives were happening the next day and he wasn't sure if they would be better or worse and I wouldn't be able to get in until Monday to see it. Mark was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until Thursday. He left me with Laura Kern and honestly the transition was seamless. I didn't have to tell her anything she didn't already know. She immediately reached out and introduced herself and let me know the Explorer is going to be ready whenever we can get here on Monday. THEN, she texted me immediately the next day and says "Hey I know you were looking for a 2018 Edge, but Ford came out with some really sweet incentives on the 2019 Edges that would make the payments less than the 2018's you were looking at and they have a lot cooler tech. Here is the pricing, here are the stickers, what color do you want? She really helped us out by identifying every rebate we qualified for. She was really great to work with. We told her we'll come back on Thursday for the car. When we came back on Thursday the paper work was already to go, we didn't have to sit with the Finance guy for a couple hours. The paperwork was maybe 20 minutes and then we spent the rest our time going through all the cool updates and safety features of our new car. No one has ever gone into this much detail. Our minds were blown to find out that there are actual keys you can pop out of the back of our key fobs that we carried around for three years. We love our new Edge, we walked out of there with no money down and thanks to the renewal incentive we didn't have to pay the last two payments on our lease. How amazing is that. Mark and Laura were both great! I highly recommend either of them. I didn't cringe once during the entire process. Best car leasing experience ever!

I want to share my experience with Gorno Ford so other customers can be cautious before purchasing…read morea vehicle or service contract from this dealership. I purchased a used Ford truck from Gorno Ford, and shortly after the purchase I started dealing with multiple serious issues, including GPS not working, Bluetooth not working, A/C concerns, vibration/hesitation while driving, and multiple active diagnostic codes 19 codes. One of the biggest concerns is that the truck had an aftermarket exhaust that they were aware and i trust on them, which has affected warranty coverage and created problems when trying to get the vehicle serviced through Ford. In my opinion, this should have been clearly disclosed and addressed before the sale. Gorno Ford's response has been to point back to the "As Is - No Warranty" paperwork, but my concern is that the vehicle was sold with significant issues and modifications that have created major problems after the purchase. I also cancelled my extended warranty/service contract and have been waiting approximately four weeks for a refund of around $4,000. As of today, the refund has still not been returned, and the follow-up from finance and management has been extremely poor. The overall service experience has been very disappointing: poor communication, lack of ownership, slow response, and no clear resolution from the service, finance, or management teams. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers be extremely careful, review all documents in detail, inspect any used vehicle thoroughly, confirm any modifications before purchase, and verify warranty eligibility before buying from Gorno Ford.

Don't purchase any vehicle from here unless you want a car that won't last a week. It doesn't…read morematter the light they announce because the past 5 yrs, every vehicle I bought, green light or red. had a either a blown head gasket, blown engine, rod knock, died at the gas station when I turned it off to get gas or air in my tires, and then sat stranded because they had just jumped the vehicle to bring it up to me from the back. Never did I buy a *non runner* as they say they have listed but yet every car has been jumped to bring up to me. Knowing I'm getting a car from the auction I know I'm probably going to have to put a little money into the vehicle but not an engine. I didn't buy nonrunners. I've been there and done that to salvage what I had been stuck with. All that is coming through here is the cars from the dealers nearby that can't sell them on their lots. They rig them up, to get them there and take a picture and thats that. There should be some sort of verification process to what is listed. We as buyers like to have faith in the process and hope we at least make it home when we buy a runner. They have non runners listed with reasons to why and then they have cars sold as is for the same reasons that the non runners are. There is no difference in the actual state of the car, basically if it gets started and makes it to the front of the building then its a runner. Cars in the "as is" or red light sometimes are listed with conditions like ROD KNOCK or NO START or TRANMISSION ISSUE. This brings me to Feb 22, My fiancé won the bid on the 2003 Range Rover listed as red light, ((that was just bought on the 1st by another bidder because he didn't finish the purchase)). Jeff has personally assisted us with a similar situation in 2022 when the auction had listed a vehicle "on accident" as a green light and it turned out it wasn't supposed to be "green light" the new guy messed up they said. Well the car smoked so bad out the engine it took me 3 hours to make it home and I got pulled over on the way home it was so smokey. I had to keep pulling over to let it cool every 4 or 5 minutes. That time they took the vehicle back and returned my money. This time its another similar situation only there is no returning of despoit and I didn't leave the lot with this vehicle. Somethings didn't add up doing my own carfax on it and I reached out to Jeff and let him know. I asked him if he could have someone start it up and see if he thinks I will make it home, If I couldn't I wasn't towing it because I didn't purchase a non runner. I asked him to let me know before I wasted my time and he didn't respond to the question after 2x so I drove all the way up there to go just listen to the vehicle. Well what do you know. They brought the vehicle from the back with the hood open because they had to jump it and it seriously sounded like the piston was about to shoot right through the engine. It has clearly been in a flood ..the interior was a clear indication and when I looked up information on this vehicle the few sites leading back to the VIN were. cleanvin or salvage sites that it was listed it. Clearly this car hadn't been driven more then 2k miles in the past 5 yrs according the carfax and was passed around as far as they towed it. The dealer right around the corner made it with the car as far as he could to go sell it 2 mins down the road at GDAA, where they take no responsibility for what the car is listed as or what the owner/dealer lists about it. Esp, the dealers that bring in their garbage but dont disclose the car has a blown engine because GDAA just takes their word for it.. GDAA only supposably inspects the green light vehicles and all vehicles brought in by dealers are listed as red light, go figure. Since Covid and the auction moving, they haven't ran the cars through like they used to while we bid. At that time, we actually got to hear atleast what the car sounded like started. *Which most people can hear a ROD KNOCK or SEE SMOKE coming out of the hood or exhaust. If we wanted to buy junk, we would go to a junk yard.

My dealer has been Kevin & he has been great to me all these years. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but he always finds a way to make me happy. This dealership is one of the better ones. I've tried going to other places & always end up back here. I can recommend plenty of employees as I have gotten to know them over the years. A few of my favorites are Drew, Adam, Larry, & Sam. They are always willing to help me if I have a problem or if Kevin isn't around. I thought the dynamics would change after Feldman bought them out & it did for awhile temporarily during the transition but now it still has that local family feel. Give them a chance. Don't believe everything you read. I will say I have had a few issues with service but it's always been resolved in a timely manner. Most of those issues were due to a manufacturing defect & in no way a reflection of the dealership. Even the ones that weren't do not reflect the dealership because of the manner it was handled. To the ones that are complaining about pricing, it's called inflation. It's everywhere. Sticker shock is real. Yes some APR's are crazy, minimize this by having better credit & refinance when the rates drop. Out of everywhere I have shopped, this dealership seems to have the better deal & best on hand stock. But don't take my word for it. Shop around & get educated on what you are buying. Or just head there & check them out.
