I approached the front desk and asked what time my appointment was because I had been waiting for 30 mins. When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

For some reason it took me the long way around to the office and following the GPS made me 8 minutes late with the traffic I encountered. The doctor refused to see me and told me to come back at 3:15, to which I said "I don't think so." Of course he did not tell me himself, he sent his wife/receptionist out to tell me. And incidentally, she was very kind and cordial, but he had taken the next patient waiting for their appt after mine into the room when I did not arrive precisely on time. I later wondered if the other patient was 15 minutes early because they had already experienced his disregard! Ha! Anyway, VERY unprofessional behavior. I was also told that the visit was 30 minutes, when in fact it was only 15 minutes. But the dr could have asked me to wait for 5 minutes and give me the next appt since he had given my appt away. For other reasons I decided to cancel all my future appointments with him; I needed further advice on my condition before trying his new treatment. However, after the way I was treated today I am not sure I would have wanted to return for any future treatment. He is very young in years and in business and obviously has a lot to learn. I am not speaking against his ability as a chiropractor, only his practice with patients. One thing is for sure, if you don't want to be punished like a middle-schooler, be sure to be right on time, even if you have a car wreck on the way!

Yeah, both arms -- just not at the same time thankfully! That's still a lot of upper extremity work, and Hand to Shoulder Center has been there through all of it. My current therapist Dustin is awesome. He really knows his stuff when it comes to shoulder recovery, and what I appreciate most is that he doesn't just stick to a rigid plan -- he adjusts to where I am in my recovery at any given time. Some days are different than others, and he gets that. He meets me where I'm at and figures out what I need in that moment, which honestly makes a huge difference when you're grinding through PT over a long stretch of time. The whole staff is really friendly and easy to be around. When you're coming in regularly for months at a time, that stuff matters more than people realize. Nobody makes you feel like just another appointment on the schedule -- they genuinely seem to care how you're doing, and that kept me motivated even on the tough days. Dr. Daniels is an absolutely brilliant surgeon. I'd heard a lot of horror stories about painful knee replacements and almost backed out of surgery. But my surgical recovery was better than I could've hoped for. My post recovery pain was always well managed. Dr. Daniels' Physical Therapy group is fabulous! They are thorough, conscientious and care about their patients on a personal level. I couldn't ask for a better team; their technical knowledge is impressive. My knee feels FANTASTIC! I've returned to being the active person I used to be, I go to the gym most days and walk 8-10 miles daily when traveling. I can now walk, do stairs and get up from sitting PAIN FREE!
