I was offered to schedule another appointment with a different provider. I asked why was I not informed of the wait on arrival and was told this provider always runs late. I asked if the office manager could call me to discuss and another woman spoke up and said "I'm the office manager and there is nothing I can do." She went on to share that she informed the providers supervisor of the slowness and nothing ever gets addressed. I asked the "office manager" if she ever thought to consider the COURTESY of Informing patients on arrival of the wait or spacing the providers appointments out further to avoid the wait and she responded that there was not anything she could do. It's seems this practice is not concerned about their patients time or proactively trying to solve a problem known to the practice. It's easier, I guess for them rearrange the seats on the titanic as it sinks as opposed to looking for a life raft. Save yourself some time a find another dental practice.

If you're okay with them doing that then all means go. I just don't get how you can run someone's insurance two times for two appointments and then have it bounce back at the patient months later. So wrong on so many levels and they'll text your personal information on text. Be up front if you do not accept something. I noticed when I rode by it didn't have the "we accept Medicaid sign up anymore." They don't accept them or Medicare but used to accept Medicaid. Going elsewhere. This place used to be much better.

Jaclyn was great and explained everything to me. She pointed out things on my x-rays and took the time to ensure I understood everything. When Dr. Irving came in, she was very pleasant and explained in depth what she saw and told me that I didn't need a crown replaced that another dentist told me I needed replaced.
