Unfortunately this also resulted in neglect of routine dental care which only got worse. I recently had a root canal done at another office who referred me to Dr. Park for follow up and I'm so grateful that they did. Aside from the root canal follow up, I knew I had two teeth in the back that I was convinced would need to be extracted because they had such large, deep cavities. Dr Park not only prevented them from being extracted, but was able to fill them in office and save them entirely. He is so kind and gentile, walks me through everything he's doing, and answers the firehose of questions I throw his way effortlessly. His reception staff are also outstanding and have been able to get me in for follow up appointments quickly. While I don't think I'll ever "enjoy" going to the dentist, I couldn't ask for a better experience than with Dr. Park. Can't recommend him enough!

I called the office spoke to Roxane and they let me come in as an emergency visit with in 20 minutes of my initial call. Dr. Raoufinia fixed my tooth and sent me on my way in less than one hour. This negative review is about her lack of coordination for almost a year that prevented me from receiving treatment. I contacted her multiple times and through various means (emails, fax and phone calls) as she was always delayed in her response to my inquiries. She claimed that her delay was due to her part-time work schedule. In addition, she consistently maintained it was my insurance providers fault. Yet when I would contact my insurance provider they claimed they never received anything from the doctors office. I literally kept a log of how and when I would contact her as well as my insurance provider. Alas, I finally gave up after a year of chasing treatment which worked out in my favor. I found another orthodontist by the name of Dr. Hickory, who has an amazing staff. Specifically, the Director of Operations Ms. Christy Van Ness was able to see me on my day off and literally just a few weeks later I was approved by my insurance carrier for treatment. Plus, parking at Dr. Hickory's office is free unlike the Orthodontic Studio. I wonder if the doctor is aware of the multiple lapses in assistance? She is loosing business as at least one other patients similar negative experience has been documented here in another Yelp review.
