In nov I began to contact summit funding to make sure I had everything ready to go by dec 15. There were issues with micheal and Berenice getting into contact with Maria from Turlock. They kept making excuses that she was out or they would be out with no notice until THAT DAY. So it went in like that until dec 12 so you can imagine my frustration. Finally after expressing to micheal that I was upset he sent me the email in the pictures posted. And only one start cuz I ha d to I would give them 0!

Lending from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more Wow!! what a Nightmare!!!!! if you want to close your loan quick, do not use summit funding!!! every week we were told that we were done and did not need any other paper work to close on our new home, but it was never true! my husband said it felt like that movie "Ground Hogs Day", it never ended. summit always needed something else, week after week. this went on from Aug. 8th-Oct.30th 2013. even after signing the loan papers they continued to ask for more documents and even asked us to close 6 of our credit card accounts. they said we had too much credit? They told us by getting a Conventional Loan, and putting 20% down, we would lock in a low interest rate. Then when we were sent the final Doc's by the title Co., Summit had charged us over 4,000 dollars for points to get the low interest rate. These people are manipulators and Liars. This was all after we put 22,000 down , paid off all our debt, i mean we had 0 debt and we also had a credit rating in the 700's. This was an emotional roller coaster that I never want to ride again!!!! I would not ever recommend summit funding!!!!!!!!!! The loan agent had the nerve to tell me To Breathe and to calm down!! Really! our Realtor said he and the man we were buying from, said they had never heard of anything like this before, especially since we put so much money down, had great credit and had zero debt. they said they will never recommend summit funding to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON THERE IS ONE STAR MARKED IS BECAUSE YELP MAKES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
