If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. From maintenance issues to rodent infestation, my family had to break our lease after 6 months of living in one of the properties. Since the first day of moving in, multiple appliances were not working properly or at all. This company lacks communication with their tenants and when they do, it takes weeks for them to have a solution to our issues. Someone will come out to attempt to fix something but end up leaving as if nothing had been done. We were fed up when we stopped receiving feedback and when rats started coming into our house. They started only invading our attics but made their way inside our livable space through the bottom of our dishwasher. The exterminator came twice and didn't solve anything but make matters worse. He set traps in the attic in which it led to dead rats and then flies coming into the home. The rodents left feces in different spots and consumed my dog's food from time to time. I will keep physical evidence of all the videos and pictures that my mom and I took throughout these horrible 6 months within the house we lived in. This Company is a Joke when it comes to integrity and quality of service. Whenever this company contracts with people/businesses to do repairs, inspections, or check on serious issues such as mold, they capitalize on tenants by consistently delivering mediocre levels of assistance and repair work resulting in zero real solutions for maintenance issues. My roommates and I never got any legitimate, professional work done on the home at all the entire 12 months! There was mold that grew in our home; it materialized and spread out around the A.C. unit up-stairs, and the representatives employed by RHS&S never settled the issue at all. They allowed the issue to linger on unresolved for months until the end of our lease, leaving us virtually helpless to potentially deadly mold in our atmosphere at home, while renting with RHS&S as college students during 2016 and 2017. The most prominent flaw is that RHS&S will arbitrarily charge excessive fees for landscaping without providing critical bits of information to give insight regarding exactly how excessive theses fees would be if applicable. RHS&S deducted a total of $480.00 from my security deposit ($1000 Security Deposit), for landscaping charges alone; and this was a one-time job on quarter acre lot. As stated on the "Security Deposit Itemization" refund document, RHS&S noted facts suggesting 0 damages done to the home itself, and concluded that the only charges deemed necessary to apply were the prorated fee for rent (Understandable), and almost half of the security deposit ($480) to be extracted for substandard lawn care. This method to recover funds from security deposits should be considered criminal. This company has zero curtsy, and they will make sure you are ill informed about lurking excessive charges, then autocratically justify fees through 3rd party sources, with no legitimate proof, moreover, forcing you to seek legal council in order to receive fair services. I hope every potential customer who will consider doing business with RHS&S sees this warning, and is tentatively cautious. This company's lack of decorum and over all quality of service will defiantly be a test your character. Please save yourself a lot of stress and trouble and stay away from this company. Extremely horrible experience. Very unprofessional and unorganized company all around. Upon move-in, we were informed that there was no assigned parking, and that we would have to get the mailbox and storage locks rekeyed, with promises of reimbursement. First night of parking in the closest space to our door and we receive a friendly note from a neighbor that the spaces are assigned and we parked in their space. Then, we submit our receipts and inquiry for reimbursement a few times and receive no response. UPON MOVE IN with the preliminary inspection and then throughout the entire year lease, we tried to notify them of poor conditions. Smoke detectors not working. Weak cabinet joints. The front door seal was completely stripped away and kept allowing wind and insects inside, and the door was also not closing correctly. The closet doors were barely hanging on the the rollers and kept falling off. The cheaply laminate floor had bubbles in random places, hinting at water damage and/or incorrect installment that can lead to further damage. We never received any response other than obviously stock replies that never answered any of our questions. In one reply they tried to tell us that those things are tenant problems that need to come out of pocket. And if these items aren't bad enough, let's talk about move-out. We follow the checklist to every detail, have everything moved out and apartment completely cleaned, show up for the final inspection, and nobody shows up! Upon calling the contact, she tries to blame us for not having a form filled out to finalize the appointment (there was no form, we triple checked), and then tried to apologize and say she could send someone and that we don't have to be home. We say okay, but who are supposed to hand the keys off to? Also we were never reimbursed for the mailbox key and storage doorknob that we had installed ourselves since nobody ever got back to us. And then *laugh* she tries to tell us to just hide the keys for her? Because yes, that is professional and controlled. Two random people show up supposedly for the inspection who awkwardly and unprofessionally just take photos of the place, don't know any answers to any questions, and also claim to not have the authority to take the keys from us. So at this point, we have been officially moved out for two days and still have all the keys because nobody is getting back to us. This is an insanely awful company. They are trying to have this system where the headquarters are in a specific location, and they dispatch local brokers to do the in-person items like move-in and move-out. However, there is disconnect and improper communication throughout every channel. You have to try to contact 5 different people for the most simple issue, and in the end, you don't get the assistance you need. The people you do end up being in touch with are basically like a standard help center. They are very kind and are trying their best to be helpful, but only offer broken English, and they don't ever seem to care or understand your specific question so you always get back some generic response like it's just being read from a script. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with! We moved in on 7/14/18, the ac was not working, the bathroom sink leaks everywhere and the toilet almost falls over if you use it. It's been 5 days since I notified them about the AC and it still isnt fixed. Call customer service and you get nowhere, they all tell you the same scripted crap. Meanwhile, it's almost 90 in my house, the heat index is supposed to reach 108+ today, at 9am, do you think anyone at this company cares??? Update from my 5/29 review. Our AC went out again! (6/27) And they are just trying to "patch it up again" by sending a few contractors out there to "inspect" take 4 days to approve any work and then the contractor says he changed the capacitor but it will need to be completely fixed because this will not last. So our AC has gone out 3 times in 2 months and now it's patched up again! They don't want to spend any money on major repairs, they want to make everything a hassle for the their renters. We have to move into a hotel, keep hassling with going to the house to meet with contractors all because Real Home services/Altisource doesn't want to pay for a major AC replacement. I know it's thousands of dollars but doesn't that make sense to fix it completely and not inconvenience your residence every single time the AC goes out in Texas with 90-100 degrees weather!? This company also appears to be a part of Altisource and Hubzu. I would be highly cautious about engaging in their on-line home selling process. I placed multiple bids on a home was not the successful bidder. Then, the home was mysteriously listed again, so I went through the process again, bidding multiple times. This time, I was again not successful. I provided my bid as a back up. The home has now been listed a third time and when I called to inquire about my back-up bid I could not get anything other than an automated email response, and I could not get through their phone lines. Each time the home is relisted, the bids appear to be pushed higher -- this last time the opening bid was 90K more than the minimum. Starting from the very beginning, the process has been terrible. The amount of information requested for an application is just extreme. My current landlord commented this: "I've been renting houses to people for 20 years and I've never heard of someone needing this much detail". In addition, your application process is not secure. I have now had to use email multiple times to send you forms and information that should only be sent over a secure process. Email is not a secure process, it is not secure by design. It terrifies me that copies of my ID are in an email address somewhere at RHSS. But, I soldiered on. My fiancee and I needed to move and the housing market is hard here. It won't be that bad once we get into the house I told myself. Boy was I wrong. When it came time to move into my house...the house was not ready. After I had already spent hours, paid a security deposit, my first month's rent, and jumped through all the hoops your rental team and utilities put up...the house wasn't ready. On the walk through with the realtor she was embarrassed at the state of the house. It still isn't ready. Here is a rough list of the issues with the house: * Leaking hose bibs outside the house (A plumber came out and took care of this, told me his other visits that day had been waiting 2-3 months for basic maintenance?!??!!?!?) * Lights not working * Smoke detectors not working * Outlets not working * Air conditioning not working (I had to fix this issue personally) * No fridge installed (still not installed, hopefully supposed to be there Saturday, the guy handling this has been very good about communicating with me thankfully) * The house is filthy inside and out * the yard has had no maintenance done on it since sometime in June. There are weeds taller than my fiancee in the back yard * outbuildings were not cleaned - there are DEAD ANIMALS in the one shed as well as garbage. It is clear from the state of the house, no maintenance whatsoever was done after the last tenant moved out. The carpets are filthy, nails and holes were left in the wall, the paint is beaten up and dirty, wallpaper peeling. What in the world is my security deposit for? What is it securing? I'm very scared that at the end of my lease, I'm going to be charged to repair the house for the next tenant, paying for damage that was absolutely not my doing. After getting no where with my contacts at RHSS, I resorted to reaching out to my lawyer to discuss my options. During our discussion. he was able to find a number for Dana Gaytan on the BBB website and I contacted her. She has been incredibly helpful in trying to get issues resolved, but the house still isn't really ready for a move in. I've now had to cancel my move TWICE, costing me $150 in cancellation fees. This entire process has left me stressed and without recourse - I have to move into a house that is dirty and not ready for a tenant. On top of all of this, your customer support agents keep calling me to "survey me" about my move in, not even bothering to check on account notes or anything. Our lease clearly stated that our responsibility was to report those issues ave submit a request within seven days. They ignore request for months- I've submitted three Better Business Beauru Complaints within 8 months of residency. Slumlord mindset with absolutely no accountability. The repair techs they send out make repairs and those repairs need to be re-repaird numorus times before corrected. The worst property management ever in the history of managing properties. First of all how do you let a client rent a home that has 2 broken windows, graffiti in the backyard shed that says "black man get out", gap between the floor board and the outside home wall (you can literally see the outside from the inside and vice versa), dirty as anything, the counter is coming off of its shelving unit, leaks, EVERYTHING in this damn house is falling apart...and the best part is Mr. Jonathan Cunningham is the worst real estate agent ever, I can't fathom how this guy rushed me into signing the rental agreement while agreeing to fix all these issues prior to us moving in is still a working real estate agent! Lets move on to 2 days before moving in and I visit said property only to find that NO work was done. This bait and switch guy obviously didn't do his due diligence and does not care to be a professional in the real estate business, I wondered why but then again the company he works for is literally falling off the edges after it was bought out by another company. Talked with the property manager and was told the same old rhetoric that if you submit any maintenance work they will work on said issue, problem is the same company guys keep coming in to take measurements and not do any of the work until I keep hounding these people to do their job. The people who come to work on the home are paid so badly that they do not want to do their job properly, and when I ask them about Real Home Services & Solutions they told me that they are a very difficult company to work for because of how cheap they are. Obviously corporate does not know how to build a proper company, just because you bought 5000+ homes during the worst real estate bubble, you mainly rely on your customers to bring in your revenue. This bait and switch needs to be addressed as there are numerous people getting the short end of the stick by renting properties from your company. We just moved out of a rental that was managed by this company. First, the house was left in poor condition. It was extremely dirty, and was littered with black widows inside and out. I immediately called the company, and said it was unsafe for my wife and I, along with our 2 young children and dog to move in. They said they had to fill out a work order, have a company give a bid, approve that bid, then schedule the work. I told them that was not acceptable as the safety of my family was in jeopardy. I killed at least 10 black widows, and there were still many more inside and out. They (specifically employee named Camille) asked me to send pictures of the black widows, which I did immediately on 7/20/17. There was no response given. I paid out of pocket for an exterminator and a cleaning service. I have documented 23 emails and phone calls over the next month- none of which addressed my concern. I called and emailed my property manager, Jelani Richardson, daily for nearly a month and did not receive a response. I was in communication with her by email and phone prior to our move in, so I do know that I had the correct contact info. Every time I called the RHSS phone #, they said my property manager was the one to deal with this. We were also forced to go nearly 4 months without a functioning stove. I was stood up by several estimators. After getting an estimate turned in to RHSS, I was never called back to get the work done. RHSS then tried to blame me saying that a contractor tried to call me, and I did not answer. This is absolutely untrue, and fairly insulting considering the fact that I reached out to them on a weekly, and sometimes even a daily basis to attempt to get this resolved. This was on our initial move in report in June, and was not repaired until October. One of the guys who was sent out to look at the problem was a commercial contractor who did electrical for commercial buildings. This was the guy who was going to fix my stove? The contractor said, "I don't know why I'm here, I don't do this." Really awkward and a total waste of time! Finally, on our moveout date, nobody contacted me about doing a final walkthrough/inspection until 1PM on the day of our moveout. I had emailed and called the company each of the previous 10 days trying to get information, with no results. No emails were responded to, and each phone call ended with the operator telling me that they will look into it and someone will contact me shortly. Apparently I don't currently have a property manager because she quit (3rd one in the last year). Bottom line, I can deal with unprofessionalism, but this company does not respond at all. We moved out 35 days ago and still have not received our security deposit back. Please don't respond with the customer help email address for me to contact. I have sent emails to that account several times with no response. If you are reading this, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and run. Definitely the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life! I have signed a lease and paid double deposit and first month's rent prior to moving in and transferred my utilities as required, my move in date was April 6, 2018. Guess what? Upon moving in, the house was disgusting, rat feces and urine everywhere, the walls looked like people urinated on it, splashed food and feces all on it. Broken closet doors, nasty tubs, some faucets weren't working. You can get the idea of nothing being ready for "new tenants". I am 8 months pregnant and have 2 children, I have waited 3 weeks for them to clean and repair the property. It really irks me. I have planned to move in so I can prepare for my newborn and our new place I've hoped to move in before he arrives! 07/08/2019 This company is a nightmare. I Leased a property that I have not been given access to. On 07/03/2019, I signed a lease on a property on NE 62nd Street in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I dealt with 2 people. 1. Jonathan Molinari Rhsshomes@accountant.com and 2. Melissa Johnson at the same email address. They both were representing RHSS Homes. After the lease was signed, I deposited $2200.00 into their bank account at Wells Fargo Bank. On 07/04/2019, Mr Molinari said for us to meet him at the property at 2:00 pm. He never showed. He said he had an emergency and he would be in touch. That Never happened. When we arrived at the property, it was occupied by someone else, who claim that they signed a lease also. Mr Molinari said they were to vacate by Sunday, Clearly they did not. Now Mr Molinari still has not showed up at the property and now he is ignoring our calls and text. we contacted the authorities and reported it and also to our bank (same bank) and we will contact the FBI also. Do not.....I mean DO NOT rent from these scam artists. My entire hallway ceiling collapsed due to an air conditioner not being installed to code with proper drainage. There was black mold and mushrooms growing in this giant gaping, leaking, hole where I could see daylight through the shitty ceiling. I immediately asked for emergency maintenance help and it took a week for then to send a half ass company who only removed the debris from the floor and told us that we were stupid for renting from this shit company. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing and having terrible itchy eyes and cough from the black mold I was forced to start packing my things. After 4 weeks and no living in an air BnB, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally I received communication from someone who wasnt an offshore CS rep. They basically kept feeding me bullshit about they couldn't do anything for me until I moved out. Fast forward to move out, 7 weeks after reporting a gaping/leaking/mold infested ceiling, the inspection takes place and their own inspector stated how awful of a company they are and I should have research better, saw the condition if the home and that nothing had been fixed. Fast forward another month and I get an email from the BBB that they couldn't do anything and that this company was keeping my entire deposit because I refused pay a months rent that I wasnt using the home as it was inhabitable. This is a horrible reality company. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I have literally been reaching out to them about multiple properties for 4 weeks , every property in which "Jonathan Cunningham" is over , and there has been no response from him. The customer service agent insisted that he(Jonathan) would be the only person who could assist me with reviewing the property and that there is no self show option for this listing. The company itself has a hard time getting in touch with Jonathan, which makes no sense at all. I understand that realtors get kind of busy but there is no excuse of why emails have yet to be answered, phone calls have yet to be returned. Today I called to do a follow up on the property, which the customer service agent said they would do once they got a hold of Jonathan(which I'm guessing never happened), and now the property is no longer available! And they also added that there is a "self show" option NOW! That is ridiculous and unprofessional. Luckily I'm not homeless and was depending on RHSS or Jonathan. A million maintenance issues, including the air not working since we moved in. We were told the hotel team would give us a call to put us up in a hotel as we currently have no hot water and no air conditioning. No one ever called. When I called the main office, they said they have no record of this. This has been a disaster since day one. Do not rent with this company! I was scheduled to move in my alti source house march 23rd I went to turn the water on, on march 20, then they told me the property hadn't it been registered as a rental property and that needed to be inspected first which is not up to the renter to do so I called them and inform them of this information because apparently they're too stupid to realize they haven't registered it even though they have a large rental company. I get my uhal all packed up go to get the keys and they tell me sorry you cant move in because it didn't pass inspection, something i told them needed to be done 3 days earlier! But they decided to do it day of my move in. Then the next day i get a call saying there was a mix-up with the paperwork and someone had applied before me so they had to give the house to them, even though I had sign all the forms are ready they had already signed the lease forms and I had given all the money I had to them. My current lease is due to be up on the 31st so this was a real inconvenience to me giving me only 6 days to find a new house but they didn't care I gave them over $2,700. They said they would return it to me Friday I literally had to call them over 15 times and argue for very long periods of time but all they told me is they weren't in charge of the money and that I needed to speak to the property manager I asked for her number and they told me they don't know finally today I got her number I call her over 20 times before she answered my call and she tells me it'll take 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back I don't have that kind of time plus it takes about 5days just to get ahold of her! I need a house NOW so I need my money NOW. I'm seriously considering suing them for all the deposits I had to put such as electricity, water, gas, internet, renters insurance, and the U-Haul. The rental company gets no a star rating from me. My property manager is rude and unprofessional! I moved into my property almost two years ago, and I have been having problems ever since. Nothing ever gets resolved! I have been getting charged for my utility bills when I pay them every month. Every time I speak with my property manager; she says "We are looking into and we will get the problem resolved." Entirely nothing has been resolved to fix this problem. I have reached out to my utility company, and they have confirmed the bills are in my name and we are making our payments and not the rental company. They are VERY unresponsive and do not assist tenants beyond the bearest minimum they can do. We complained about major plumbing issues for 9 months. They sent out contractors that painted over the signs id water damage but did not fix the leaks. It got to the point we had MUSHROOMS growing on the ceiling but they would not actually fix the problem. There were major roof leaks, holes in ther basement floor where animals could come into the basement, and heat and A/C that only worked occasionally and did not heat or cool adequately. A tenant must submit their issues at least 5 times before they are taken seriously. They charge high market debt for their properties but refuse to maintain them at market value. Do NOT rent with this company! Horrible, horrible, horrible. We rented with this company after my husband retired from the Military and we PCS'ed back to the mainland, needing to find a place quickly. After viewing the home and seeing MANY broken items (shattered back sliding door, missing cabinets, missing refrigerator, missing handles on the cabinets, missing bedroom doors and many more) we were promised everything would be fixed quickly. I can tell you this. We got our refrigerator within a few days but we are STILL waiting on most everything to be fixed. It has been almost a year now and here we still wait. After calling RHSS numerous times about the shattered back door they finally came and replaced it after two months of us living here. Which is not acceptable! That is a huge safety risk for my family but they did not care. This company contracts companies out for all the repairs, so you have to wait for them to call you. We live in central Florida yet they contract companies from over two hours away to drive all the way here and look at what is wrong. Which makes no sense. We would prefer to have someone in the same city as which we live so we can have faster repairs done. We have had companies come in and take pictures of what needs to be fixed and then we have to wait until they come back again to fix it. Oh wait, they never come back!!! We were here through the hurricane of 2017, funny thing is, the day after the hurricane hit we got a call asking us how the home was and if any damage was done. That was the fastest call we EVER received from them. So they are worried about the home being damaged but cannot worry enough to care about what STILL needs to be fixed!? If we could get out of our lease, we would be gone. Also, EVERYTHING is done online. If you have issues you need to get online and email them. When calling their phone number, you get connected to people who seem to be in another country. Thank God our lease is ending within a few months and we can no longer be affiliated with this company.....EVER. Save your money, look elsewhere, please save yourself the headache of such a horribly run company who only cares about money. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would!!!This company keeps getting worse and worse. I have tried calling since January and have yet to get a return call. I have received one email saying that someone would respond to me within 48 hours, and that was two weeks ago! It took a year to get anyone to perform any maintenance on the house and the work was not completed. There are still so many things that they need to fix with this house and they never responded! I have moved out now, but they will not contact me about anything! This company is horrible!! read more

This place is the worst. Air conditioning is out and they can't seem to get someone here. Also screens on the windows have been broken since we moved in and since its cooler outside than it is in this house, I would love to open the windows. But for some reason they feel it's the tenants responsibility to replace the screens. This is after they continually raise our rent every year and continue to ignore every problem we have. I have never in my life rented from people as unprofessional, uncaring and a few other choice names I want to call them but I wont on here in case kids are reading. I wish wish wish that I had done my research and read all the reviews about this company before I signed the lease but in all my years of renting from rental companies and agencies, etc I have never run across people like this. It would almost be funny if It wasn't really happening to you. I had had problems from day one with these people and this house that I am renting from them. When I first saw the picture of the house listed for rent, I thanked my lucky stars it looked beautiful from the pictures and I was down to my last two weeks of trying to find a house because my lease was about to be up. I should have known something was funny when I called to ask them if i could see the inside of the house before I put a deposit on it. For some reason they could never make that happen. they rushed me to do a deposit before someone else saw it was for rent and put in an application. I was hesitant but i was desperate and i just hoped for the best. Do you know when I actually saw the inside of the house? It was one day before I moved in and a broker who claimed she wasn't really the broker but was doing a favor because they had nobody else to help me, had to come show me the house. The house looked great on the inside! I was so excited. Little did I know that day by day things would start falling apart in the house. First of all it took them a year and a half to fix the garage door and to remove the lock box from my front door. The stair banisters were weak when i moved in and they fell off a couple of weeks after moving in. The kitchen floor is wood and seems to be dimpling in spots. The refrigerator went out and I put in work order and kept calling to get it repaired. the people who answer the phone have no clue what to do. they put you on hold to contact the maintenance department then come back and say someone will be calling you back today to handle that and no one ever calls. After endless calls to property managers and I've had 3 so far, they finally had a vendor come and put in the cheapest refrigerator they could find. It was small cheap and didn't even have an ice maker. I pay almost $1900 for this house to live like this. The property had a lien against it for a whole year before I move into it and they kept putting notices on my door saying the property was going into foreclosure for unpaid sewer bills. The plumbing is bad I have been waiting 2 months now for them to come and fix a bad leak from the kitchen sink. The bathroom shower did not turn off completely in the bathroom which caused condensation to build on the bathroom wall and ceiling and it shorted out the electricity in the bathroom. After a week I couldn't take it anymore and had to call a repair service to get it repaired myself because I COULD NOT TURN THE WATER OFF! Im still waiting for them to come fix the kitchen and the electricity problem! I am very frustrated, I am very pissed and I will be contacting my lawyer. This is ridiculous. This is a horrible company! From the outset, communication was lacking, as far as being upfront and clear about the application process. I have had to have my application "transferred" to multiple properties, despite being told my application is "complete" and only needed to be moved to an available property in order to move-in. The only time I spoke with the leasing agent was when he called to tell me I was approved. I had to pepper the agent (Jonathan Cunningham) with multiple questions that apparently weren't going to be answered. Only because I explicitly asked, was I informed that I would have to pay a double deposit. I supplied a Guarantor and was supposed to hear something within 24-48 hours, and all of a sudden the property was reserved for someone else. Needless to say, I have never been able to speak to another leasing agent. RHSS Customer Service tries to be helpful, but it is clear that they have no idea of what is going on. DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE ELSE BESIDES THIS COMPANY, so you will not be wasting your time or money. Now I see why their application fee is always waved. read more

Wow I started a contract even after the reviews hoping the results would be different. I've gotten numerous work orders for not having hot water for a whole week. And still don't! Hot water heater is completely broken. now since they won't fix it I have to come out of pocket to get it fixed. this is ridiculous! I have small kids that has to take cold bathes. Tried calling the company that made the water heater and it's not under warranty with them it's under warranty with the installer. Go figure. Funny thing is they had no problem rushing to get my money and all the proof needed to move into their property but no rush on the issues here.... UPDATE. Ive been in touch with a lady named Carol via email. She has really gone above and beyond to help my family And allllll of my request has been fulfilled the next morning. Finally the time has come, I've been waiting to get my money back and see the catastrophic process through. But now I can finally voice my opinion on this unprofessional and nothing but trash company. My newly wedded wife and I just got back from our honey-moon in Barbados and were looking forward to a smooth move to Atlanta as we made the appropriate plans, but did assume that there could be some hiccups during the moving process, but hundreds of dollars later we were left without a place to live, due to this irresponsible piece of shit company called RHSS/ Altisource. For the sake of exposing the lousy agent I dealt with "Maribel" she was a nightmare to deal with as she could not understand simple requests and had a lack of understanding. This woman called us as we were on our way to atlanta from Minnesota to tell us that we can't live at the property and that we need to find somewhere else to live, then hung up. We had everything packed into a 16 foot truck and two cars. This threw all of our plans out the window as she didn't even offer a quick fix to the solution but just fled and hung up the phone like the scum of the earth she is. I swear this lady must have multiple death threats on her life if this is the way she does business. As my family pulled over to resolve the situation ourselves, we desperately tried calling her back for a better solution and to see if she had another property lined up as we would be homeless with our belongings, while paying a hefty rental fee per day for the moving truck etc. my family and I said a prayer and got back on the road to hopefully meet the devil of leasing agent. She called my cell a few hours later promising that the property would be fit for humans to live in by our arrival, I could tell by the sound of her voice that it was all lies which would prove to be true just a few hours later. This experience put quite a damper on our 20 hour journey across the country as we trusted this unprofessional bold face lying coward. We luckily got our money back but it was like pulling teeth and I am positive if my family hadn't had the knowledge and resources to bury this woman with questions she couldn't answer, we'd be out of money and this crook would have cheated another well to do young couple moving to Decatur. I hope this company crumbles as they fell through with a house we signed a lease for on our honeymoon. OUR HONEYMOON and Maribel made it even more difficult with her adult onset dyslexia when it came to doing business efficiently. My wife and I are definitely luckier than most folks that deal with this company from the armpit of the real estate industry. I'm am happy we don't have to speak to such unprofessional crooks. The fact that they provide homes that are fit to be inhabited by humans is insane. If I didn't have a family member in the Real estate industry meet with her and question her, we probably would have heard a thing and arrived to a home in shambles. Which is just disrespectful. Would she fu**ing live there???? I think not, what makes RHSS think that other people would. Looking back on all of this their persistence for you to get everything done quickly seemed fishy and if it smells wrong it probably is. My wife and I have now spent all of our money try to recover from this shameless bit**. I hope her career ends in ruins, I hope the company gets reported to all of the companies they partner with as they shouldn't be in business and may god have mercy and their worthless souls. read more

THE WORST IMAGINABLE. My husband and I were buying a house in the San Antonio area partly as an investment and partly for our son and his family to move and live in until they got rooted in Texas (we are in Oregon). This company did not bother to check if the seller had the legal right to sell the house before offering it to the public for sale - and guess what, they didn't!!! RHSS referred us to their advocacy group - what a joke! This person told us everything we already knew. Waste of time. We tried every way possible to give them a chance to provide us with a substitute home and save the day, but nothing. My son and his family were to live in this home til we sold it or they could find another home, but they waited til my son was almost from Oregon to San Antonio to tell us that they were canceling out of the deal. They let us believe the whole time til the very last that they could fix any problem with the title and in the end they couldn't because it was a huge issue that couldn't be fixed. They were stringing us along til the end. My son and his family were expecting escrow would close and they would move into the house. They all got sick with the flu with a moving truck and two little babies and two dogs. It was awful. it gets worse, but let's just leave it for the lawyers to tell. read more

i would give them -0, they are the worst. they advertise on gosection8.com when you apply they deny you because of your credit. rarely people on section 8 have good credit. if you have section 8, beware of realhomes service and solutions, they are not going to approve you. read more
