The oral surgeon says he doesn't feel it necessary as long as my son isn't uncomfortable or doesn't have trouble eating . But Esposito dis agreed with the surgeon he recommended and refuses to take them off. After I spent $450 for a consultation and xray and ct scan he turns us away . Would not recommend Esposito to any one. He basically told us to go elsewhere.

The process of them fixing my retainers were unusually painful and after the procedure I had incredibly sensitive teeth to the point where it hurt to eat anything or even breathe through my mouth. It was clear that the person who fixed my retainer did not really know what they were doing. I went back here 3 times and they keep telling me that there is nothing that they can do and they could not give me an explanation for my pain. I have never had sensitive teeth before coming here and now I have a chronic condition. To be clear these were nice and friendly people but they did a horrible job of fixing my retainer and I am in pain because of it. I don't want to cause any harm to their business but I also don't want anyone to end up in my situation.

It's a soothing environment, one I have never felt in any medical office before. The staff explained everything and took digital images (none of that goo from when I was a kid). We went back a week later, the staff explained the approximate time breakdown for the Invisalign, cost, and most importantly the payment plan. They worked with our insurance (UFT) and set up a payment plan for the remainder. My son was so comfortable there that he would go in the back to be seen at each visit by himself. Dr. Donato and his staff are hands down the best in the biz (the biz being healthcare as a whole). I got Invisalign through him and he has been more than helpful! I still have another year with the product. They are very understanding if you lose trays and other things like that. I have to give credit to the amazing staff and front desk too. They are so nice and accommodating and offer beverages and snacks. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment. They send out emails to remind you of your appointments. Very clean place too.
