I have been a patient of Dr. Marsh for over 15 years. However, the front office staff has always left a lot to be desired. It has been over a year since I have been to this office and amazingly enough the front office staff has hit a new low. It seems they are trained to shuffle you off to someone other than your doctor. Dr. Marsh is probably a decent-to-good doctor, but his practice is simply broken. He's got great bedside manner, seems to care about making/keeping you well, but none of the next steps actually happen. He tells you on the first visit that he handles all follow-ups/results over the phone himself. But what he leaves out is that he doesn't always call back, you might have to follow-up multiple times -- sometimes for literal months -- to get results, and when he calls he will enter a code to skip straight to your voicemail so there's no way to speak with him even if you answer immediately. And then the voicemail may either a) leave out info or b) not tell you what that means for next steps. (In my case, it was both.) When I was referred to a specialist, I was only given one name. That doctor was booked for months and then twice canceled my appointment (the second time, it was the day of). I then spent weeks trying to get other referrals for the same specialty. (It was never explained why they only offered one, but as a matter of course I would expect at least one other option) All told, it took me just shy of 8 months to actually see a specialist, and I didn't even see anyone that was recommended to me. But the last straw for me was prescription refills. I have tried using their electronic medical records/messaging portal -- which I should also mention never had any of my exam notes or test results, and when I called/emailed multiple times about that was told by the receptionist that they don't manage that service despite there being a medical scribe in the room for visits taking notes -- and calling/leaving messages. The last two times I needed refills I have simply not had anyone get back to me. Zero response whatsoever. Their phone message/voicemail also tells you they don't do Rx refills over the phone, so I'm half-convinced they don't do refills and expect you to find another doctor. Message received. The most frustrating part is that I live across the street from the office, so it couldn't be more convenient to have my primary care doctor this close. And yet it makes no difference since I can't seem to get a response about my care/health. read more

I will never go back to this office again. The front office are very confused and seem to provide different information each time I call for the same issue. Dr. Marsh himself is super old school and way too touchy feely. He will reach over to touch you without asking. He also likes to make jokes when asking when your last period was and if you are sexually active. Icky. He will also prescribe opioids like candy. I was once stressed to fly with a sinus infection, so he gave me 24 pills for Xanax. Just like that. No questions asked. The final straw happened with my latest birth control prescription. I was waiting on it to be filled for 2 week. I called 3 separate times and each time they said I had a month left and that they sent it over already. They also said "we don't have time to call the pharmacy". On my 4th call, I was finally told I am out of refills and have to come in. Fine. I asked to scheduled an appointment but said I needed my prescription to start the next day. I had been waiting on them for 2 weeks now. They must not know how to read? Despite their confusion and/or lies, and the fact that I needed to start it the next day, they REFUSED to fill it. Completely unethical. Denying a patient birth control when they have been on it for over 10 years with an appointment scheduled is next level. You are risking pregnancy and hormonal imbalance for what? And at a time when abortions are being limited more and more by the minute. This office and their ill-equipped front desk and handsy white male doctors will never see me again. The doctor is great and maybe it is hit or miss with the staff. My husband went to get a check up last August 3rd, results were supposed to be available in the system. It is Aug 25 and no results yet and we have followed up every week speaking with a different staff member and still no medical results available. Usually results are available within a few days. The last conversation I had was with a woman named Myra. She was dismissive, not apologetic about the inconvenience, and not interested to provide a solution. This man is an irresponsible menace disguised by an old timey folsky charm. Nearly killed me by putting me on meds I didn't need and not running any sort of testing before diagnosing me with fibromyalgia and putting me on useless meds for that. Maybe he was a good doctor 30 years ago, but he is incompetent and dangerous and you are putting yourself at risk by trusting him as your physician. Dr. Marsh is a competent physician, with good people skills and a highly personable manner in dealing with patients. He is also entirely about the money, and has created a Fast-food, "McMedicine"-Type practice. A while, he started relying on Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and contractors with various specialties who he brought in on-site at his practice that would use Doctor Marsh's practice to funnel patients into their own. After I a heart attack, and was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, he insisted on treating my recurring CHF symptoms Medically himself, ordering tests for heart failure that both my Cardiologist and HMO regarded as unreliable (and would not pay for.) My symptom's escalated within a month. When Dr. Marsh went on vacation, his colleague, Dr. Jose Hernandez treated me for asthma, instead of heart failure, and put me in a number of steroidal medications that are contra-indicated for congestive heart failure, without checking the chart, my cardiologist, or Dr. Marsh. I wound up relying heavily on Nitroglycerin tablets until I had to check into the hospital and had a major heart attack, arrested in the Catholic Lab, and was close to being pronounced dead before my heart started beating again. When Marsh returned from vacation, he began a major Gaslighting campaign, pitting my near death on poor self care for weight management and dianetes. For the next year he was very capricious about writing scrips for various kinds of Opioid pain medication for my various Orthopedic Problems. And channeled me to PA/NP staff for care. All the while I was complaining about the treatment from his administrative staff who were rude, abusive, and generally impossible to deal with. Finally, after months of requesting a meeting or phone call with Dr. Marsh to discuss my issues with the mistreatment by his office staff and the general issues I was encountering with his mom-medical personal, I was diverted from an appointment with my regular provider to a meeting with Dr. Hernandez who told me I was being "discharged" from the practice, and that they had documented this (retroactively) due to my attitude towards his more problematic employees as being perceived as "threatening". This was obviously done to discourage and discredit me should I attempt to file complaints with the appropriate State Agencies. Bottom Line: Marsh moved and downsized his practice, but my perception remains that he mainly concerned with pumping a volume of patients through his practice,relying on lower cost, non-MD providers, low cost administrative help with poor attitudes and even worse people skills, and contract providers to maximize profits to his practice at the expense of quality patient care. I would not recommend Dr. Marsh or his practice. read more

A review of our experience with Dr. Marsh is long overdue, tho' important that we chime in here - after nearly 29 years, there is much to share. My initial visit with Dr. Marsh was via Disney Pics/TV for an employment physical. This referral did not require me to select him as my primary care physician but like most in my same situation, it was an option I welcomed. A short time later, my husband joined me and we've never looked back. In fact, we've left CA a few times over the years, (due to career in college football) we remained in Dr. Marsh's care; it was well worth the expense & time involved in doing so. While we're certain there are many doctors in southern California that provide excellent medical care, we knew of no one that provided their patients the ultimate healthcare benefit: how best to manage your own recurring medical issues. My husband and I found that after confirming a common and/or chronic diagnosis, were not only provided the best treatment but given ways to avoid or handle recurrences. With Dr. Marsh, we both feel confident in our ability to be active participants in managing our healthcare. The education/information he offered was new to us & very empowering ... we are eternally grateful!! In closing, we must also include our appreciation for others on Dr. Marsh's team at Premiere Medical Center. We've been on the receiving end of much kindness, compassion & support, yet always professional in their individual responsibilities. I've been hesitant to write this review, but I'm now left with no choice. Although Dr. Marsh is friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, attentive, and competent--and although he puts me at ease and makes me laugh--one absolutely has to incorporate one's experience with the office staff in a review of a doctor. My first visit with Dr. Marsh was about 4 months ago. I don't have a primary physician, and I specifically discussed with Dr. Marsh my desire to possibly designate him as my new primary physician. I have another, local doctor who has a particularly specialty and who has, for several years, been kind enough to prescribe some medications for me that fall outside of his specialty. Nothing hardcore, but still, he's not a general practitioner. I do have couple of common conditions to be managed long-term, so it was recommended that I select an internist as my primary physician, rather than a family practitioner. Hence my interest in Dr. Marsh. Well, over the last 4 months, on *three* separate occasions, I've had an urgent question for the doctor, and I've left a message on his voicemail. And in each case, at least *two weeks* went by--and I never received a returned call. I wasn't even expecting to necessarily speak to the doctor himself. I'd left detailed messages with the one or two questions for him, and I made it clear that I'd have been happy to have a nurse or even a desk attendant give me the doctor's answers. But all three times, at least two weeks went by--and no one even bothered to return my call. The third occasion was not long ago. I have a very "routine" prescription that I take daily, and that medication has always been filled by the specialist I mentioned above. But it *should* be filled by my primary physician. In fact I discussed this very condition at length with Dr. Marsh during my last appointment. That was even the reason for the appointment! But my prescription for that condition was still coming from the specialist. A few days after my appointment with Dr. Marsh, I realized I had forgotten to ask him to "take over" that prescription. So I called his office and left a DETAILED message, explaining that I simply needed him to prescribe that medication now--and I mentioned that I only had about 2-3 weeks of pills left. Two weeks later--no returned call. Now I have only 5 pills left, and it's urgent. I called the office again and expressed my frustration and lack of understanding regarding their repeated failures to return a patient's phone calls--especially when I'd explained each time that these were time-sensitive matters. Two more days go by. No returned call. I call again late that afternoon, and I ask to speak to the office manager. But I'm told that she's at lunch. (In the late afternoon?) OK. Perhaps. But there's a pattern here of blatant, repeated unprofessionalism and incompetence. Other doctors ALWAYS return calls. In fact, I've rarely had to leave a voicemail message during business hours at other doctors' offices. But when I have, they've always returned my call within 24 hours. But in 4 months, Dr. Marsh's staff has FAILED to return my calls on THREE, separate occasions, even two WEEKS after I'd left the original message. And I'm supposed to make him my new, primary physician? Would you? read more

I've been seeing Dr. Marsh since 1994, and it never occurred to me until now to look at Yelp reviews. Concerning the 1 star reviews - to be honest, I don't recognize at all the man they describe. He's busy yes, but that's because he's so good he always has a full patient load. Think about it, if he weren't great why would he be so busy? Throughout the years Dr. Marsh has never been anything but consistently caring, extremely knowledgeable, honest, up front, and I've never felt as though he weren't listening to me. He always seems to be completely current on research and procedures, and if there's something that can't be fixed he doesn't hesitate to let me know. I can't speak to the billing issues people have described because I've always had insurance and have never had a problem. I can say without reservation that Marsh is the best doctor I've ever had (and I'm 60) and I feel lucky to have had him looking after me all these years. read more

Marsh used to be such a decent doctor, but now he's just putting in his time. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear in that folksy way of his, but once you leave his office (after being WAY overcharged for EVERYTHING), you'll stop and wonder what just happened. Did you actually get medical care or were you treated like a cash cow because you have insurance that WILL be over billed? I've been extremely disappointed in how everything has gone downhill here. ONE of his Nurse Practitioners is very good (Samantha), so stick with her. She seems to be rather intelligent. Marjorie, his nurse, is top-notch, so insist on having her attend to you. Know that his front office staff is often rude and downright stupid, and his billing people will do everything in their power to mess up your paperwork costing you time and a lot of money. Check everything VERY CAREFULLY and do not sign off on ANYTHING until you have seen it and understand it completely. Also know that MOST of the time you will wait at least an hour to see him, unless you book a 7AM or 8AM appointment. A two-hour wait is common and he's no longer worth waiting that long for, unless you're coming in with Bubonic Plague or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Do not go to him expecting ANY kind of pain relief, because he doesn't prescribe narcotics of any kind. (That's not just him, it's every doctor now.) Good luck! You'll need it. read more

I started seeing Dr. Marsh back in 2008, boy was it the best Dr. I had ever come across. Stopped going to him for a few years. Fast forward to 2018 I came in for a physical and it was the strangest experience EVER. I had a lady do an EKG and draw one tube of blood. I wasntlt told what was going to be checked, I have never experienced anything like this. Now on Friday I was super I'll with fever, body aches, major body chills my head felt like it was going to explode. I called his office to see if I can get something prescribed. Nobody ever called me back and nothing was sent to a pharmacy. I called Monday to make an appt. And when I walk in I see Dr. Marsh's sign in sheet is there but I was scheduled with Lauren, who's a nurse practitioner! Nothing against that, but will you be charging my visit as if I saw the actual Dr.? When I ask Blanca, one of the receptionist if he was back and why I couldn't see him, at no point did she have the common courtesy to look at me while I was speaking. All she said was he was full. Dr. marsh has been looking after my health for more than 15 years. e is always attentive to my symptom descriptions and very often knows that the problem is before the tests confirm it. I've been to Dr. Marsh twice. Once to get a prescription for a drug to treat a symptom I don't want to talk about on Yelp, once to get it refilled. What Dr. Marsh didn't notice was that I was coming in the second time to get a refill almost a year and a half after my first bottle ran out. The reason is I only took the pill for a few days and then quit, then restarted over a year later. Dr. Marsh not only did not ask about this but did not even ask how I was doing on the drug, was it helping me, and did I have any questions. He has a very friendly, easy going manner about him that masks the fact that he does not give a damn about his patients. He will wink, squeeze your knee, tell you he loves hanging out with you, and be gone before you've had time to even ask, "Am I doing ok?" because he certainly isn't going to ask you. This is a guy who should be selling cars, not prescribing medicine. read more

I was charged for a number of tests that weren't requested or explained. I have never been charged for my yearly physical by any other physician. You lost a patient because of this and the harassing calls I received from some woman about a sleep study that was completely and clearly unnecessary. If Dr. Marsh would have listed to me, he would have heard that it was only something I had experienced recently, and it was due to something specific. I knew the minute that he mentioned someone was going to come in to set up a sleep study with me, it was only about money. Then I got a bill for $97.49 for blood tests that have nothing to do with a yearly physical. Dr. Marsh was recommended to me by someone who has been going to him for years. He said his only concern was that Dr. Marsh is very busy these days. He appears to be so busy that he doesn't listen to the patient's actual concerns. Great doctor. Ive been coming here for 4 years now. I can see why people wait long and keep coming back. He is very thorough and attentive. Marsh really cares for his patients. I love how how this office has everything! -- in house labs, xray, sleep study, physical therapy, etc. Makes everything so convenient and you dont have to waste gas traveling to do certain tests somewhere else.. This is your one stop shop! I also had xrays done and the xray dept. was very quick and efficient. The tech made me feel comfortable and was very pleasant. I have a lot of admiration for Dr. Marsh, and let me tell you, I'm very hard on doctors because I have a medical background and know my body -- and what goes wrong with it -- extremely well. I have very serious sinus infections on a regular basis, which has been plaguing me literally since I was 9 years old. I'm allergic to penicillin and drugs that are too closely related to it. Several doctors have opined that what's wrong is a cyst within my sinuses that retains bacteria, in this case strep. I'm usually seeing Dr Marsh with strep throat, completely infected sinuses and ears, running a fever and so seriously ill I'm in need of hospital care. He fully understands that I have no insurance, I'm a cash-pay patient with VERY limited financial resources (money borrowed from friends and relatives, because I have other medical issues making it extremely difficult to hold down a job). This kind, thoughtful, THOROUGH doctor has made it affordable for me to see him when I am ill. He has *never* strayed in his attention to me during an office visit; the only reason he gets on his cell phone while I'm with him is to check prices between Target and the clinic's own dispensary, to see which of those will cost me less money. He has been masterful at balancing antibiotics to try and cure my sinus infection each time, which is no easy feat considering this strep tends to be highly Cipro resistant, sometimes Z-Pack resistant. While there have been several times when I know he's wanted to hospitalize me to receive IV antibiotics, he realizes I would have to try and go to county -- which is where I'll go should I this ever complicate into bacterial meningitis again. He's also been generous enough to see me the same day, or to call a prescription in to the pharmacy or dispensary if I don't have money to see him in person. He's always the consummate professional, never taking up my time with talk of anything but my medical issues, and he's undoubtedly the most warm, caring doctor I've ever had. He does not hassle me about my obesity. He treats me with respect. The only drawbacks are, yes, this is an EXTREMELY busy practice and you do have to wait to see him, sometimes for an hour or more between waiting in the waiting room and waiting in the exam room. And I have to agree with those who've said it takes a VERY long time to get test results back -- a wait that I cannot abide by, because that can mean unnecessary delays in treatment. However, I will say I've yet to find any doctor here in SoCal who doesn't have these same issues, regardless of the size of their practice. Dr. Marsh has gone above and beyond the call for me too many times to count, so I'll stick with him. He's still one of the best internal medicine practitioners in the San Fernando Valley. I can always get an appointment and very rarely does a Dr. take the time to call you himself to let you know your test results were fine! This Doctor is the best Western medical Doctor I have been to, have been too many. He will go into details and take time to get to the point of the problem. Bedside manner is all-pro and comfortable, the office takes care of the little stuff and they will do it. No complaints, if I've had one, it has been addressed. I like how Dr. Marsh's interacts with his patients. He has a sense of humor that keeps your spirits high. He's not just about business. He likes to have a little conversation with you to break the ice. He's a warm hearted doctor. That's a plus. I could have given him a higher score if only he saw his patients on time. Appointment times are never met. I usually wait in the lobby for about 50 minutes past my appointment time. Then after a nurse weighs you and checks your temp and blood pressure, you wait in the individual room for anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes before Dr. Marsh finally shows up. He's always apologetic so I think he knows he's been keeping his patients waiting. Even with the long wait, I'll continue to visit Dr. Marsh in the future. My advice; make early appointments. His day starts at 7 am. I usually go in by 8:30 and he's already 1 hour behind. Also make a list of things to ask Dr. Marsh. Be ready to explain your condition accurately in short sentences. You only have a short time to tell your story to Dr. Marsh because he works very fast once he gets started. read more

The absolute worst Doctor I have ever been too! And so is his staff! This Doctor over charges for everything and charges the insurance company for treatments that were never done! Also the staff is so rude and unorganized that they send out bills for treatments years after the office visit date and claim the insurance company did not cover. But after calling asking my insurance for records from years back I proved they were covered and paid! Took days for me to research wait for faxes then send Dr Marsh's office what they should have already known! Please so not come here! Beware!!! Over charges! Double charges! Most personable and highly experienced. Totally non-judgmental. Keen eye, very astute, but perhaps that comes from his years of experience. He's been a real find for my brother. I take him to his appointments and not only am I allowed to be with him during his visits - I'm welcomed. We've been very pleased. Less than 15 minute wait time three times so far, but we've always had early morning appts. I hear it's a wait mid-day. He doesn't seem to be all twizzled about potential lawsuits like most docs these days - which means he doesn't treat patients like quasi law suits. To Dr. Marsh, seems you're just a normal, decent person needing the care he's good at giving. And he seems to really love it. I get that distinct feeling from him. The awesome part is, he is experienced with all manner of internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, etc. etc. so you don't have to go to 3 different specialists. Plus, he set up his office as a one-stop shop which is very cool for older handicapped people - lab, xray and sonic technology, heart tests, pharmacy (which you don't have to use) even an in-house foot doctor (a real dollbaby, he) for diabetes patients! Soup to nuts. It's amazing how coordinated they are. A well-oiled machine. What this means is, you don't have to wait and wait for your doctor appointment, then go to your cardiologist and wait and wait, then go to your endocrinologist and wait and wait, then go to a lab and wait and wait, then go to an xray/echo/sonic lab and wait. They have a smooth system wherein you see Dr. Marsh first, they give you say, an echogram if you need one, then Dr. Marsh again, then after that you see the foot doctor (as my diabetic brother needs to), then they draw blood for your labs, meanwhile they're processing your pharmacy so those are ready before you're done, and presto, you're finished in an hour or two with what otherwise would've taken two days of aggravating parking and interminable waits and lack of coordination between your various specialists. And Dr. Marsh doesn't give you tests you don't need! Phooey on that nonsense. I love that part. P.S. I've been a patient of Dr. Marsh's for over 10 years and for a long time found him to be great and responsive to my health concerns. The last 3 or so years however things have changed (unfortunately the long wait times have not!) and he's often commented about the financial aspect of being a doctor these days-in that he's not making enough money. Weird commentary to share with your patients if you ask me-especially given that he is (and has been in the last 10 years I've been to see him, the busiest doctor in the practice). I saw him this past July for what I thought was maybe food poisoning. I explained to him that I was underinsured and that I had a very limited amount of money left in my HSA and asked him to consider this when examining me. He did the exam (about 5 minutes) and then had a few vials of blood drawn from me and then mentioned something to the effect that even though he knew my financial situation I should understand that he needed to run a lot of tests. I thought this strange but shrugged it off because in the past, when I was unemployed, he had told me that I wouldn't have to worry about seeing him for lack of funds and he did work with me so I trusted he would do the same now. I dialed the call-in number for my results and then came in for my follow-up visit shortly thereafter. He told me I had been exposed to a particular virus but then drove the conversation towards my Cholesterol and how I needed to start taking medication for it. I got the prescription filled but before I took it, I checked out the side effects and learned that they could very much complicate matters where my virus was concerned and in talking with a pharmacist through my health coverage was told that I should not take them until I was 100% free and clear from the side effects of the virus. I was stunned and wondered what Dr. Marsh was thinking. A time later I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance coverage and learned that Dr. Marsh had billed them over $1,700.00 for my 5 minute visit, labeling it as a high-complexity exam, when it was not that sort of exam. My insurance did not pay the entire balance becuase Dr. Marsh had billed over the Usual, Customary and Reasonable amount (known also as UCR) for his time me so I got stuck with a few hundred dollars to pay off. I used what was left on my HSA account to cover what I could and then called to see if he could work with me on the balance. His billing department said he would not work with me because he never "saw" any money from the insurance company (even though I had the EOB, or Explanation of Benefits, that indicated he had, in fact, been paid!) I was shocked and dismayed at this and never saw it coming. A couple months later I recieved a bill from a medical lab which was for a test he ordered (during that same visit) to check the levels of medication in my body that wasn't anything he even prescribes to me or manages my care for! (I see a Neurologist for a specified condition and she's the one who manages my care in this particular area and handles those prescriptions and she is based at USC) I was furious. He has absolutely nothing to do with my Neurological care and we don't even discuss it because my specialist is not affiliated with him and vice-versa. Why he ordered that test is beyond me but I suspect it was to get a few more billing dollars into his pocket. If my specialist orders it for her legitimate purpose, it may be not be covered because he already ordered it so I'd pay out of pocket for it! Outrage! Update, 01/10/2013... I went to see a doctor here in my new neck of the woods (west side) and was sent for an Ultrasound as he could see (with his own 2 eyes) a visible mass on my Thyroid Gland. He was shocked to learn that my former dr. (Marsh) had been treating me for a Thyroid condition all these years and never once bothered to examine my Thyroid gland itself. Turns out I have multiple masses on my Thyroid gland (verified by Ultrasound)! They didn't grow overnight and would have been visible to a "trained" eye 6 months ago. I don't know how Marsh missed it but I think his vision is clouded by $$. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm happy to say I will never be back to his practice again however. He seems way off track these days. If waiting over an hour to see a doctor who spends 5-10 minutes with you, cracking a few jokes to make you feel "comfortable", while eating up your insurance coverage by ordering unecessary tests and tossing pills at your symptoms rather than figuring out what's causing them, then he's your man. If not, I'd suggest taking your insurance elsewehere. 3/26/13-UPDATE: Recieved a bill from Marsh...threatening collections even though they've never returned my calls to discuss a payment plan. They even had the nerve to cash a check I sent them for an amount I can afford but didn't bother to reflect that on the statement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! read more

I came to Dr. Marsh based on the very high recommendation of one of his patients. He has a warm personality but unfortunately, I found that he did not address my concerns and downplayed my requests and as a young woman, I felt like I better find a female doctor because this guy was not capable of hearing me. On my first visit to his office, he brought in 4 other observers without asking if it's ok. When I asked who they were, he told me - one shadowing, one nurse on her way out and I don't recall who the other 2 were...I asked him to please have them leave as I was uncomfortable. On subsequent visits, I felt that I had to ask several questions to understand what he was doing and how to treat my ailments. One day, I told him how I felt - that he was not addressing my concerns and so he apologized and then ordered a bunch of tests -- I guess he was trying to make me happy. What would have worked was to listen to me when I talked and give me direct answers. I understand not everything has an answer, and would have appreciated honesty instead of dodging or disregard. Recently, I just discovered that the office did not have a record of the tests I had done. I specifically had asked Dr. Marsh which tests fall under the blood work I was doing, as the lab was doing a slew of tests. He couldn't and didn't answer my question, just said "the usual tests." Months later when I called to get a copy of my results, the office said the don't have a record of me ever having those tests. I thought I had walked onto the set of the new game show "How Many Patients Can I See in An Hour?" Expect a 45-minute wait and a hurried visit which too often misses details of why you're there. Also somewhat irksome is being railroaded into using the office's pharmacy to fill your prescription, or having staff unexpectedly sit in on your visit - as if "Do you mind...?" was absent from the vocabulary. Update - I'm done. Went in for blood tests and got no opportunity to ask questions - only a rushed, semi-intelligible message that *I* had to call in for. read more
