We were told our loan would…read moreclose by a certain date, but due to thier poor communication with the appraiser and an inaccurate report we missed that deadline and had to pay for a revised appraisal ourselves . later we were told the loan terms had to change to hgher rate and fee because of how our company is structured - something we had disclosed from the start. After weeks of delays and unexpected costs, we had to switch lenders to move forward. It was a stressful and disappointing process that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. We regret not going with other lender from the beginning.

Guild Mortgage worked their knowledge and made our dreams of home ownership our reality. We were recommended Guild Mortgage by our salesman for the builder due to the builder denying us. David and the team with their expertise were able to provide light on the situation which is a truly unique situation. The process felt long and tedious reason being we were denied at first so essentially we started the loan process all over again. (bummer ) The home-buying process has its own language lingo and can be quite confusing at times but they explained the language and the lengthy process while being reassuring to the thousands of questions that I was flooding them with.
