This place seems use discrimination on hiring at the fine arts and associates location in Henderson. They have been hiring since December 2025 Mutiple positions. Mutiple people apply different jobs all get immediately denied seems due to their gender. I've had numerous people I know with art experience apply on indeed the applications get immediately withen minutes or within 24 hours denied before ever showing reviewed. It shows on the applicants side rather it was reviewed or not or just denied. I guess people wouldn't want to work for a company like that anyway. Blessing in disguise read more

It is a great piece of art. Michael's artwork is so clever & entertaining. The closer you look the better it gets! The owner of the gallery is a really nice guy. "george". Great artist in a great location. There is a good selection of Michael's work which both the wife and I love.

Great Art - not very well organized, the place is too small for the amount of artwork there. I hope they move or make arrangements to stack the artwork to be seen on multiple, move-able shelves, and most definitely not a place to "find inspiration" or find something relatively affordable. You'll find the salesman unfriendly towards you for observing the pieces like that. (Looking for a sale, not looking to give anyone inspiration.) read more

My experience with this gallery, specifically their GM George Booth, was completely miserable to say the least. I first came upon this place Labor Day weekend of 2014 to attend an event with an alternative model I follow online hosting and her artist friend whose art was on display there, both of them visiting from out of town. I placed an order with George for a canvas piece by the visiting artist with the model in it since the size I wanted was not available in store. Then I waited patiently two months for this piece to show up with no word from the gallery as to what the status of my order was. I finally called them to check up on it and was told there was an issue with the publisher but they were working on making it happen still. I waited another month and a half, AGAIN with nobody contacting me to let me know where my order stood. I called a second time to be told the co-owner and publisher had a falling out and it would no longer be possible for the gallery to fill my order so the only thing left was to get my refund. Easy enough, right? WRONG! We established the week before Christmas a refund check would be issued and sent to me in the mail. After the holidays came and went and I hadn't received my check I followed up again with an e-mail indicating that, after nearly four and half months since first placing this order, my patience on the matter was fading fast and could I PLEASE get the refund I was promised? I received a response from George indicating he'd forgotten to send it but would mail it out the next day. That same night I reconnected with the model for the first time since seeing her at the gallery event and she told me two things that confirmed some suspicions and made me even more irritated with this situation, main one being that the reason George gave me for not being able to fill the order was false and the second being that she herself had an issue getting paid for her appearance at the event by this guy. Still, I waited an entire week for my refund to show up in the mail which, again, it never did. I then sent another e-mail indicating that a complaint to the Rio and legal action were imminent if I didn't receive the refund when I went to the gallery to pick it up in person this past weekend. That got me a voicemail from George saying he was sorry I had gotten so upset, that he had been hospitalized shortly after our communication the week before and that's the reason he hadn't sent the check yet. I sent him an e-mail response explaining why it'd gotten to the point of me being so mad and we established that I would come pick up the check in person the next day so this could finally be done with. After all the excuses, poor communication and having my suspicions confirmed by someone who'd been in a similar situation I did a little looking around before going in. Wouldn't you know it, during the time George claims he was in the hospital he was leaving posts on his Facebook page sounding completely healthy and at least one of them seeming to indicate that he was AT WORK. Despite being even angrier about the fact that he continued to lie to me after I threatened legal action, I made it a point to keep my cool when I went in so I could just pick up the check and leave without incident. George, however, was looking to pick a fight with ME and started giving me a crap as soon as he handed me the check. One would think, him being in a management position and the whole situation with my order dragging out as long as it did, that he might simply offer me an apology or maybe just keep his mouth shut. Nope! He started bringing up the whole hospitalization excuse again in an effort to make me look like a jerk and sarcastically saying "Nice e-mail" in response to one or both of the messages I'd previously sent explaining my frustration. I fired back that I saw his Facebook posts and suspected he was not in the hospital for the period of time he claimed he was and therefore could have mailed the check the previous weekend like he promised. He then raised his voice at me, in front of other customers, and told me not to come back to the gallery (like I'd even WANT to!!) and saying he was just trying to "do something nice for me"??? As I was walking out on him he even tried shouting a message that, for some reason, he wanted me to pass on to the alternative model's husband. I'd been dealing with some other stress outside of this that contributed to me wanting to conclude this failed business transaction ASAP but, unlike George, I didn't feel the need to make this a personal issue. He was too busy trying to make the whole thing all about HIM and his health issues anyway so I wouldn't have had a chance to explain even if I'd tried. Anyway, this man is unprofessional, unstable, a liar and should most definitely not be managing a sales job or having any kind of contact with the gallery's customers. I highly recommend you do NOT trust him with your money! read more

Worked with Greg to purchase a We Olive Hockey piece in a custom frame. Everything went great and as expected. We had a little trouble matching the frame to what I wanted, but what the framer put together was good enough to fit in with my other pieces. Greg was very quick to respond to an questions. The framing delay only delayed delivery maybe 1-2 weeks from what was initially quoted, but who knew the framer would have an issue...so I can't fault the gallery for that. For having never been physically in their gallery and living across the country from them, I would say I would definitely purchase another piece from them.....just need to find some money :). There seems to be a controversary between the martini olive art of Michael Godard that actually makes me respect and like him more. I've never met the man himself personally, however, I remember when Vancouver, BC had an art gallery of him on Robson 10 years ago I would go in their a lot. I like the idea of food, meets comedy meets a bit of rock and roll. I loved the colors and I love the subject. I was always skeptical 'cause I've seen some prints around town that are re-prints on posters and then framed going for a lot of money and some in which I am not 100% sure if they're actually real or not. Best to buy from the gallery itself. These are usually the first words out of peoples' mouths when they view Michael Godard's artwork. Known as the "Rock Star of the Art World." read more

I visited this gallery and was not impressed. There were several pieces of art strewn around; pieces that weren't hung on the walls were sitting on the floor leaning against other pieces of art. It's beautiful work but should be better taken care of! read more

I have visited this gallery many times and each times holds a special place in my heart. The employees are super nice and treat you like family. I've attended several of their live shows featuring the artist, Michael Godard and I own 5 pieces of his art. I highly recommend attending one of these shows/parties, as this place really knows how to treat their people! read more

A good friend of mine was visiting the Las Vegas area, came across this art gallery, was kind enough to think of me and purchased an art piece for a housewarming gift. He gave me the invoice and told me to contact them for tracking information which i did four weeks after he purchased it. I called several times and was told by a woman that answered the phone (when they finally picked up the phone) that the painting had been shipped (she actually put me on hold to look and see if it had been shipped) and that she was going to email me the tracking information at which point I gave her my email address. A week later and still no email so I called again (thinking that I was giving them enough time to get back to me) The same woman answers the phone and I ask her what the tracking information is but this time she says oh I'm sorry the piece that I thought was shipped was the wrong piece and we finally got the order right...Im looking at it right now and its scheduled to be picked up today for shipping....at this point I'm incredibly irritated and tell her that we are no longer interested in this piece...one because no one bothered to call us and inform us that the wrong item was ordered. I told her NOT TO SHIP IT and to have a manager call me. She agreed and told me her manager would call me when he gets in, I never heard from anyone so I called AGAIN this time she says the painting was shipped and that it was on its way!! WHAT?!?!? I just told you I was no longer interested and to refund my friend the money on his card. She proceeded to tell me they were short staffed and hard to fire someone....all of which is not my concern and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE MANAGER. Well to make long story short...its now 2 entire months and no painting. They did get a tracking number to my email and it shows its in transit but I no longer want this piece! It was an awful experience and they need to get organized over there! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give less stars I would!!! Judging from the other reviews on here Im not the only one! went to this gallery when on vacation. paid for a print and they were suppose to mail it to me. when it did not arrive i called them and emailed numerous times. kept getting lame excuses on why they did not ship it. after a few months they said they no longer had the print and that it must have been accidentally sold after i had paid for it. they tried to get me to buy something else but i did not want something else. i told them to send me a refund. i never got that either. had to dispute the charge on my credit card. these guys are a joke. wasted a lot of time. read more
