The seats at Regal Summerlin are easily one of the best things about this theater. They're all couch-style seats and extremely comfortable, and the theaters themselves are clean and well-maintained. The biggest downside is the concessions. They're extremely overpriced, even compared with other movie theaters, and unfortunately the popcorn we got was stale. That's a pretty disappointing combination when you're already paying a premium for snacks. Something the theater obviously has no control over, but is still a huge negative for me, is that they serve Pepsi products. No Coke means I'll never be purchasing a beverage here. I'll be back since this is the closest theater to me, but I'll also continue exploring other theater brands. Overall, great seating and a clean theater, but the concession experience leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I love this place. It's right in downtown summerlin mall. Across from the ball park. There is always tons of parking in the back. Even on the weekend. It's next to a dave & busters. So you can make a night of it if you want. Personally I like going there & eating there. They have a full bar. They have some exotic Pepsi drinks that fun and tasty. They also have some tasty finger foods like cheese sticks, Cajun or cheese fries & wings. It's a tiny spot. So they don't have the biggest selection of films. Watch your favorite movies in oversized recliners. We've come here for years, and most recently returned on Valentine's Day to watch Wuthering Heights because I'm a sucker for beautifully twisted tales of love. What I appreciate most: plush leather seats, plenty of legroom, a clear view, and the fact that they have concessions and a full bar. Yes a full bar! What I don't appreciate: the sky-high prices. We paid $47.98 for two adults just to get in, and food, snacks, and drinks can easily tack on another $50 unless you bring your own flask. And without fail, there's always someone in the theater who can't behave. Once it was a drunk woman yelling at the screen and her boyfriend. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter. read more

I've had many good experiences coming to this movie theater. It's smaller, so expect less showtimes than other places. When I came most recently it was fairly busy most likely due to discounted prices on Tuesdays, which people were taking advantage of clearly. At this point I feel like recliner seats are a must at any movie theater and luckily they have recliners here. Nice and clean theater with comfortable recliner seats- even for their standard ticket seats! Our family went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. The movie (Avatar Fire and Ash) was visually enjoyable on their large screen and the sound was LOUD and crisp. Really appreciated that the reclining seats also each have their own swivel tray table. Our family joined the Regal Crown Club, which drastically helps cut ticket and concessions prices on Tuesdays. Ticket prices are $8/adult on Tuesdays with the membership. I couldn't believe that their small popcorn is regularly priced $12 and their large just under $15! If you have the Regal Crown Club membership (it's free to sign up) and go on Tuesdays, popcorn is 50% off regular prices. Nonetheless, this is a really solid theatre, clean with extra comfortable recliner seats, friendly service and good "Discount Tuesdays" deals with membership. read more

It's near restaurants and shops so parking can be quite tough especially on weekends. You can buy your movie tickets online or at the movie theater next to the concessions. They have popcorn, nachos, pretzel bites, corn dog bites, mozzarella sticks, candy, chocolate, Dippin Dots, burger and fries, chicken tenders, Pepsi products (not a fan), bottled water, Icee, Doritos, and Cheetos, etc. You can also get alcoholic beverages at the bar. In case you get there early and you're waiting for somebody to watch a movie with, they have seats and a few tables. The bathrooms are quite clean for a movie theater. Actually, the whole place is clean. I can't remember a time I saw even a single popcorn on the floor. Some movie theaters have waiter service so you can order food from the comfort of your seat before the movie starts - they don't have that here. The reclining seats are comfortable and even after being open for over 5 years, there has only been a bit of signs of wear and tear. They recline and not making me itch and that's all I care about! The sound and visual quality are good. However, if you're 20-30 minutes early, you'll end up staring at a blank screen for quite a long time. At least play some commercials. read more

The large reclining seats are very comfortable but some need to the sticky substance to be cleaned. Restrooms are plentiful and clean. Worst Regal in Vegas. They charge extra for their "luxury" seats even though the lower priced recliner seats of other theaters are just as good, They only redeem credits for one item at a time while all other regals have no limit. When I hobbled into the cinema on crutches and a straight leg brace, the staff was super nice, offering me well wishes as I passed by. Because of the brace, sitting upright in a chair always felt uncomfortable, but not a problem at Regal! The cozy leather recliners propped my leg up and I was comfy enough to lose myself in the movie and not once think about my sad injured knee! I've gone to the Regal location in Summerlin now many times, and I've never had a bad experience. Employees are nice, the location for this cinemas is central to the Summerlin area, easy to park your car and walk into, grab snacks and watch a movie. They have big super comfortable luxury recliners. The only downside to the recliners is that you can recline back but the arm rest (when it is lifted up because you're sitting with your significant other and don't want to use it) will not fully recline back as well so then you have this hard uncomfortable rectangle against your back or arm. But apart from that, absolutely love and highly recommend. read more

This used to be a nice theatre to go to. Headrest on chairs looked weathered, kinda smells in there, and to be honest I am not a fan of people bringing in their pillows and blankets. There is nothing luxurious about that, in fact I don't think it's sanitary. I sat next to someone and their blanket smelt bad, looked dirty. The whole time I could only think... this person better not have bed bugs. Honestly if people wish to bring their bedding to the movie theater, wait to watch the movie at home in your bed. Theatres should not allow this, that's what the drive in is for and YOUR HOME. Honestly disgusting. If the theater wishes to sell a small blanket, fine, but don't name and claim to be "luxury" when I'm sitting in worn out recliners next to smelly bedding. I won't be coming back to this theater... I'd rather wait for movies to be available in the comfort of my own home. Theatre 3, row F , seat 18... broken recliner and not comfortable... sits slanted and leg rest broken. I've paid that much for burgers before but I love saying. Damn there was some outstanding burgers. I guess I'll just find a new place to hang. So sad to see The village pub end such a good run. We purchased tickets online for a movie but the showing was cancelled even before it began due to "corruption file." The manager handed us Film Passed to use free for future movies. This was a total scam. A few months later we decided to use these passes and turned out we had to pay for booking fees. I understand the purpose of booking fees but why did we have to pay extra for the mistake of the theatre? And no one told us about these fees when they passed out the passes. DIDNT even give us the option for a REFUND. We contacted Regal and they refuse to give us refund. It's not the money (a few bucks for booking fee) but their business principle is pretty messed up. It looks like this will be our new theater since moving to this side of town. We've been twice since moving over here and both visits were good. Both visits we got a love seat recliner, the seats each have a little table that swings opposite each other and I learned on our second visit the middle arm rest fold up so you can snuggle up. The ticket scanners are very pleasant. The first visit the snack bar staff was pleasant the last one not so much. The lady we think was the supervisor must have been having a tough day, she was a sourpuss. The temperature in the theater is not too cold but I still bring a sweatshirt just in case.
