The mountain has special meaning and is really important to both her and my whole family. The photo on the left is the design I sent them, the photo on the right is the job they did. It looks absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like what I asked for. When I told them I was not happy with what they did, they refused to do anything about it. They won't return my money, they wont give me a new blank necklace so I can take it somewhere else to get it engraved properly. They can't buff it out because the necklace is already so thin and the lines they carved into it are so deep. Not only did this cost me close to $500 and I had to save up money for this special gift, I now don't have her Christmas gift ready in time due to this abysmal job. I can't give this horrible work to her, it looks like a toddler did it. The design is crooked, the lines have mistakes and there are random marks all over it. It's just so bad. I probably could have done a better job honestly. I spent over 40 minutes in store after receiving it, asking for them to give me my money back or give me a new necklace. I spoke directly to the owner. They kept arguing and refusing to give me a refund, even going so far to insult me as to try to sell me another necklace they had for 50% off. I was actually crying from the way they were talking to me. This is disgusting to do to a family at Christmas time. I will provide an update if the business resolves this issue but buyer beware. They will take your money, do a pathetic job and do nothing about it.

What's funny as I was loading it it didn't look like the floor model and was told it was the same but different color. My wifes sister had told her we should check Mr Liquidator but it was too far for us to drive since we live in Vancouver. That said, we decided to drive out there because $3000 is a lot of money, and man are we glad we did. Not only did they have three different iComfort models on display, but they had a massive selection of Beautyrest and Serta for us to try. Our $3000 iComfort was $1799 at Mr Liquidator. But we didnt buy that mattress. We bought a Serta Masterpiece that is like floating on clouds for $800. And Kris the salesman was amazing and super easy to deal with, not pushy at all. He is my go to guy when I have to have jewellery appraisals done, batteries replaced on watches and any other issues I may have. His prices are fair and he always does an outstanding job. He is right on one of the main downtown streets and you need to ring a buzzer in order to enter his shop.
