There were several steps needed to take the previous poorly applied peeling paint to a finished reliable product. 1. On the final day of painting he went around the house to make sure every detail was done with the quality he expects from his team. He actually spent an hour and a half going the extra mile, like when he found an exterior pop-out with a sizable stucco gap hole, but too high for anyone to actually see, but where rain water could get in a cause real problems.
