Quote was very reasonable and they were on site quickly. Work was efficient and of high quality. Prep was on point - masked, plastic, drop cloths all done well. Painting was immaculate. Straight edges, very clean work. Here's what stood out: this crew went above and beyond. Little things that were out of scope but they took care of without being asked: caulk where needed, taping and filling of some minor cracks, etc. beyond the typical prep work for painters. Albert and his team did a thorough painting job renovating my much-needed large wrap-around deck. He and his team very polite and paid much attention to detail. There were several steps needed to take the previous poorly applied peeling paint to a finished reliable product. 1. From the initial power-washing. 2. hand scraping / sanding of the rails and replacement of some of the 2"x2"s 3. complete primer application on the rails and also the replaced deck boards. 4. complete outdoor paint of the hand rails and the whole deck surface & trim. On the final day of painting he went around the house to make sure every detail was done with the quality he expects from his team. He actually spent an hour and a half going the extra mile, like when he found an exterior pop-out with a sizable stucco gap hole, but too high for anyone to actually see, but where rain water could get in a cause real problems.
