After searching Yelp for an open Veterinary Hospital on a Friday night; found Eclipse open 24 hours. So, I made the call and spoke with them to confirm they were open and they have the ability to address her situation. Arriving after a 20 minute ride, there was no waiting time, they took her immediately to the treatment area for a prompt examination of her situation. After completing the initial intake documentation we spoke with a technician to explain the situation that led us there. After a period of time, the ER Vet - Dr. Charlotte Van Horne spoke with us regarding the different pathways of a diagnosis for the treatment of vertigo, along with of her progression . The Doc gave a thorough explanation and was showed patience in answering all our questions. She didn't rush or push her treatment, and I appreciated the clear explanations provided and treatment plan. After a day at home, we decided to bring her back Saturday since my dog refused to eat or drink water for approximately 24 hours, hence she was unable to take her meds. The waiting room was busy with other dogs and cats. We spoke with the staff and then consulted with Dr. Katie Bazewicz on her diagnosis and our options. We chose to admit her for the next 24 hours so my dog can get the proper amount of fluids via an I.V.; actually kept her admitted until Monday morning when our dog would be examined by the Vet Neurologist - Dr. Boaz Levitin. He provided a thorough exam and gave his diagnosis which gave us comfort with the current treatment plan and didn't just push us for an MRI, which isn't the best option due to my dog's age. We were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention we received. The entire medical team was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative; from the receptionist, med techs, nurses, doctors, and specialist. The staff were friendly and empathetic throughout our several visits. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is large and nicely decorated for the holidays. They have a complimentary water, along with a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine to include a soda/snack vending machine. The price points for the services may be higher than your usual Vet bill, however you need to understand that this is a 24 hour ER service. It could be a little pricey, but my question is how important is your furry family member valued by you and your family in your home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend Eclipse ER Vet Hospital to others. The compassionate and professional service I experienced is a credit to the hospital and its entire staff.

Despite being in the medical field myself, I felt in over my head with a feline emergency. Thankfully, I was met with care and compassion every step of the way starting with the initial triage, and Pouncey was rushed back for immediate evaluation after I described his symptoms. Special thanks to Dr. Kuck, who was extremely thorough and despite already making the initial diagnosis of FLUTD, performed additional workup as Pouncey's bloodwork looked suspicious. She ultimately also diagnosed him with a left kidney mass. Although this was devastating news, she performed the necessary workup and helped me transition seamlessly to his local vet back in California, even calling several days later to follow up and make sure his records got sent over. Pouncey is thankfully on the mend, and is scheduled to see a local surgeon for his tumor - all of this would have been impossible without the expert and timely care from Eclipse!

Trust me you can find much better more competent bunch of doctors, especially in NYC & even Bergen County. Dr Epstein always listens to anything I may experience and always had good suggestions if I am experiencing anything out of the usual. The staff is good and very friendly. Yet have I had any problems coming to this location. Sleep apnea is a scary thing & needs to be addressed, and so many think it is OK to not get it looked at when they are told they stop breathing while sleeping. Do not play with your health. Traveling home to Ct after college visits in Virginia, we learned that a family member ( with whom we had close contact) had tested positive for Covid. From his home computer, my son in law located this Neighborhood Urgent Care because he calculated that it was within a reasonable radius of our intended route home. A big plus was that walk-ins were permitted. Since we were totally dependent on the vagaries of interstate travel, we didn't have the added pressure of arriving at a precise hour. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a huge welcome and big smiles all around. The place was spotless and staffed by women who clearly understood the value of empathy in crisis. We were given tests after staff members checked our vitals and we answered brief questionnaires. My grandson was not traveling with any health insurance card so the staff calmly walked him through the steps necessary to get that information from this parents to their office. And always with a smile. This same attention to the needs of patients was evidenced days later when I needed a hard copy of my test results. My doctor had it within minutes of my request. In a world where the medical field is dominated by big business and lack of personal attention, this clinic is a breath of fresh air. In contrast to the professional and caring attention we received here, I spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for someone in my own doctor's office yesterday to pick up so I could arrange a telemedicine visit. I wish I lived near Neighborhood Urgent Care. They are stand outs in the field of medicine.

I went because I'm in perimenopause and have gained 10-12 lbs in the past year. It does't sound like a lot but I'm small, only 4'11", so 12 lbs is a lot, especially considering I work out 6 days a week and follow a very healthy diet. Having tried nutritionists and personal trainers, I was just looking for some medical guidance and, yes, meds if necessary. They put me on testosterone and I trusted them that it would do the trick. After just eight weeks I GAINED SEVEN POUNDS. 1.5 was muscle but oh my lord. I almost died right there in the office looking at that scale. On top of the weight gain, the other side effects were horrid, some irreversible. I have a history of Graves disease so when the NP I was working with suggested thyroid meds I agreed but was skeptical. After sleeping on it I decided to cancel everything. They tried to convince me to stick with it and they'd revamp the dosage, but I finally broke down and said it was beginning to effect my mental health. With that, the office manager quickly agreed to terminate the contract and I appreciated that she didn't push it any further. I've recently started over with an endocrinologist, who was FLOORED by my lab results saying first that my testosterone was fine from the start and the amount I was taking was "what people transitioning take." Please, do yourself a favor and talk to your GP and/or GYN before going to this or any other that messes with hormones. I'm out about $2000 with all the meds, vitamins, and blood work that wasn't covered by my insurance and am worse off physically now than I was before. It was a waste of time and money and the experience set me back a year in my health goals.

I don't think Dr. Pressler spent more than 3 minutes in the chair and gave me absolutely no advice or treatment on how I should handle my extremely bothersome overactive bladder other than "drink less water at night" and "this will probably blow over in a week or two" (I explained this issue has been ongoing for a month) He ended the appointment by scheduling an needless ultrasound to which he himself said "I don't think anything is gonna show up" It's clear who the who the preferred cliental here is.
