The doctors are very knowledgeable and try to make each visit very comfortable. Every now and then however I find myself waiting for a chair between 20 to 45 minutes which is just not acceptable to me. Maybe I can understand 20 minutes for the unforeseen problem the patient before me encountered. Today was a forty-minute wait and this made me quite irritated, so rather than this happening again I will go the front desk and request another appointment for a different day. My hope is that they become better at the scheduling process.
