Dr. Nguyen, Jennifer, and the entire office staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and goes the extra mile to made sure I was comfortable. Came here for some work in preparation for my upcoming wedding and I couldn't be happier! My hygienist, Roxanne did a wonderful job! Probably one of the best cleanings I've had as she was very thorough. I absolutely hate getting dental work done, but Dr. Nguyen was patient, kind, and gentle. He made sure I was aware of every step and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I loved that despite having a packed office, he took his time and didn't rush through anything. I also had my first whitening done and I'm super impressed with the results. These pearly whites are ready to take countless photos on the big day!

I had to have a four tooth bridge, and I don't feel like I was fully informed about my options or what the bridge would be like when I received it. I found out on my last day of treatment as Dr. Chris was putting the permanent bridge in my mouth, that he had made the larger than my teeth, because he felt it would be stronger that way. The bridge is ill- fitting and it rubs the side of my cheek all the time. It is visibly larger than the other teeth, that Dr Kris told me I would get used to it and not notice the size difference. It is very hard to clean with any floss I have tried, but then I was never told what kind of floss to use. I have found that it also affects my speech production. If things have been fully explained to me from the beginning, I would have opted for dental implants, too late for that now! I've already spent almost $6000.00 on this bridge and have experienced a lot of pain and discomfort along with it, so I am not happy. Additionally, this office has changed its financial policies, and now require total estimated payment up front, before any work will be done. This policy started in August. My agreement with them started in May/June, so should not apply to me in the first place. We made a generous down payment, required in my agreement, and then when it came time to pay the balance, the accounting was all screwed up. My account was mingled in with my husband's, and she could not tell what was mine or his. she was insistent that we pay almost $300 on my husband, that he had already paid. She said he did not pay it and she could not find it anywhere in the computer. Finally, after a long financial meeting, she found his payment made actually above the amount she was requiring me to pay. My husband had to walk out of that meeting because he knew he was going to say something very ugly, and he works very hard to not do that. I brought my me, but she said that didn't matter because they didn't have them and I said I have them right here, and she said she had to get her own copies from the insurance, that mine would not meet her needs, and in the meantime, I had to pay the total amount she estimated was still due. She was very insistent, rotely repeatedly the same thing over and over, that I had to pay her estimate. I finally had to say, " you can have a choice, I can leave here paying nothing or I can leave here paying the amount I show that Medicare says I owe you after processing the claim." she stated that the choice is that I must pay upfront in the future and that today I had to pay what they estimated I have would owe. she said it didn't matter that I had They had to get their own EOB before they would have the exact amount I would owe. She never did actually choose, but she did accept my payment according to my Medicare statement from the EOB. THEN TODAY WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT IN FOR A CLEANING, SHE MADE HIM PAY OVER $200 BECAUSE SHE SAID HIS BENEFITS HAD RAN OUT. HE TOLD HER HE HAD NOT HAD HIS BENEFITS RUN OUT AND SHE WAS MISTAKEN. ANYWAY, HE LEFT PAYING OVER $200 THAT HE DID NOT OWE, which we both were sure was applied to my supposed balance, especially since his receipt showed my name only at the top. All of this financial distress caused us was only about a pittance of $300 difference in what Medicare said I should pay and what she wanted me to pay. so they are cooking the books, trying to confuse the customer to get more money that is not due them. I am very sorry you have lost two of your PAYING patients, and sorry we have to find A new dentist. ALL over a tiny percentage of a bill we had already paid. you will lose more patients over this, so I dont see how this is going to help your finances, which obviously are in a dilemma.

I had to take several painful shots in the top of my mouth, and a direct needle shot in the cavity; 2. I was charged for a bottom partial that never fit, and I had to return to the office several times for adjustments on the bottom partial that only worked for about a day. I never wore the bottom partial for more than a day after the adjustments. It was painful and never fit correctly; 3. When I came to get my permanent bottom partial, it was made with the middle curvature as an upper partial. The partial had to be bent correctly to the curvature to my lower mouth. It was a total foul-up. There was no admission or taking responsibility of the foul-up. They adjusted the lower partial then came back to me with it adjusted but not enough to were my tongue isn't scraping the foul-up middle curvature. Instead of redoing the bottom partial, they told me if they adjust the partial more it might break. I have contacted Aspen Dental Corporate Office. But, have not received a response as on 01-19-26. The next step is to have my lawyer send a request.

I had my gum graft done by him in July 2022 and it was the worse decision ever. The cost was outrageous, and then what I was quoted ended up being different. I paid for a retainer I never received, and the instruction's they give post surgery are terrible. I felt like I was just another number in his office and on follow up visits his staff was rather rough taking out my stitches and based on his Blaise attitude when I had my follow ups I could not tell if the procedure went well or not. Now, 3 years later my bottom teeth are moving and look terrible, and I was left with a hole in my lower gums. I was very disappointed with the overall experience and care taken by him and his staff.

Another excellent adventure with Dr. Bean and his team at Complete Dental Care! From the initial…read morecontact with the front office staff, through the scheduling, preparation, and the actual procedure and follow-up, every aspect of the visit was efficient and relaxed. It is the reason that I am willing to make the five-hour round-trip drive to Greenville for dental care. One of the most frustrating aspects of getting old is dealing with compromised, failing teeth, and at 70 years, I've had my share. Whether due to injury, disease, or shoddy past care, if you are missing teeth or if it hurts to chew, it affects one of the great joys of life - eating! I've been a client of Dr. Bean for the past 3 or 4 years, and I can attest to the exceptionally high level of care that I receive from him and his well-tuned machine. Dr. Bean has assembled a very capable team. From the front-office staff, to the dental assistants and hygienists and associate dentists, the emphasis is on making the client comfortable, and making the visit as easy and efficient as possible. As soon as I plop down into the dreaded Chair, the emphasis is on making sure that I'm comfortable...I especially like the big, soft blankie that was offered. (Hey - I'm OLD, cut me some slack!) One thing that I really appreciate about the Good Doctor is his attention to my pain level. If I feel pain at any point during the procedure, I am to raise my left hand and let him know, and he just makes it better. (I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but when relief is just a hand-wave away, why suffer?) Dr. Bean is very good at explaining what he's about to do, and will explain it at the level of detail that you desire. The use of technology helps ensure that he and his team have a very good idea of the work that needs to be done, and allows them to plan and execute efficiently. It also helps the patient to visualize the process. Another aspect of the visit that I really appreciate is the level of education that is occurring during the procedure. Doc is continually communicating with his assistant(s), asking questions, explaining why he is doing something, asking gently probing questions, mentoring. Speaking with these folks afterward, they seem to genuinely appreciate the interaction, commenting on how it much they learn from him. One thing that really frustrates me about some dental encounters is when the doctor is feeling chatty, and asks "So, do you have any plans for this weekend?" - and then shoves both hands into my mouth up to the elbows...my reply comes out something like "Mmphv jmvumphh..." With Dr. Bean, if he asks a question, he lets you answer, asks follow-up if necessary, and then moves on. Follow-up contact after the procedure is great. Any meds were called in by the staff up front to ensure that you have time to pick them up at the pharmacy and have them on hand before the procedure. I always get at least one contact later in the day to make sure that my pain level is okay and that there are no issues or questions that need to be addressed. If the medications need to be adjusted, they take care of that. Dr. Bean and his team are a class act. They are pleasant, efficient, and their emphasis on patient care is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
