Over the 8 years that we rented our home while we finished out our military career, many of the employees came and went but the quality of service was always less than acceptable. The majority of that time, the entire property management section was dumped on one individual and in some cases he was out of the office for extended amount of time. The contract is written so that the only way out of dealing with Navarre Beach realty (if they placed the tenant) is to evict the tenant. Regardless what you are told, nobody will be watching over your home and checking the quality and timeliness of any maintenance required or preformed on the house. You will be outright lied to and deceived regarding the work that is being provided for the 10% or the rental price. The hardest that I saw them work was when they were fighting for the tenant to get their deposit back after leaving the house with damages far exceeding the deposit. If you value HONESTY and HARD WORK like I do I would highly recommend looking elsewhere or managing yourself.

Jarrod has prior military experience and has been in the area a long while, so he is familiar with all possible local headaches, military nuances, and is great at finding exactly what you want. We are a fourth time homeowner, two of which Jarrod secured for us. The first time we bought in the area (second house for us), Jarrod truly found something I could not have ever found myself. We wanted a relatively newer house, so I was filtering out the house we ended up falling in love with. It was a 1994 and you would have never guessed it. We loved everything about it, and it was a great deal. It was custom built, HUGE yard, modern upgrades... incredible to say the least. Jarrod is also very calm and understanding and extremely easy to work with. For the 2015 house, Jarrod hunted for some houses for us online, based on our criteria, so my husband could fly out and look at the houses in the area. He made the whole process so easy for us. Again, he made the process quick, easy, and painless. I have used two other realtors in other states and those were so frustrating I kept wanting to give up on those houses. We did not want to deal with the hassle of flying coast to coast, especially during a pandemic. He did not hesitate, as usual, to help. He looked at a couple that we like that ended up too good to be true. He was very candid as he knew what we were looking for. The house we ended up getting is beyond amazing. I will say that the two houses that we used other realtors for, never quite felt like home. The two Jarrod found for us, went beyond our expectations. I am literally sitting on a fold out chair with my computer sitting on top of two large boxes, no furniture (moving company has not delivered yet) and I feel more at home than I ever did in my old house. This house is also something I would have never found. It is a 1987 and you would never know it. All renovated and such. We have an in-ground pool, nice Florida room, beautiful kitchen, wonderful layout, great neighborhood, and close to base. It is more than we could have imagined. Jarrod always pulls through. Not only that, but we were also going to overshoot the price by quite a bit to secure it and Jarrod crunched numbers and saved us money to get us the best deal possible. The owners wanted to put us in a bidding war with others and he was able to get us a great price and remove the headache of the bidding war so we could get the house. I am so glad we will have him around to sell when we get orders out of state but upset that we will not have him wherever we are going next. I cannot say enough good things about his services. We are currently renting our home (from friends ) while our home is being built. Our landlords put their house on the market ( military by owner) and within 2 hours I had a woman knocking on the door trying to come inside. I explained to her that she needed to schedule an appt and come with a realtor. I asked for 24-48 hours noticed but they came the following am. Our landlords asked us to stay and help show the home so we did. We discussed a time frame of purchasing / moving out etc and all was well. Once they put an offer in all changed. The buyer wanted us out by December 16th knowing our home wasn't even ready. Luckily the deal fell through but was put back on bc they came up with cash . This allowed my family some time and we're now able to stay until January 16th. An inspection was requested and being conducted when these " buyers " show up to my home yet again and demand to come in and take photos so they could pick out flooring and paint colors. I did not allow them to come in as i was getting ready for my children's Christmas play. I even told them to come in Sunday when we would be home and have time . That wasn't good enough so after an hr Of arguing i finally threatened to call the police and they left. The realtors also showed up before the buyers with their dog ! I guess they were expecting the house to be vacant while they hoped to let their dog run around my home and backyard.The realtor contacts my landlord saying that I was uncooperative and unreasonable . I agree for them to come the following week and I would leave the home so they could do what they needed to do and i didn't want to have any more issues with them. They helped themselves in stayed for just and hour as promised but LOCKED me out of my home. Yes, deadbolts and all!!!!! Apparently, she thought i would be mad if the house wasn't deadbolted. Even the garage completely locked. I had my office blocked off with packing boxes on the exterior and interior, because quite frankly, I had private mail, jewelry and personal items in there and they STILL managed to go in and moved all of my boxes !!! I had to call the police department to help let me in bc it was freezing cold , my son had no milk , no diapers none of his medication and both my girls had to use the restroom. I would've left but my car battery died in the driveway ! The lack of empathy, competency , and intelligence from this married real estate duo is unfathomable to me . The officer was irate and said to press civil charges as she witnessed what all had happened. Please do your homework before hiring a realtor. They all don't know what their doing !
