Tried to return a purchase that was used for a minute due to poor quality. The clasp would not stay closed. So how do you carry a crossbody bag that won't stay latched ?? I was given a choice of 4 different straps all different colors that did not match a red bag . Walked out strap dropped again at this point went back in and given the option to exchange . By this time I was so upset, not a mark on the merchandise should Have been given this option from the start. I live 50 minutes from there and who has time for this . I am on vacation and still very upset about the experience. Was told this was on clearance I spent over 500 at this visit. Poor service, poor quality ..obviously! read more

No help, no one greeted me. I even walked near associates and no one said a word to me. I left the store and will never go back.

I don't usually do this, but I felt so disrespected yesterday when I went in with my little sister and a friend of mine we do look younger, therefore I'll give the two girls the benefit of the doubt that they probably thought we weren't in there to shop just in there to look around. But when we walked in I wasn't greeted or anything, and I was looking for a decent size purse and wallet for my mother and wasn't helped at all. And when I was ready to cash out the lady Leanne who was working the cash register was extremely rude to me and wasn't happy at all. I wouldn't be either if I was in my mid 30's still wearing revlon makeup that was on clearance and working as a retail worker in a store where she probably can't afford a bag, and to deal with a 20 year old who can buy her and her little judge mental ass worker she was working with a bag and not cry about it the next day. Just because somebody doesn't look like they have money, doesn't mean they don't have money. Because I shop every damn day, and I don't have time to be looking cute while doing it. The next time I go in there and I'm slightly disrespected or not greeted or looked down on, I'm saying something to them for-sure because I'm always at Aurora farms and it's just rude as hell. read more

Do NOT purchase the MK Smartwatch if you have an iPhone. Do NOT purchase anything from the MK outlet in Aurora. I was assured that the smartwatch would work with my iPhone, except for the ability to speak on it when I get a phone call. This is 100% false. When I tried (multiple ways) to put my height and weight into the watch or the app, it would accept my weight, but would only allow me to put in one inch for my height. I tried and my husband tried, and I looked online for suggestions. I finally came to the conclusion that the watch was defective, so I returned it through the mail (they would not let me return it to the store). They assured me that I would receive a gift card for the amount that I paid for the watch, around $250, since I told them I didn't wish to have it back. Every email communication I have from them refers to the gift card. A couple of weeks ago, I received a package in the mail from them with the watch in it, without the original box, receipt or owner's manual. I immediately called them and left a message for them to call me back and I emailed them. They will now not return my phone calls or my emails. Now that the watch is "fixed," it won't even tell the correct time. Nice way to treat people. They are not interested in repeat customers, apparently. Only in keeping undeserved money for a product that does not work as advertised. I will NEVER set foot in one of their stores again and neither will any of my family members. read more
