This was my first wedding dress try-on experience. I brought along two of my friends and we were assigned Gracie as our stylist. She was so so wonderful and made my experience so amazing!! I was super nervous about the idea of trying on wedding dresses, but she made my experience so comfortable for me. She didn't push any style on me and really listened to my feedback on dresses as she continued to pull styles for me. She let me try on the dress multiple times, even in different lighting, helped me visualize accessories such as a veil, and was just so lovely the whole time! I did end up buying a dress here and she was able to get me a discount, so I ended up being extremely under budget, which was fantastic!! Overall, I highly recommend this experience. I had the absolute best time dress shopping with my friends and family here! The space to try on dresses was extremely private and I felt so comfortable the entire time. The real stars of this place are the workers. Audra was working with me and helped pick dresses for me and get into them. She is the main reason I had such a great day and was an absolute GEM. She genuinely seemed interested in me, my wedding, and made me feel so welcome and excited! We bonded over Taylor Swift and felt like she was another friend helping me find my dress. The other workers would also pop over to see my favorite gowns and gas me up!! It was so special and these ladies were incredible. I never felt pressured into buying anything and never felt rushed, which I had felt at another shop I went to that day. I couldn't recommend Audra and Luxe Redux more! read more

Terrible place! So quick to take my CC but didn't explain the policy in booking. I conversed with them for 2 weeks and they never once said anything about now many ppl can come along with the bride to be. So some of my bridal party had to leave. This dresses are out dated and weren't what I expected. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone. I had the best experience ever at Luxe Redux! I definitely recommend coming here if you're a bride even just to try on different styles. They have such a wide range of dresses and are so helpful in narrowing down what you're looking for. Also, they're discounted since they're the sample dress, but still in perfect condition. Before coming, I had a dress that I thought was going to be my wedding dress, but completely changed my mind when Danielle picked out the exact style I was looking for. Danielle was so incredible and knowledgeable. She reassured me in every way and knew exactly what I wanted. Also, the place is just so cute and comfortable. I found the dress of my dreams at Luxe Redux with Rita during these insane Covid-19 times! I actually live in a different city and am a nurse with a crazy schedule, and was very unsure how to proceed with alterations and debated whether to leave the dress in the store or take it home with me. Rita and Danielle were so extremely patient and understanding with me (even when I was stuck at work all the time and they had a hard time getting in touch with me) and truly did everything and more to make this process easy and positive for me. They gave me over two months to decide if I should come to Beachwood for alterations or take it home to Pittsburgh with me, and even helped connect me with seamstresses in my area to make the process as seamless as possible. I truly cannot recommend Luxe Redux enough. The boutique itself is light, airy, and beautiful, Rita really took to heart my style and budget and had an incredible eye, was honest yet positive and excited, and really helped me make this huge decision. She was so warm and supportive to me and my entire family, and made us feel at home. As I said before, she and Danielle provided the most impeccable customer service.
