We were then told the Estée Lauder advanced night repair was not on sale but everything is final sale. When we asked about the promotion upon entering, she said the Tory Burch and the back wall were excluded but did not note that there were additional products aside from that. The workers were just rude and very cold toward us and seemed smug at the end of the transaction. I wish I could say this was the only time I've had an experience like this but it seems every time I come, the workers are cold and do not interact with the customers, leaving me with a bad experience.
