Hey y'all! I never really checked out Dillards inventory till today and was impressed by how many options of clothing they have including just a bunch of trendy designer items they have all throughout the store! They always have top of the line parking, I'm talking vip parking too for their clients. I was able to find this cute little outfit but honestly this brand runs small. I got a large but I feel I need to keep working out I'm able to really feel comfortable in it. It's nice tho! They have a lot of options I tell ya and the customer service is super nice! While out shopping recently here at Dillards, long time customer I was overwhelmed by the love going into the adorable decorations going up. I just wanted to share this picture. We live in a world that's so fast and sometimes it's hard to stop and see life as it's passes us by. We are almost at the end of the year . Here's to 2026, but we need to trim the tree like they are doing here. Maybe we cannot afford all the adorning items that they have, we could add something special to the house. That's what we did. Date of visit: September 7, 2025 Despite all of the times that we have come to Vegas and visited the Fashion Show Mall, this was probably the second time ever we actually ventured into the Dillard's as we just expected it to be overpriced. While it isn't not overpriced, we actually did find a few things that were affordable! The service wasn't great as the saleswoman just watched us look around and consider options, maybe we weren't spending time in the areas of her section that were expensive enough? The receipt does not indicate her name so I am unable to share that here. Also interesting is that clearance items have a--wait for it--three day return policy. Dillard's at Fashion Show Mall is one of the nicest department stores on the Strip. The store is huge, well-organized, and has a great mix of designer brands and affordable finds. I was impressed by how clean and bright everything was, and it never felt overcrowded. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. I stopped by Dillard's to buy a suit for my wedding photos, and Joseph from the men's department assisted me. I've purchased bespoke suits before, but the enthusiasm, passion, and sincerity Joseph brought to the experience truly stood out. His level of service was on par with or better than the bespoke service I've received in the past. He made me feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. Because of him, I'll be coming to Dillard's and specifically to Joseph from now on whenever I need a suit. read more

Dillard's has a great selection of formal dresses. I ended up trying on at least 8 different dresses at Dillard's inside the Fashion Show mall! Dillard's is a popular department store chain. It operates in a variety of locations. The store offers a wide range of merchandise including clothing, accessories, beauty products, home goods, and much more! I stopped by Dillard's on a Saturday morning around 11:30 A.M to look for a dinner reception dress. There were so many options to choose from! The fitting room was okay. I wish it had additional mirrors to be able to view how the clothing looks. I'll come back to this Dillard's location again for clothing options. This store is located at The Fashion Show Mall off of the i15/Spring Mountain exit. There is ample amount of parking available. read more

I like that this Dillard's is located in the Fashion Show Mall (heads up, if you are coming from the Las Vegas strip entrance - this Dillard's is located at the very end of the mall). I normally come here at least once a year for their NEW YEARS DAY sale. Lots of their holiday stuff goes 75% off. You just have to come early because they go quick. We arrived to the cosmetic area which was like a ghost town. The few employees that were there were talking amongst each other, on their phones and not interested, at all, in engaging customers. There were customers roaming around and trying to find someone to help them- it was bizarre! Only one employee was assisting people at the Clinique counter- she had to holler across the store to ask for help from her chatting counter parts. 3-4 ppl looking for help at expensive Lancome counter - they departed because it was a long wait for the Clinique gal who was the only person checking people out - it was like a Twilight Zone episode. The lack of care, awareness and engagement in that store was startling-l. Where has all of the care/customer service gone????? THIS will be the death of retail- I was looking forward to a day of shopping with my daughter. What a frustrating & heart breaking experience Retail is dead- it is only a matter of time. read more

This store is a short drive from my timeshare property in Spring Valley. Since I have a Dillard's card I always make this a "MUST STOP" when we visit. I am always amazed that I can find EXACTLY what I am looking for and there is always a 30% sale going on when I arrive every year in January!!!! This year was no different as I was able to get my hands on a Vegas Golden Knight shirt, Las Vegas Raiders Hoodie, and some desperately needed black Cargo pants. MY FIRST CHOICE I've been a faithful Dillards shopper for decades. They have a very strong presence in Florida, Louisiana & Virginia where I spend a lot of time while on the road. Very nice petite section and menswear. Wish they would expand their men's shoes to better brands. The Galleria Dillards is closer but it's a distant third in terms of ambiance and inventory. This Fashion Show Dillard on The Strip is 2nd best. Summerlin Downtown is their newest store and is their flag ship store hands down but so faraway for me to drive to. The Red Star does not hold a cupcake candle to Dillards in terms of overall shopping experience. I know. I grew up shopping @Macys Downtown San Francisco. How the mighty has fallen. read more

Unfortunately for me, the price and value tradeoff kicked in so in didn't purchase anything. However, I was welcomed into this store from the seasoned sales associates who were readily available and offered assistance and the ability to unlock a fitting room if I needed. Dillard's is a more "southern" US department store (they started in Arkansas) so the presentation can feel a bit different than a more designer focused store like this mall's Saks 5th Avenue or Nordstrom, but you'll find name brands like Polo or Levi's and house branded apparel (Rown, Roundtree and York in men's for example) and shoes alongside department store cosmetics counters and a small home goods section upstairs. This location carried a wonderful spread of men's big and tall clothing in many sizes and shapes (Dillard's offers XLT for example). If you've seen one Dillard's you've kind of seen them all but ones like this are an "A" grade versus some smaller or older malls that have "B" stores. Pricing at Dillard's is very traditional much like Nordstrom with seasonal sale events but otherwise at everyday higher prices. They do have some clearance items in departments but selection is small. You will not find the faux bargains and coupons one sees at Macy's or JCPenney stores. The older stores I mentioned above at "B" grade are often transformed into clearance centers which are more like off-price stores like TJMaxx. One is in Las Vegas at Meadows Mall. read more

We are loyal Dillards shoppers. My mom, never having shopped Louis Vuitton items, gifted me a purse from here. The woman who helped her inspected the bag and said that "everything looked great." It's not that big of a deal but when you spend that much money on a bag you would like it to be in mint condition. This bag looked used. It had a rip in one of the seams. I reached out to customer service and they said the store should offer me a store credit. When I got to the store, they completely refused to do anything and told me to take it to a shoe repair place!! The audacity. I am completely disappointed. We came in to find a prom dress and was not offered any help except to open the dressing room door. There was not a large selection but my daughter did find "the dress" and it had to be ordered in so we had to have some assistance. The original help was unable to figure out how to help me and ended up calling over a manager. The second girl, who was dressed like she was going to a low end night club, was walked through the transaction but had written all of my info on a piece of paper which made me very uncomfortable. Good evening to all, I'm not one to really review anything or complain about much. However this recent interaction I had with this Dillards location changed my outlook on this. I decided to go shop at Dillards in attempts to change up my wardrobe but was greeted with nothing but disappointment towards the service. While I was walking around in the store looking for potential purchases, a representative approached me and yanked away the pants I was interested in purchasing. To my surprise he was very hostile throughout the interaction as if I had stole the pair of jeans that was visibly in my hands. In my attempts to ignore this awkward and aggressive interaction I was then greeted with constant hostility and surveillance from this individual. I proceeded with grabbing another pair of pants and going to the fitting room, where I was then again confronted by this individual and was under constant surveillance to ensure I hadn't "stole" anything. I decided to not purchase anything after this last meeting and continued to ask for the manager. This then was when things started to look up. I was able to speak to someone about this incident and hope that it will not happen to anyone else. We felt constant hostility throughout this entire process and were being constantly watched and followed. There was not a single corner we could turn to and look at clothes calmly without having him stare at us. This all happened in the men's section by the Murano and Roundtree & York session. I do not feel comfortable shopping here! This is for the older dark skin gentleman. I've had amazing experiences here with the test of the staff, especially with Ms. Leslie! She is such a sweetheart, but it was unfortunate I had to face such prejudice. read more

Esma in Origins & Sherry in Estée Lauder, fabulous! Mom's make-up was discontinued so Sherry used a new device that takes pix of parts of your skin to match you to the perfect color! It has SPF 30, was lite & a smooth finish! Clean, neat, uncluttered store w/ a great show selection. They also support breast cancer research & Esma gave us a pink ribbon since mom has Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Thank you for being so lovely to my mom. Dillard's has a lot of good brands here. During Thanksgiving week/weekend there were a lot of sales too. My mom got a Kate Spade cover for pretty cheap here. I also saw a lot of Coach and Michael Kors bags on sale, 30% off. They even carried the Coach X Peanuts collection which was way too cute. read more

This is the Russ, Nordstrom Rack or like the Canada Winners. Well they have brand name clothing here but you have to hunt and peck. The only issue is I don't have that time to waste at this department store. They sell out dated cloths that no one wants at a discounted price. Yes its all brand name. The place is like a mess and for you to really find what you want, you would have to hunt for it. I personally won't bother. Not my type of store. Unless you have lots of time to spare. I attempted to use a $100 gift card for a purchase, and was told repeatedly by the sales staff that the gift card wasn't registering as valid. I made my purchase with my normal credit card, and decided to look into the gift card later, to see if there was a problem on Mastercard's end. Two days later, I check online and see my gift card was charged $100 by Dillard's the day after my visit. They claimed my gift card wasn't valid, charged my credit card, and then charged my gift card anyway the next day. Now I have to waste time disputing the charge with Mastercard and possibly waste fuel and more time going back to Dillard's to dispute the charge there. Awful, awful experience. read more

Dillards is located at the Fashion Show Mall and the nice thing about this store is that covered parking is available and adjacent to the outdoor entrance. Great department store with lots of fashion, housewares, beauty, kid and shoes to shop from. The shoe department is the best offering a huge selection and friendly service. I had just walked in to this dillards at fashion show mall, I live here in Vegas, I will think twice before visiting this dillards in the future. I had just walked in this store with my one year old son, my five year old daughter, and my grandpa. Some guy allegedly took something from the Cologne desk, as he walked out some woman build like a man went charging at that guy. I was scared, my daughter was terrified. We ended up leaving. I saw a pair of shoes I was dying to get, but I didn't because I felt like the guards could have been better. I felt like I wasn't protected in there, why would I spend my money there? I just thought to my self, if this guy pulls a gun my babies and I were right there to get hurt. Then the other 4-5 women that were all stood by one said this is the 4th one today that she had wished they would do something about it. Like the case this past weekend (post Thanksgiving sale). 100% cotton dress shirts and 100% wool dress slacks for prices like I see at discount houses - I had to stock up for work. We came in knowing they would have the cologne we were looking for. We found it and there wasn't too many ppl on the floor as it was 8:30 PM. So I found one of the counter ladies and asked her if we could get the cologne. She said the box that was in the shelf belonged to the tester that was out, and they were out of that cologne. After a bit of trying back and forth, we settled on a cologne that seemed pretty much identical to what we wanted minus it didn't state EAU, however it was identical bottle and identical color. read more

I went this morning to #Dillard's department store at the #FashionShowMall to return some merchandises, I was appalled how an associate named Jael Ynn at Customer Service desk confronted and treated me for just trying to make a return. Her attitude was so egregious, super impolite, impatient and disrespectful! She asked me for an ID and when I asked her why I needed to show my ID for a return, she never took a second to explain but when I handed her my ID, she swiftly snatched it away from my grip and I was really shocked by her contempt!! I have never encountered such an associate with zero customer service skills, negative attitude and so wild! What a shame! read more

I'd say outright that Dillard's isn't really known for their customer service but in the men's department at fashion show is where things are quiet different... in a good way. I always come to the men's department when they have that huge mid february/march sale and I always run into the same friendly helpful sales lady. She never fails to do her job and has always given me the best customer service of any department I've ever shopped at in Dillard's. I'm really glad I bumped into her this time because I had questions and needed help finding slacks for my hubby. I was able to score a great deal on 3 dress shirts and 3 slacks for under $84 tax not included which is a pretty good deal for name brand items. Overall if your in the area and need to go shopping for your man I highly recommend coming to this Dillard's. Good Job guys! read more

I like this location better than the depressing and outdated one at the Meadows Mall (it's like the red headed step-child). I think that this one has the cooler selections appealing to people in their 20s and 30s and snazzy interior (pretty and bright)because it is more exposed to tourists so they can spend more money too- not a bad marketing scheme (the one at the Meadows should take a lesson which would translate into more $$$- needs a makeover bad). Since we park outside of this store, in the parking garage, we pass by these departments. The accessories have good markdowns (30%-70% off) the shoe department is impressive (lots of ladies here), the handbag department has a good selection of markdowns (Dooney & Bourke, Fossil, LeSportsac, Kathy Van Zeeland), and the cosmetic salespeople seem a bit too eager- no, I don't want a spray. Bathrooms located near the shoe department, right before the mall entrance. Worth checking out the sales racks. read more

I went to Dillards with a plan and came out with a masterpiece. I found a suit top and fell in love instantly. Then found bottoms and it was looking good. Tried them both on and I looked like a can of biscuits that was about to burst at the seams. It's post Covid. I've gained some weight. And when all seemed lost...dear Sheree Harvey found me and asked if I needed help. I told her my problem and she went all around the store to find what I needed. I didn't even know what I wanted until Sheree helped me. If I could give an individual 5 stars, I totally would. And she laughed at my jokes which were arguably borderline sad. I had never shopped at a Dillard's before, as I am from Massachusetts, where as far as I know they don't operate, but having come to Vegas for a convention, and needing a couple of pieces of clothing that I was unable to bring with me, I set out for the fashion show mall thinking that one department store or another would be able to help me. Much as I like the quality of merchandise at Macy's, they have very little selection for big and tall people like myself, beyond shorts and casual shirts. My wife texted me from home and mentioned that Dillard's might have a good big and tall section. So I wandered in, not sure what to expect. Overall the store was bright and clean and offered the typical array of clothing etc. that most department stores have. A very friendly staff member on the floor directed me to their big and tall section. When I got there, another clerk named Paula helpfully pointed me in the direction of the merchandise, pointing out a nice sale that was going on. I was really astounded at the variety and quality of their big and tall clothing. They had plenty of dress pants, formal shirts, and a wide selection of more casual clothes. They were all pretty stylish, and clearly labeled, and the prices were definitely fair for a large department store. Everything was organized and clean and orderly. I always dislike when stores are a mess, merchandise everywhere mixed up etc., but this one was very well-kept. Lots of staff on hand, so I didn't have to search to find anybody to help me. Paula rang me up at the cash register, and was super friendly there too, she was really personable. She mentioned they sell online. I will definitely be ordering from their website now that I know they have such a good selection, even though they do not have a physical store near me. Everyone's mileage may vary when it comes to stores, but for me Dillard's was a homerun. If you are a big and tall, definitely check it out. read more
