I have one word, ULU!!!! What a fantastic sales person, she was efficient, courteous, kind, and genuinely put forth the effort to help me find the perfect dress for a formal event I'm attending. Not only did she pull things for me that I wouldn't have thought to try, she was dead on, so much so, that I bought two dresses! They have tons of cute accessories in the store as well, and prices are great. If you need a quick night out or formal dress without breaking the bank, go see Ulu at the LV South outlet Windsor store. She is worth the stop, I promise you won't be disappointed for taking the chance. My first time at this location the other day and had an amazing experience. They have everything from casual clothes to formal wear. I found a gorgeous long satin dress perfect for a holiday party. I was so impressed how clean and well put together the store was. What really won me over was the fact that the manager, Amanda, offered to steam my dress for me before I left. She really took her time and made the dress look even more gorgeous then it already was. She's amazing! I will be back. read more

I bought a dress at Windsor at fashion show in Las Vegas, I did ask the manager if I could return the dress because I wanted to try the dress at home with my shoes. She said no. I bought the dress, went home and tried on, I notice that it didn't look how I checked on line on Windsor website and saw the dress for 50% off. I went back to the store on the next day to talk with the manager if she could do anything for me. The only thing she said was that she remembered me from the night before and she told rudely she couldn't match the website offer. Which for me this is very disrespectful with your clients. Very disappointed with my experience. I wish you guys hired someone who knows how to treat and talk to people politely. read more

The best part of visiting this busy, messy, and understaffed store was having the dressing room attendant deliberately skip me and call the woman who was attempting to cut in front of me in line. The second best part was being shoved aside by the employees because "it's too busy." it's incredibly rare for me to give a review. It was just that bad. This is by far my favorite boutique style store in Vegas! Everything fits so good and is good quality for a great price.I had a huge order of clothes purchased online that needed to be exchanged for different sizes and the manager, Andrea, was so patient with me and extremely helpful. yeah i walked in here happy to find some graduation heels, i saw some ones i wanted and i walked up to the girl at the register, i didn't see her name but she was mixed with curly hair and i said "hi!" she rudely said "what" and i asked for my size in the heel, she took them from my hand and came back with the size and didn't say a word, i went to try them on and the security tag was on the strap so i couldn't get the heel on, instead of helping me she looked in the mirror and laughed, with her customer service she deserves to be fired. never coming here again, i was at this location at 6:15 on 05/27/2021 incase you want to see who was working that day. read more

If I could rate this zero, I would. A couple days ago, I came in to look for a dress to go out in since I was visiting friends here for the weekend. There was no one on the floor to help me and once I did get "help" they seemed uninterested and came off extremely rude. Two times I tried to ask for help, one employee with blonde hair and the other with redish hair both walked away from me. I will never visit this store at this location and I will never recommend it to my Vegas friends. Went into Windsor looking for a prom dress, Ive heard the absolute BEST reviews from vegas friends & family, however was completely saddened. At first I was welcomed by an older lady who's name I learned later was Tish, but it was just a distant shout from the front with no eye contact, totally didn't feel welcomed at all! Walking through the store it was a mess! Clothes on the floor or hanging out, the store wasn't even busy! The lady at the front was busy on the computer typing away, honestly oblivious to the store, anyone could have came in and stole from the front tables where you walk in! At one point I had asked another employee, a small Asian girl, for help getting a dress down, to which she told me she was too busy right now and to ask Tish up front. She didn't give off a happy to be at my job vibe and it honestly made me not want to shop anymore! I tried on the few dresses i had and honestly wasn't please with the service I had gotten! I wish Windsor lived up to its name like everyone has told me about but honestly I will never try to shop at this location again! read more

Went to the store on April 8th, at about 6pm. I was in a rush looking for something to wear for my night out. Upon visiting 3 other stores prior I was very pleased with the selection and sizing options. The store was moderately busy. Kaitlyn was a great help, she made sure I was in an out as fast as possible. She started a fitting room for me, made suggested and even helped me find a matching necklace. I was disappointed though, because Kaitlyn was the only person trying to help about 7 different customers at once. There were two other employees just standing behind the counter taking to each other. After finding my outfit, I took a look at the shoe selection. Found a pair of heels I wanted to try on, I saw that Kaitlyn was busy helping other customers so I went to the lady behind the counter. She had an attitude, and made it seem like I was a bother. She informed me that the shoe was only available in a size 5 or 8, I'm normally a 7 or 7.5 but desperately needed shoes for my night. I asked to see the 8, and seeing how busy Kaitlyn was she still radioed her and had her grab them for me. Kaitlyn came over and brought them to me, I tried them on and was disappointed that they were slightly too big, Kaitlyn then informed me that the lady behind the counter was wrong and they did have them in my size. Overall I loved the store, the products and selections, but I was extremely disappointed with the service there, Kaitlyn is the only reason I'm giving this store a 5 star review! She's a great employee and is great at what she does!!!! read more
