They didn't have a large selection and I wasn't able to find one that I liked for a gift. They have quite a few fashionable cellphone cases. I walked out not buying anything as I wanted to check out some of the other outlet stores first. This is a place to come for discounted prices but not great service.

I am so disappointed with the service I received today from an employee that claimed to be one of the managers. I got back from Alberta yesterday where I had purchased 2 wallets and a purse. I wanted to exchange the purse for a different color, same style, and I wanted to exchange one of the wallets for a different style and color. I walked in and inquired about the exchange policy, the employee that was originally helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, she explained to me exactly how the exchange would work. I was ok with that, I went to get my purchase form my car, that was only purchased 2 days ago. I then went back into the store where the "manager" in a knitted black dress, shoulder length hair (didn't get her name) was at the till. I brought my purchase over that I wanted to exchange and she had proceeded with my request and told me that I owe an additional $62. I was confused as the purse was a straight exchange (different color) and the wallet was of lesser value than the wallet I had originally purchased. Not to mention the previous employee said that I would receive a store credit of $49. Confused, so I asked if she would explain to me where the extra charge was coming from. She immediately raised her voice and demanded this is how it is. I saw the employee that I had originally dealt with and she confirmed with the manager that I was supposed to receive a $62 credit. She then again raised her voice and said "I'm not letting you walk out of this store with a more expensive wallet than you originally paid" What?? That is not possible. She then proceeded to talk down to me.. there was a full store of people, it was absolutely not acceptable. I've been shopping at Michael Kors for years and years, this was absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had. As I walked out and I said I would be writing a review and a lady that saw the entire thing, walked up to me and gave me her contact details and said she would be a witness. As I was walking out I got approached by a few others that said the same thing. I think this unacceptable, for a simple exchange, I drove from Stoney Creek down to Niagara-on-the-Lake and to be treated in this manner. I will not tolerate this. read more

The great thing about being in store is feeling how incredibly soft all the Aerie offerings are! A lot of their leggings I would describe as almost buttery. I also like that unlike AE, the clothes don't have that overly preppy feel - it's really just stuff you can chill in. They have some new arrivals at this outlet so just make note of the signage when you're browsing. Towards the back of the store, they had circular racks that had clearance items separated by size and by colour for easy browsing. At checkout, they were able to look up by AE Rewards with my e-mail address. I was also able to use my birthday coupon here even though it was at the outlet!

For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

The girl that looked after the change rooms gave suggestions as to which size I should go with. She was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a few leggings for $40 each which was on sale.
