With just a little probing & tweaking she immediately diagnosed my problem, and with some very thoughtful "adjustments" I left her office feeling significantly better. But here is the best part: in the hours (and days) that followed I realized my lower-back pain was rapidly diminishing. Literally improving by the hour, and overnight. In under a week I am 95% improved. I can't promise everyone will have the same "miraculous" (overnight) result, every spine is different, but Dr. Botelho is *extremely* knowledgeable & has a great bedside (chairside) manner. She is a first-rate practitioner & her office is lovely (simple clean office, very helpful front desk).
