I've been going here for the past few years and finally I'm getting around to reviewing them. Foot…read moremassage places are a dime a dozen in Koreatown but this place feels the cleanest and the masseuses are consistently good. Granted I usually get the women masseuses but from all the women I've tried, most have been great. They also have several rooms so you can get massaged with your friends or have a private room for yourself. The massage style is more accupressure than anything else but if you get the 1.5 hours, you get a mini deep tissue massage, cupping and a bit of hot stone at the end. This one is my fave because they work out your knots and then go even deeper with the cupping afterwards. The order is: foot massage, body massage (acupressure), oil massage on back, cupping, hot stone massage. Cupping isnt for everyone but I like a little bit of pain with my massages. Of course, they can use a lighter touch if you need. The rates are also very fair. I know that you can get an hour foot massage in the San Gabriel Valley for $15 but whenever I've gone, I end up feeling really bad for the people that work there. It's seriously a massage sweat shop and I think about how they probably came over from China and now need to work off the money they owe to the people that brought them over...isnt that called an indentured servant? Well, so I keep coming back to this place. I usually buy a 10-pack of 1-hour massages for $250 or a 10 pack of 1.5 hour massages for $450 (their normal rate is $30 for an hour or $50 for 1.5). It's a pretty good deal for what you are getting. Just a heads up: they dont speak english perfectly but it's conversational enough that they can take appointments and understand how you want your massage. Also in the 4 years that I've been going there, there have been about 3 masseuses that I've LOVED but now they are all gone so I've had to try different people and they've been pretty good but darn, I wish they would hold onto their "star" masseuses.

She and her husband also have an extensive staff of young women who are all really good, although I've had a couple who were a little too enthusiastic in their pummeling (or maybe I was feeling wimpy that day). The older woman who massaged me didn't speak any English but it wasn't really necessary. Not sure how such a small person has such strong hands!
