This happened on two occasions. I'm not a doctor. He's supposed to know what to do- lower , raise a dose or change the medication. He doesn't return phone calls until you call him the third day. He sent me to a specialist who had no knowledge of my condition and ordered a dose of medicine Dr Seinstock took me off of because I had a reaction. When I said "Dr Weinstock I wasn't pleased with the doctor you sent me to" je hung up the phone! He should have found out why if he's referring patients to this guy. Rude and what doctor says "What do you want to do?" Doctors usually return calls in 24-48 hours. Doctors do not hang up on patients.

As a patient, I did everything I was supposed to do: I showed up for my appointment on April 6, 2025, and followed up multiple times--only to be met with delays, excuses, and ultimately, a refusal to help. I had to take it upon myself to call my insurance and figure out what needed to be done, which is something the provider's office should have handled weeks ago. I was told yesterday that this would finally be resolved--but today, on Dr. Morden's last day at the office, I couldn't even speak to anyone properly. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I finally did get Dr. Morden on the phone, he sounded annoyed and made it clear that he wasn't going to take any action. Saying he's been "swamped since December" is not an excuse when a patient's access to necessary medication is on the line. If there was no intention or ability to follow through, I should have been told upfront--not dragged along for almost a month. I've been loyal to this practice for over a decade, but this experience has left me feeling completely disregarded. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, urgency, and respect--not as afterthoughts. Good luck to Dr. Morden at Nassau University Medical Center. As for me, I'll be in search of a new primary care provider.

Except when I walked in the first thing she said was why didn't I go for blood test? Also had an echo cardiogram, and she was wondering why they did not set a follow up appointment with me to discuss the results. 10 weeks later.....The physician seemed fine. I had seen them previously before they moved into this group and I did like them very much. But this office is under completely different management. I have been a medical office manager, my whole adult life and the lack of communication and the lack of experience of the front desk is noticeable. I have had three maybe four appointments in this location and each time they ask me if I'm new and each time they tell me that my Medicare card is not valid. So while I do like the doctors, I am leaving this practice due to the problems with the front desk.
