On my way out I was going to reschedule and told the receptionist about the delay. I asked to schedule with Rasmussen and she told me I would normally have to wait 60-90 minutes to see him. Why have a schedule when they have planned delays to inconvenience patients? With lots of other options for skin care I would recommend going somewhere else ... anywhere else where they don't leave their patients sitting around.

My skin condition continued to worsen after several months; I made an appointment with Dr. North, who also diagnosed my scaly red skin as Atopic Psoriasis and prescribed an over-the-counter crème. After trying steroids, fasting for 6 days, changing my diet (no bread), and trying multiple home remedies, nothing was helping my skin. My condition was worsening and starting to move to my upper body. After narrowing down the list, I learned that he was the first in our area to offer this. I read his bio and was impressed--he was chief of surgery in the military, he has trained other surgeons, but especially because he goes on humanitarian missions twice a year to provide cataract surgery to restore vision to the underprivileged in other countries, and he also does the same in the US. I mean, in his time off, what does he do...he performs even more surgery! He is a good man. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Dahlhauser. He quickly cleared up areas of concern a previous surgeon had raised by pulling up on-screen scan results, and I was impressed with his modern equipment and assessment which resonated with me, and I felt very confident. I now have perfect 20/20 and J1 near vision, for which I am very grateful. He was very kind to me, and reassured me before surgery when I was feeling anxious, and did the same at surgical follow up.
