Experience with this location has been nothing but the worst. We purchased pavers for a walkway to our house we drove to Delaware to pick these pavers up they charged us $36 and some odd cents each each that is crazy right. We picked up approximately 30 pavers once we started laying the pavers we decided to just do the front walk and a small walk in the back and illuminate the walk down the side of the house this left approximately 10 pavers that we did not use at $36 apiece plus tax approximately $400 worth of pavers we wanted to return when we tried to return them we were then told they do not return anything mind you there's no signage and nothing on the receipt this is a stock item that's sitting in the parking lot we loaded it not them and we were willing to unload it not them but they would not even consider a restocking fee they just said no and when we told him that we were not use them anymore that that was a little ridiculous for a future customer they said that's fine so if we as a contracting company and a remodeler are treated this way how do you think you're going to be treated I would find somewhere else to buy your products these people are shysters read more

My husband had called the business to discuss our home hardscape & landscaping that we were starting. Never returned our call. We later decided to stop by to see what types of stone pavers they offered. We brought a brochure with us. As soon as the women at the front desk saw the brochure she assumed we were working with someone else, didn't give us an opportunity to explain we hadn't made a decision on anything yet and basically showed us the door to look outside on our own.
