Once inside the examination room it was explained what I needed to do for my annual check-up. Doctor was available quickly and was familiar with my case, had previous pictures of items to check, and was sensitive to my personal space and dignity, made me feel comfortable. I was able to set my next appointment once the exam was complete. Overall, 5 stars and would recommend.

I'm sure that some of her patients have done this. I am one of them. Having said that, Dr. Springer's bedside manner lacks finesse; but I went to her for several years and was very satisfied with her care and wish I could still go to her. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt a hint of "used car salesman". He was trying to sell me on a procedure that was a bit out of my price range. I understand that's because the more expensive procedure may have had better results? (I can't say for sure though, which is the only reason I deducted one star!) Though it smelled sort of like he ate Limburger cheese for breakfast, he created a good rapport. I dealt more with Michelle. She was so nice! I could tell that she had my best interests at heart and cared about me as a patient! The office was clean and organized. There was a good feeling of privacy all of the times I went there. The last visit was over an hour wait and there wasn't anybody in the waiting room. When they said I was done, I stood by the exit window to get my stitches scheduled for removal, and the only gal at the office was too damn busy to even acknowledge me standing there and never came over to the point where I had to leave and I had to call back to schedule my second appointment.
